HTML dropdown list values are not showing when the panel height becomes smaller than the contents in the dropdown list. This happens in MAC. I'm copying various names from a Google sheet that represent various sequence names that have been decided on, and it appears that upon copying these names (by pressing CMD+A and CMD+C on each cell), they are coming with an invisible extra character at the end, a return/enter (↵).Normally, you can't name, say, a premiere sequence with a return/enter included. If you press the return key, it won't input anything. However, you are able to copy and paste this invisible symbol into many different places in Premiere that aren't normally allowed to accept this symbol, such as sequence names or in the "Simple Text" effect text box.This appears to cause unintended behavior where it becomes hard to read or edit the text in places where you have accidentally included this invisible symbol.Here's a spot where I labeled a piece of footage as Test_Title(↵). When saving the settings in Essential Sound as a preset the settings reset on Save. Loading your saved settings will fix it however its annoying. -Dim

I use a notebook to edit my videos and there is a problem for me when configuring the shortcuts, because the shortcut window is too large for my screen and I cannot make the necessary settings. How do I make the window smaller for my screen?

When scalling tracks down to their smallest vertical size, the cut points (clip ends) switch from black outlines to white outlines. This makes the edit points very difficult to see. The audio track outlines do not change color, just the video tracks. I've attached a few screenshots to illustrate. (Using Version 25.1.0 Build 73 on an M1 Pro Mac Studio.)

playback stutters when playing an interlaced timeline through BM ultrastudio monitor 3g on macos   Steps: 1. Create a 1080i (25i) sequence in premiere on macos 2. import footage (for example uhd 50p in prores or anything else) and edit it inside the sequence 3. enable mercury transmit through blackmagic mini monitor 3g 4. playback the sequence   What should happen: playback should be smooth on an m2 max processor with 32 gb ram.   What happens: playback stutters massively, lots of dropped frames, sometimes breaks of almost a second. when the sequence is set back to 50p playback is fine on the bm 3g. In resolve playback is fine in any setting - also in 50i. This bug has been there since at least two years in any premiere version and is still existant in 25.1 and 25.2 beta.

In the property viewer of an essential graphic, when using the mouse on my macbook pro kb, right or left scrolling not only changes the number, but the cursor moves to. the cursor should not move right to left.I have a video here that shows that.  PR 25.1

Since upgrading to Premiere 25.X, I have a UI glitch with Stacked Panel Groups. If I have the a panel in a stacked group, the panel itself overflows the group. This means that I have to scroll down within the panel to access the UI elements and buttons at the bottom, like the List/Icon View, Create new Bin, etc. of the Project/Bin panel. If I have a long enough list of items in the bin, I cannot click and drag a media item into the "Create New" button to make a new sequence from the item because the UI won't scroll down while dragging. In addition, scrolling with the mouse wheel while hovering over the panel stops partway sometimes, forcing me to click and drag the scroll wheel. This happens with all panels, not just the Project panel, but it's the most inconvenient one.If I use non-stacked panel groups, the panel resizes itself to fit the size of the group properly and the scroll bar is only for the items within the panel:EDIT: here's a larger screenshot for more c

Not sure what the hell has happened to Premiere in the last few weeks, but it has become insanely unstable and buggy, to the point that it either crashes immediately after opening, or crashes the moment I try to select anything in the Edit window (specifically selecting the Mask for a Gaussian Blur, but plenty of other identical responses, as well).Hardware is fine. Settings are fine. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps Over and Over. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rolling back (identical crashes on 24.6.1, 24.6.3, 24.6.4, 25.0, and 25.1). Verified the following, when the crashes occur;>12 GB RAM and >14 GB Virtual RAM availableGPU is NOT getting overloaded.Closed every possible other program.Verified ALL drivers are up to date.Upgraded After Effects to latest version.Errors occur regardless of status of GPU AccelerationErrors occur regardless of Audio IO settingsErrors occur both with custom/reset views and preferences Specs:Windows 10i7-10750 CPU32 GB RA

I have 2 workspaces I use to edit. The 1st workspace has the source and program monitor the 2nd is a timeline only. If I open bins and sequences and begin to work in workspace 1, when I switch to workspace 2 the bins move to different locations on screen or are closed and the sequences I have open in the timeline from the 1st workspace also shift in there order(if I have multiple sequences open) or some may close as well. It is a real headache. When working this same way in Avid Media Composer the bins and sequences remain untouched when switching workspaces. Is there a setting or way to stop this from happening.

Premiere 25.1.0 (Build 73) MacOS 15.1.1 (24B2091) I have a simple script that inserts a text caption MOGRT into a timeline and then adds values to each field within that MOGRT. Several of these fields are text boxes.  Lately, the automation script seems to work, as the MOGRT correctly produces captions on screen, however the entered text does NOT appear in the MOGRT's corresponding text box. If I click into the empty text box, all of a sudden the text that was correctly appearing onscreen disappears.  It's like the MOGRT is holding invisible "ghost" values for the text box, that you can't see, but are still rendering on screen, but then when you click on the text box, they disappear.  Does that make sense? It seems like the UI is not updating properly after the text-box values are automatically entered. I realize this is a very niche problem to have, but it does speak to something that might have broken in the v25 update perhaps? Hi All,yesterday started to experimenting a suddently conversion of my FX6 log footage to rec 709 without requesting it, I havent swicht on the button that allow the log footage to be converted to 709, I was on the latest 24 pp version , then i though it could be a bug so i ended deleting that version and getting the 25,1 version but still doing it, does anyone knows if this is a new bug or did i accidentaly change something on my setting that i shouldnt? hope that make sense,the reason why this is annoying is cos mess with my work flow as I'm already have a color profile that i like so I applied my color in adjustment layer above the log footage but cannot doing it now as the log already have a color that i havent requested.  

The audio Waveform is constantly disappearing and reappearing from the Timeline with this latest update v13.1.4 build 2. When I scroll left to right or zoom into the timeline, the waveform disappears and reappears without logic. As a result I am unable to visually edit to the audio piece and have to scrub through it to hear the audio instead.Please fix!

Home screen sometimes requires multiple clikcing on the recent project to actually start opening in. It might have to do with the thing that, if the Mouse was even slightly moved during the click, the click event is not catched.  This is happening for years in all Premiere versions. Kinda annoying. My system is Windows 11.  

Hello!Since this is coming frequently and starting to annoy I'm looking for help now: I have 10 Interviews à 1,5h. Every Interview has one project file where I'm working in step by step. After a while, after having been e. g. in 2-3 projects (always just one opened) I got the message that my system is out of program memory (Programmspeicher in German) and that I should close my programs. This is a bit confusing because I'm coming from a years old Windows Laptop (32GB) working now with the most expensive and actual Macbook Pro M4 Max, 48GB, 40GPU, 1TB laptop. 100GB free disc space internal and 1TB on my external project drive. With my Windows Laptop I've never had an issues with memory. Why this is plopping up and what can I do to canalise MacOS memory behavior focussed on Premiere. E. g. using the free memory on my external drive addionally to internal drive (when full).Thanks!

I am Assistant Editing on a docuseries that has tens of thousands of clips from several years of shooting, archival, etc., with sequences in various projects. I am trying to create a master project that has all the sequences from the various projects in it.I have been reorganizing the source clips to mirror the folder structure in Finder then using Consolidate Duplicates so there is ideally only one source clip per piece of media. There are a handful of source clips that won't consolidate. I've tried detaching proxies, which works sometimes, but there are a few that are stubbornly refusing to consolidate.I have noticed that one source clip has video & audio being used in sequences, while the duplicate source clip only has video being used in a sequence. I tried putting the second clip into a sequence so it would also have video + audio being used, but that didn't do the trick.

Why....why.... why! there beem minmum of 5  updates of which has passed since the rise in individuals reporting upon this same problem of the Transform effect not acting accordingly, even when placed with no shutter  angle change in some instances the Anchor Point won't align with the motion sections Anchor Point Coordinates.  yes I've heard of all the workarounds like nesting prior to apply the effect, Etc. Though  none have resolved my problem entirely as they are very volatile in their effectiveness from Project to project in my experience.  I don't understand how a software that have been around for less time like DaVinci Resolve has no problem with Transform effects, But the editing software that has been the main contestant in editing software industry being Premiere Pro, has yet to address this issue I honestly don't understand  how people have not gathered to try to apply joint pressure to Adobe  to fix this bug . And
