Bonjour,Je travaille sur PC ZBOOK, depuis 2 jours je n'arrive plus à utilisé Ultrakeys. J'explique quand je prend l'outil pipette et que je me met sur mon fond vert, rien ne se passe pourtant j'ai l'habitude de travailler dessus et sa fonctionne. Pouvez-vous m'aider à régler ce problème.

Premiere Pro keeps freezing and have to constantly click some where on the menu to unfreez. after many times closing Prm pro it is still the same type of problem with screen is freezing and sometimes green verticle lines appears on the side. why?

Hi there, for this project I'm working on, I have to add subtitles to each clip.Whenever I add subtitles to the sequence (via the essential graphics tab), the playback has micro-stutters every 1-2 seconds (video freezes for about 15-20 frames, then keeps playing). Audio plays back normally.It's literally impossible to properly work like this.As soon as i delete the subtitles from the top of the sequence, it plays back smoothly. Technical Info:- Adobe Premiere Pro version number: v 24.5- OS: Mac OS Sonoma 14.5- System Info: Mac Studio 22, Apple M1 Max Chip, 32GB RAM, and we are working on an EditShare server, connected via Thunderbolt 10gbit/s- Video Format: 4K 4:2:2 10 Bit, mk2 MXF Files (Canon C300 Mark III, Canon C60),  Proxies in Apple ProRes LT- Workflow details: We work mainly in Multicam Sequences with 2 cameras and an external audio recorder- Steps to reproduce: I just setup a fresh project, imported all the files (about 3TB), and created Multicam S

He exportado un video para instagram de un minuto y poco, al momento de querer subirlo, el cliente con un iphone y yo con un android, no deja reproducir el video, y aparece una imagen como si estuviera corrupto (tampoco lo reproduce la galería, solo con el reproductor VLC):He probado a exportar un un bitrate menor o mayor, he probado también exportar en Mov. que supuestamente acepta instagram, también probé H.265 y nada

I am very new to this. I was trying to add an effect and Adobe Premiere pro crashed. It has the grey screen over it, preventing me from being able to click on anything. I have no idea if i have auto save on unfortunately and none of the online tutorials to save crashed projects worked. So I clicked to turn off the program and it now says "Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 is trying to recover your information". It has been doing this for 15 minutes now. What do I do?? I'm worried what I work on will be lost and when i tried to close the program so I can reopen it, this message popped up. 

I'm lost.   First time editing pro res raw footage, color management is all correct for it.  The problem comes at the final end of editing. When I play it back in PP, it plays smooth and how it should. When I export it, it comes back extremly glitchy. Check the video below.    I've downloaded a new GPU driver, didn't work, downloaded an old one, didn't work. I've updated premiere pro, didn't work. I've changed renderer from hardware to software. didn't work. Changed it back to hardware. didn't work. I've exported it to an SSD, my desktop, HDD, results still are bad.  I've exported is as h264 adn quicktime with different encodings and codecs, didn't work. The closest I've gotten to an "OKAY" video is exporting it quicktime. But still isn't how it should be. Liebe Community, Ich brauche eure Hilfe:Ich nutze Premiere Pro 2024 und habe eine Videospur V2 erstellt, hier sind die Titel, aber auch die Texte drauf (alle als Grafik erstellt). Der Filmtitel wird angezeigt, jedoch die Texte nicht mehr. Ich habe erstmals die Texte mit dem komfortablen Texteditor eingefügt und immer die gleiche Vorlage genutzt (Copy+Paste an die gewisse Stelle). Bin mit den Grafiken nicht so fit, da ich sie außer für Titel selten einsetze. Die Frage ist nun: Warum werden diese beim finalen Film nicht angezeigt, aber der Filmtitel schon? Es ist die gleiche Spur. Was muss ich einstellen / Ändern? Vielen Dank vorab für die Hilfe, bin gerade echt verzweifelt und im Internet findet man dazu auch nichts (oder ich suche falsch).... Beste Grüße und vielen Dank vorab....Ralf

Very bad performance with CC2024.3 or higher . Same footage performs much better with cc2023.3!Footage with old codecs like DV25 or SD mpeg performs very bad in Premiere CC2024.3 or higher.Also mediapending screen appears a lot. You can fix slow media opening and pending with clearing the mediacache folder.This problem comes back after a short while however.(win10) DV25 avi files or SD mpeg files don't open or take a huges amouth of time.So support for the old legacy codecs (via Direct show) is very bad.Today I had to switch to CC2023.3 to get a project done with DV25 and SD mpeg.  

I've done some slight research on this issue & see I'm not alone. I don't have the specific version but I verfied today that I'm running the latest version of Premiere Pro. I customized shortcuts for my Premiere Pro workflow & have found it efficient for optimizing my time & workflow. However, within the last week I noticed that in order to do consecutive shortcut commands I have to click away from my timeline, click back onto my timeline to do the shortcut.  It's annoying because I can tell how much time I'm wasting having to do this additional clicking to engage the shortcut. I rely on my customized shortcuts for my project with clients. This has to get fixed!!!

I'm working on a 52 minute show for tv. Yesterday I spent all day trying to export, and was met with a myriad of issues. First I tried exporting natively out of Premiere (export setting MXF OP1a XDCam50 59.94), I have a 128 gig memory computer and with probably 44 seconds left into the export, Premiere told me my computer was out of Memory (and I didnt have any other apps open). I find that surprising that a 128gb ram computer can't handle an MXF export that will only be 20 gb large when done. Since Premiere couldn't natively handle the big export, I queued it in Media Encoder. No memory issues there, but when I took the final MXF and brought it back into PRemiere to QC it, segment 5 had this really bizaare audio glitch. It's almost as if media encoder took a random patch of audio and put it at 52 minutes in. So now all of a sudden this small patch of audio is out of sync and goes back into sync a moment later. (This audio glitch isnt the same audio glitch that I described in another p

Trying to export sequence to media encoder but media encoder does not launch. No error messages just a complete failure to lauch media encoder. Everything previously worked fine but has simply stopped working. It seems to possibly be a dll issue but cannot find a fix anywhere.Premiere version is 24.4.1.I Have tried uninstalling premiere and media encoder via creative cloud and reinstalling but to no avail.I have also Tried stopping antivirus in case it was interferring but no change.We are mid offline on a 1 hour doc and so need to fix this quickly if poss so any help much appreciated.I know I can bring the sequence in from media encoder but not as good as exporting from premiere.

While working on a short film project, the timeline in one of the sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro disappeared entirely. I can play the video and watch it on the program monitor, but I can't see the timeline to edit and work on the project. I tried updating to the latest version, and I also tried closing and reopening the timeline and the software, but nothing worked. The timeline contains a lot of graphics, animations, and sound effects. What is the solution?other sequences are working just fineMy Workstation :I9-9900KRTX309032 Ram

I was re-opening my showreel project that i haven't touched since 2020 and enven if the whole project successfully opened i ended up with some very strange and curious problems    I'm using premiere 2024 on windows 11 and the project is on an external hard drive

(AeVideoFilter:14) I opened Premiere this morning and am continuously getting this error code when trying to do anything in volumetric. I have updated and reinstalled the app and still keep getting this warning. I can't find any conclusive answers and was wondering if anyone had a solution. Thanks!

Hello! I've been using Premiere Pro for years now for video editing but recently it just keeps crashing no matter what project I'd like to do. And I can't do anything except for moving the timeline. I just started a new project, didn't do anything except for cutting the breaks between the speech, and it crashed again. I tried reopening a few times. Restarting my computer, restarting premier with the option button, clearing catches and disabling 3rd party, resetting preferences, NOTHING WORKS. I have a 2022 MacBook Pro 13 inch so, which is never overheated so I Don't think that would be the issue either.. Please Fix this because it is getting really annoying.

I'm working on an edit that is in an anamorphic aspect ratio 2:1, and I have graphics from AE dynamically linked on the timeline. The graphics look jagged and pixelated in Premiere, even when I render them out of After Effects and drop them in that way.  I've matched the sequence settings and it still seems to be pixelated. I've also tried interpreting the linked comp, trying the different field orders and pixel aspect ratios with no success.  System specs are Windows 11, 11th Gen i9-11900K, Nvidia RTX A5000 and 64GB RAM. I've attached screenshots of the sequence and composition settings. 

Issues with the new interface:- the new Vibrant Label mode sometimes appear with white texts, and it can't readable in some occasion. Ex.: yellow background)- After Exporting something, the Program monitor disappear, I have to switch Workspace, and then back to the original Workspace, to reappear.- any changes in the Export interface is super slow, wherever you click, you have to wait several seconds for actual change, never experienced anything like this- in the Metadatas, MXF files from ARRI doesn't have 'Camera label' option, Canon R6 files have, but not get recognize if I was changed them to any Camera Label... This should be very important for 'Create Mulit Camera Source Sequence...' It was a gamechanger thing before this bigger update. BRAW and R3D still works fine.Win11, i7-12800H, 64GB RAM, RTX 3080Ti 

Since the 24.4 update I have all kinds of visual artifacts when I retime a Sony XAVC Long QFHD file and especially when reversing a clip when playing the files in Premiere. Before 24.4 this was never an issue. For now I found a temporary workaround by using Render and Replace on the clips but would love to see this fixed A.S.A.P. (24.5 didn't fix the issue).

Hello, I'm using TBE on 13 subjects / files in premire. 11 of the subjects transribed into english, but 2 subjects were translated into foreign languages and they were speaking english the whole time. I don't have any other language installed on my computer/program, since I've only been working with english speaking subjects. I've tried to start new projects to load in the file into new settings and each time, the transcript is not in english.  I saw some questions on here similar to this, but didn't see an answer. If I ignore transcripts, it doesn't recognize audio to be transcribed anymore. I cannot "re-transcribe" sequence, it is completely greyed out for me. Any tips on how to get this file back to english? Thank you in advance.

When attempting to edit my subtitle text, it not only makes changes to the block of text I am editing, but it also changes the block of text directly following the subtitle. These are two separate graphics clips that were created from splitting a singular graphics clip.1. Transcribe clips in sequence2. Create captions from transcript3. Upgrade captions to graphics4. Cut use the razor tool to cut a graphics clip in half5. Editing one results in the other being changed. This also occurs on occasion when copying graphics clips and editing them. This is extremely unhelpful for adding subtitles throughout long videos as there are many times when Premiere Pro simply doesn't do a good job at identifying what the words are/where the best break is in the flow of the dialogue. That's why it is useful to cut and copy individual graphic caption files and to edit them as their own individual text so that the formating is preserved.

when i opend illustrator, photoshop,Premiere Pro, its showing blank page. will u please fix this bug beacause icant see recent works. when i press the home button again i hve to open new file then its work.   

When doing color grading using several stacked lumetri effects, clip selection update speed bogs down towards zero. It's quite the pain! This has been persisting, and I could track the issue down towards the Effects Controls panel being open or not. I've attached two screen recordings for comparison. Note how in the second clip the mouse can't drag the CTI, nor does the Effect Controls panel react to new inputs. After a few (increasingly sorrowful) seconds, everything jumps back into place and I can edit very FLUIDLY as long as I don't switch clips. This has been going on for a while now, and it's really hindering my performance. It's like going full throttle and press the brakes at the same time. PP 24.5.0 Build 57, Win10 x64 (22H2), AMD Ryzen 1950X, 64 GB RAM, NVIDIA 3090, all M.2 NVME drives, with caching/projects on separate disks.
