When editing a video, and then closing the project, re-opening it later, the cuts and edits I made are shifted by a few frames. This can also happen when exporting.  

On macOS it is possible to use the alt+left/right arrow keys in the program monitor in trim mode. On Windows Strg+left/right arrow key works just in the timeline panel but not if the program monitor is in focus. So you have to switch back and forth between the timeline and the program monitor panel to trim frame by frame with shortcuts.  I use Premiere Pro release 23.1. (german version) on Mac and Windows and I tested this on multiple laptops (all Windows 10, german os).  Steps to reproduce: - Use Premiere Pro on Windows (German version) and open Trim Mode - Use Strg+left/right arrow keys (works in the timeline) - Activate the Program Monitor and use Strg+left/right arrow key again (shortcuts are not working)   Would be great to have this working as it does on macOS. 

Bonjour à tous, Je viens tout juste de prendre la suite Adobe et sur Premiere Pro, il m'est impossible d'ouvrir les raccourcis clavier dans le menu 'Editions'... J'ai tout fait, réinstallation, ajout du fichier shortcut dans ses documents, changement de version de FR à ENG, rien n'y fait.... Comment résoudre ça ? Je suis sous Windows 10

Anyone nows why the program starts reproducing the video at a high velocity and with bugs? The thing is that mi time lines starts quick and making jumps on the reproducing videos, and when it runs like ten second it returns to the original and correct way of repdroduce it. 

Hi, I am currently editing aseembling a project on the timeline and Premiere Pro has started to randomly delete video clips from the timeline, as far as I can tell it is only when I attempt to move clips, either forwards or backwards or up/down to a higher or lower video track.  On the attached screenshot you can there are clips laid together on V1 and then it's just empty for a whole section, while the clips on V2 have remained, in this case I highlighted the whole bunch and just tried to move them forward a bit. It's strange cause the audio clips linked to the deleted video are still there and they play fine. Hoping somebody can point out something obvious that I'm missing!currently running version 24.3.0 (Build 59) on a Macbook Pro, 13 inch, M1 20208GB RAM, Sonoma 14.1

Ive purchased adobe premire pro but everytime I go to try and install it or creative cloud I get a system error saying that the serves are unreachable as well as to disable my firewall and try again. I have done that and it did not work. I am completely lost as I dont know what else to do and everything online did not help.

Hi everyone, I have a huge problem. Let me explain the situation: I edit with Premiere Pro and I really like doing my animations in After Effects. But there's a huge problem: when I try to go back from After Effects to Premiere Pro, Premiere Pro crashes about half the time. Do you have any solutions?

System specs:-Azus Zephyrus Duo 16 (2022)-AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX-Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (laptop)-32GB RAM-Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (Clean install and also on Win11 Pro 23H2 with same hardware)-Samsung 990 Pro 4TB-Premier Pro 24.3.0 build 59-Source File type: insv (Insta360, using plugin for Premier Pro)Issue: Playback during edit is buttery smooth except when playing back video transitions. If a dissolve in (for example) is encountered in a clip, the video suddenly becomes very laggy, missing frames.Stopping and resuming playback smooths back out the playback - but you don't get to preview the effect this way. Troubleshooting steps:-Delete Cache-Reduce playback resolution-Turn off HD playback-Try different renderer (OPENCL)-Clean boot Windows to make sure nothing else is running-Latest drivers and OS updates-Downgrade to clean install of Windows 10 with no manufacturer utilities or bloatware. Any ideas here?

Before I post more, I have spent the entire day chatting and screen sharing with Adobe support on this issue and can confirm this is "just how the program works" according to the last support member.  I am working in Premiere Pro 24 with the new Text Based Editing. This is a genius idea but seems to have flaws when using more than one camera for an interview.  We shoot on 2 matched Sony FX9s and I recently recorded an interview with an A and B camera (tight and wide shot) When importing into Premiere 24, the auto-transcribe works great. I laid out both camera sources onto a new sequence, synced the shots and that sequence was transcribed. However, when I went to edit the project in Text-Based Editing, it will not work correctly. When either Inserting or Overwriting the selected text into a new timeline, Premiere will paste a copy of the entire media, not just the selected section.  Mulitcam sequence didn't work either. I am attempting to export a UHD sequence to 1080 and 720 and my MOGRTs have laughably bad sampling. It is creating a fuzzy and aliased export. I've isolated it to the MOGRTs because the Text and various other on screen elements added inside Premiere Pro in other sections of the video sample fine and look great upon export. Is there a setting I am not seeing to correct this? Or do I need to have MOGRTs created (and thus new sequences created) for each export size? EDIT: I added examples with clear file names of the scenatrios that created them. I am just so confused why the exporter cannot scale or resample MOGRTs.

I have videos with audio effects in Audio Track Mixer (my daily workflow for audio mixing) but when I render from Premiere, NONE of my effects render with the video just the volume level. When I select - Project Settings - Ingest Settings - Action: Transcode - Preset: XDCAM HD - The generated file has the original FRAME RATE modified from 29.97 to 25.In the window itself there is a Comment: "Frame Size, Frame Rate, Field Order, Pixel Aspect, and other values are set automatically, based on properties of the source."The source has a Frame Rate of 29.97...I'm on Adobe Premiere Pro v 24.3.0 (Build 59) but this problem already existed in other versions. 1 - Version of the app - Adobe Premiere Pro v 24.3.0 (Build 59)2 - Platform and OS version - Windows 113 - Basic steps to reproduce the problem - Project Settings - Ingest Settings - Action: Transcode - Preset: XDCAM HD4 - Expected result and actual result - The generated file has the original FRAME RATE modified from 29.97 to 25.

The new update. When I go to label a clip a certain colour it makes this clip the colour but also any other clip from the same take, even if those clips are on different sequences. Who signed that off? So for eg. if you have an interview shot in one take and you went through chopping it up then thought i'll make all the good takes Green - you couldn't - it would make all of them green.Please fix this, i have tried to revert back to 24.3 , it didnt help

It does not run at all.. crashes. As you can see in the attached screen shot. So I had to go back to 23.3 to continue using the Premiere

I went to the "Windows" then "Workspaces" and pressed the "Reset to saved layout" button. After that, my workspace went south... I was trying to move workspaces to put them back in their place but it made it just worse. Each workspace that I'm trying to move duplicates on the screen as you can see on the screenshotIt happens when i'm swithing to one of my personal workspaces. If i'm not switching to it - all good.I've already tried to clean up the cash, restart the PC, and even reinstall the Premiere Pro! Didn't work!Did anybody face this issue? 

 I used the Enhanced Speech on a clip in Premiere and the result I got back is unusable. I then sent the audio to Audition, so that it would create a WAV file from the MP4, restarted Premiere, re-processed the new file with Enhanced Speech, and got the same result.I then took that WAV file and uploaded it to the Enhance Speech on the Adobe Podcast website and it worked like I expected it to.I am on a 2020 i9 iMac with maximum specs (2TB SSD) and macOS Ventura 13.6.6.

Hi there.  All of a sudden, my default audio transition is no longer being applied. This is with both the shortcut and the menu item in the sequence menu. For context this is a long clip chopped up and I am attempting to crossfade between cuts. So its not two different clips at their end points. I can still add the default video transition, but not the audio one.  No doubt it is my fault and I've pressed something I shouldn't have pressed, as I haven't updated the app yet, still running 24.2.1. We keep a policy to not update to the latest version for stability reasons. Ironic huh?  Thanks Billy

I'm having trouble rendering HEVC 265 files 

Hi there, please say me, what the hack? ( Only this problem actuall for Premiere Pro 2024 and Beta versions.. )    When I minimize my Premiere Pro, I see this... at the top my windows...      By the way, I don't download any programms, I just format my PC, install drivers, some times ago now I see this glitch / bug.     Please help me...   I Reset the settings on Premiere Pro 10 times... after 3/4 openings I see that bug.    

There is no specific triggers that I know that causes this, all I know is when I use the application, it has these random spurts of freezing, in which it cranks the GPU usage between 100-103% and freezes for a while, before maybe returning to normal, otherwise I'd have to close the application. Any suggestions for this? 

Hola, trabajo en una Production con otros tres editores, y cada vez que abro un proyecto que previamente abrió otro editor, me encuentro con que los archivos MXF están OFFLINE. No ocurre eso con otros tipos de archivos ubicados en la misma carpeta del servidor (NAS), solamente con los MXF.Todos los settings en Collaboration están como lo indica el tutorial de Productions.Espero que alguien de Adobe me de una pista de qué puede estar pasando. 

Hello,I remember posting this a couple of versions back but I can't remember the post's name 🙂 and I cannot remember If I posted it here or in the Encoder forums since I'm not sure this is a Media Encoder problem or a Premiere one.So, Media Encoder takes about 5 seconds to load all its plug ins when opened standalone. I have some Red Giant and Boris FX plugins installed, the number shown in the startup screen is about 400. BUT if I send the project for export from Premiere, either by pressing the keyboard shortcut or from the "send to media encoder" button in the Export panel AND if Encoder is not started it takes ages. It loads the default plug-ins first, this is also slow and then if goes to the 3rd party ones. I know this because it is so slow to load them that I can see the numbers scrolling in Encoder's startup screen :). Again, if Encoder if opened BEFORE and I send the project from Premiere to it, everything works as expected.This is my workaround. Not a b

The wipe transition has no option to change direction. 

Hi, I use Premiere since 15 years, and since 1 month I'm experiencing crashes while rendering. My mac says that all the memory has been used. So premiere 2024 and media encoder 2024 fill the ram. So i can't render videos longer than 10 min approx. or more than 5 short videos in a row with media encoder.  I'm rendering in H264 mp4. Same problem on premiere 2023. My mac has 128Go Ram and I setup 104Go for Premiere in the memory settings of premiere but I noticed in my activity monitor that. media encoder goes up to 190Go which I do not understand (should it not be locked at 104go ? ) I also have 400Go freespace on my hard drive.  Anyone has an idea ? Thank you My computer is :Mac Studio M1 Ultra128Go RamMAC Os Ventura 

Project Managers Collect Files and Copy to New Location with the Exlude Unused Clips not working as normal. I used to use this feature all the time to export b-roll from one project to another. I would make a sequence with the selects I wanted then Copy the original files to a new location. Now when I do this all the files in the project are being included, when I only want the clips from the sequence included.
