I've been getting vertical lines and dark frames working with MOV files in Premiere Pro and After Effects, pictured below. I'm not using any effects. After exporting, It still shows frames where the exposure is lower too. Any idea what I can do?  

Yesterday my computer had an update, in my project I have been placing in video footage of myself when I need it, no problems. But today when I inserted the latest clip after the update the audio on me is now out of sync. I checked all the other clips that I haven't inserted yet and they are also out of sync. The clips still in the project before the update though are fine. I even tried starting a new project to see if the clips are still out of sync and they are, but the clips I used in the project before the update are also fine in a new project. I don't understand why it's like this, when I play the clips on the media player on my computer they are in sync and fine. It's just when they are in premier. Any sugestions on how to fix this please?

I am trying to export a sequence out of Premiere 24.6.1 with the start timecode set to 2:00:00:00. The export's starting timecode is 2:00:07:06 when I check the export. If I try using the "Set Start Timecode" feature set to 2:00:00:00 under Metadata it exports as 00:00:00:00. I am exporting as ProRes 422 Quicktime but I tried other codecs and nothing works. Is this a bug? I've never had this issue in the past. Thanks.

When exporting from Premiere or AME, and using custom captions, we consistently get no burn in on the video.  VERY frustrating as these go live in minutes.  This bug took months to finally nail down and reproduce consistently, but here it is: When we export ANY file BEFORE the captioned file, the render will fail to burn in.  IF we encode nothing but captioned videos, it works fine.  Introduce ANY new file with no captions, the NEXT try with captions will fail.  This is consistent so far.   When it fails, we can see the AME preview is accurate and does not show captions either. We reuse a daily news template (mogrt) that we created to drop in our news stories (1-8 minutes) of video and transcribe to custom captions.  As Adobe captions are unusable out of the box, I don't know if it happens with stock settings.  WORKAROUND: If we close and reopen AME, exports will work fine as long as you export captions first.  Reope

Hello, I've been experiencing this issue since updating Premiere Pro to the 2024 version.Before I updated, I used to track obejcts or whatever using the arrow keys to adjust the position of the image one by one. I found it quite efficient and not time consuming. But for some reason, since I updated, I can't skip a frame when using the arrow keys. I basically have to press the video clip or the image inside the timeline to be able to press those arrow keys to skip one frame and have to go back and forth between the timeline and the sequence/video and it's really time consuming. If I don't click on the timeline and press the arrow keys, it adjusts the position of the selected clip, which isn't what I want. I also checked my keyboard shortcuts and my left and right arrow keys are only linked to "skip one frame" or "go back one frame" or whatever it's called in english (I use the french version btw, so I don't know all the vocabulary).Is this a Premiere Pro 2024 issue ? Or c

The timeline delay severely disrupts the working process and significantly extends the editing time.

Is Adobe aware of how bad the mask tracking is in Premiere Pro?!I had previously let an agent from Adobe access my MacBook Pro to see how bad the tracking in Premiere is compared to davinci resolve on the same footage & the same computer! even when I dropped the quality to 1080p in Premiere Pro it was still unusable while Resolve sliced through the same footage in 4k like butter!fun fact I have a pretty beefy MacBook Pro M1 Pro, so computer power is no execuse for Adobe. 

Cuando trabajo antes de procesar o renderizar (con el timeline marcando color rojo/amarillo en los cortes) todo trabaja super fluido, pero al procesar (que los cortes marquen color verde) todo comienza a hacer playback lentísimo y trabado, esto me pasa editando en 1080, no le veo necesidad de hacer proxies.Cabe mencionar que esto pasó de la nada, premiere me estaba funcionando increíble y de un día para otro comenzó a fallar. Acabo de actualizar mi pc y no debería estar pasando por esto, 32 ram, Ryzen 9 5900x y una GPU NVIDA GTX 1070Ya bajé la resolución a 1/4Ya desinstalé y volví a instalar (con preferencias eliminadas)Ya dejé, prácticamente, toda la ram reservada para premiereYa he cambiado de memoria los proyectosCabe aclarar que esto no me sucede ni PS, ni AE y ni en LR. Todos los demás funcionan corréctamente 

I marked my audio in Essntial Sound as a dialogue. The dialogue mark is to be seen on the audio track. But the transsript option in the text window claims not to find a daialogue. As a consequence it does not offer the command to create a transscript. I have done this several times before. Now it does not work anymore (current version)

Premiere keeps reverting to icon view. It won't stay on list view, even if I quit out and come back in. Premiere version 24.6.1 (build 2). I dont think i've updated my premiere for a few days and it hasnt been a problem until today. I dont understand what made it revert to this. I'm reading similar posts as mine that date back at least 2-3 years and havent seen a solution. I'm on a mac computer (2023)

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with Adobe Premiere Pro. Whenever I try to open any project or start a new project and import clips, the program consistently freezes and crashes. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the problem: Imported project files into a new project – didn't work.Cleared media cache – didn't work.Reset preferences – didn't work.Restarted my computer – didn't work.Updated my graphics driver – didn't work.Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro – didn't work. At this point, I'm completely lost and unsure of what to do next. This issue is severely affecting my ability to work on my projects, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions anyone can provide to help resolve this issue.

Het gaat om een MP3-bestand dat ik zonder problemen kan afspelen buiten Premiere Pro, maar zodra ik het importeer in een project, hoor ik geen geluid meer. I have E and R mapped to Mark In and Mark Out. For some reason, if I use the Merge Clips command to merge a video clip with its associated separate audio clip, the Mark In shortcut (and only Mark In) stops working, but only in the Source window, and only for the merged clip - it works normally for all other clips in the Source window, and works normally for all clips in the Program window.The fix is to close the project and reopen, after which the Mark In shortcut will be working normally again for the merged clip. If I then create another merged clip, the same thing happens - Mark In (only) stops working - but it will continue work normally for the previously-merged clip. This is a completely repeatable, it happens every time I merge a clip. It's actually a longstanding bug that I've experienced in previous versions as well, but never reported before now. Premiere Pro 24.2.1 (Build 2), MacOS 13.6.3

When I go to Export on Premiere, Nothing Happens. No error message or anything. It just returns to the timeline. I have been attempting to export this project for 4 hours now. I also tried to export using Media Encoder but it won't load into it. I use premiere pro everyday for work and I haven't had this issue before. I cleared cache, restarted my computer, and also uninstalled premiere and reinstalled it. Anybody else experiencing this?

Hi, Premiere Pro 24.5.0 (build 57) on MacOS keeps crashing when I try to access application settings from the Premiere Pro menu.  I'm on a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Max in MacOS SOnoma 14.5. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have started Premiere with the option click and have used all the options there. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Howdy, I notice that when I import my footage into Premiere Pro, there is playback lag between the audio-video. When I export this video, my exported file has this laggy playback as well. Hard one to diagnose, but some very odd behavoir messed me up yesterday. Loaded into my project, this morning, only to be told the project was damaged. S* happens, ok go to the autosave vault, many of which were damaged too. Thinking this might be an issue with my HDD, only versions from yesterday had problems. The really odd bit however is that some of the autosaves were for the wrong project. Titled: JaneOpen that one: John opens John was a project I was working on the day before, as was Jane, but why would it be saving the wrong project into an autosave for a different project? Might be wroth PP looking into in case there are other people this is happening to.

Having lots of problems with fonts lately, even local ones. They go back to normal randomly, making it unreliable.Even when showing correctly in Premiere, they get exported this way in Media encoder, so I was forced to start exporting in Premiere.Anyone has encountered the same and solved it?

I am a regular user of Premiere Pro 24.6.1 on PC, but for about a month now sometimes I can't change the font in any text layer at all. I can resize it, but every text appears in the same font, and no matter how many times I try to change it, nothing happens. The only solution that worked is restarting the program or the PC itself, but this souldn't be the only way.I would like to access my fonts, please.

Windows 11 23H2 - Premiere Pro 24.6.1I'm not able to grab keyframes, and move them along the graphic element and have the timeline display move with them.  The timeline stays where it is. I have to place the current frame line close to where i want it and move it to get the timeline to update close to the desired position.

Bonjour à tous, J'ai un bug assez embêtant depuis presque 1 mois maintenant sur mon nouveau pc sur premiere pro, en gros, dès que je veux regarder ma vidéo, et bien j'ai ma vidéo qui est toute sacadée pour genre 1 seconde et après cela redeviens complètement normal, mais c'est assez handicapant quand je veux regarder des trucs sur une frame précise, cela fait aussi sacader le son, on dirais en fait que ma vidéo est lue en x2 ou x3 pendant 1 seconde et redevient complètement normale juste après.Je vais essayer si je peux de vous joindre une capture vidéo de ce que je dit pour que vous puissiez voir le bug. Je sais que cela ne viens pas de mon projet car cela me le fait sur tous les projets, j'ai évidemment redémarrer mon pc, désinstaller et réinstaller tous les logiciels de la suite adobe que j'utilise, et je n'ai jamais eu de copie illégale sur ce pc. Je vous donne ma compo même si je sais que le problème ne peut pas venir d'elle :-Ryzen 9 7745HX-RTX 4090-32GO DDR5-1To S
