I tried reinstalling Creative Cloud, and all other apps on it (PS, AI, LR...etc) and it worked for a while until the message showed up again. I only use it on one device, I tried log-out and log-in my adobe account, but nothing works......Please help...
I've just been trying to use Substance Stager and I'm having issues with the viewport displaying blank, and I'm not able to make any edits or import any objects. Buttons still work, opening drop down windows, but no effects. I'm also not able to quit out of the program, as the "x" in the top right has no effect, and I have to end the task from Task Manager.I've followed all of the troubleshooting tips from Adobe for a blank viewport:- Checked the log info for CPUAVX2Capable is reporting correct- Update NVIDIA GPU drivers with a clean install (both Studio and Game drivers)- Set the Windows graphics settings to high performance on the GPU- Cleared the shader cachesNone of this is having any effect and I'm still experiencing the exact same issue. Any help would be great, thanks.System specs if needed: i7 9700K, 2070 Super, 32GB DDR4 2400 RAM
I've identified many, many features within Substance that hard crash my Apple Silicon Mac. Specifically what is preventing my workflow includes a complete inability to use post-processing effects after rendering, and many materials sending me to reboot. This is compounded with my inability to edit materials within painter has kept me from being able to complete any work on these new updates. Adobe team please fix, there is a log attatched but it doesn't reflect all of the catastrophic issues.I'm using a 2022 Mac Studio with an M1 Ultra, 64 gigs ram/vram, 4k display via Thunderbolt
Description of the IssueWhen importing an OBJ model with an accompanying MTL file that uses Windows-style backslash \ directory separators in the texture paths (e.g., map_Kd textures\my_diffuse.jpg), Substance 3D Stager on macOS fails to locate the textures. The same model and MTL file work correctly in other applications if the backslashes are replaced with forward slashes (/). This indicates that Stager is not parsing or automatically converting backslash paths, causing missing texture references. Steps to Reproduce1. On macOS, create or acquire an OBJ model with an MTL file containing texture paths like:map_Kd textures\my_diffuse.jpg 2. Open or import the OBJ in Substance 3D Stager.3. Observe that the textures do not load, resulting in missing or default materials.4. Edit the MTL file to replace backslashes with forward slashes (map_Kd textures/my_diffuse.jpg), then re-import.5. I'm using a UDIM workflow on a model in Painter, and attempting to render it in Stager. When I import my model into Stager as an FBX, it imports with all of the materials applied to various areas of the model correctly. However, the bug I'm observing is that textures applied to the first material (UDIM 1001) appear on all of the subsequent UDIMs as well. In this case I'm using normal maps to start.
I have a new installation of Adobe Cloud, and have installed Stager from that app. I have the necessary licenses. Every time I open Stager, I get the splash screen, then it tells me it's going to close because I need to install the app via the Adobe Cloud app (which I've done...multiple times). Mac OS. Sequoia 15.1.1. M2 Mac Mini Can anyone provide some insight?

Hi, I'm having an issue loading a file in Substance Stager I have been working on with no prior issues. I'm unable to tell from the log file what exactly the issue is, and I am able to open other files without any problems. I've attached the log file, if anyone has insight into why this is happening or how I can fix it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So I'm working on this project, it has displacement in substance painter, the model was correctly prepared before painting it and everything is working wonderfully in painter. Now that I'm done with painter, I used the "send to substance painter" option to export it to stager directly, but every single time it comes out with this error:Any help is appreciated! Note that both substance and stager are up to date.

From simple to complicated scenes, I cannot open a single Stager file that I have created. I was working on these last week with no issues, all the way up to the end of the day Friday. This week I get nothing but error messages. I have verified that there are no updates needed for system, drivers or Stager itself. Attaching log file as requested in the error message.
Hello,I’m trying to create an animation video using Stager on my Apple Silicon device. The render process starts smoothly, and frames are successfully recorded. However, after a certain point (this happens at different frames in my tests), the render process stops progressing. For instance, in one of my attempts, it got stuck on frame 28 and didn’t proceed for hours.I have tested this on different devices and with various scene settings, but I encountered the same issue. Hello,I’d like to share some significant issues I’ve been experiencing while using Stager on Apple Silicon-based devices (M2 and M3). Currently, I am working with two Apple devices, both equipped with 8GB of RAM (I understand this might be a limited amount of RAM). However, the issues seem to go far beyond just hardware limitations:1. File Opening Performance:•A 500MB total SSG file takes an extremely long time to open, creating a major bottleneck even in the early stages of the project.2. Rendering Problems:•When attempting an 8K render with ray tracing enabled, the process never completes.•Even when I set a time limit for rendering, the output is not saved automatically.•Selecting “Cancel All” does not terminate the process, and the application becomes unresponsive. These issues make my user experience quite challenging. While Stager is supposed to be optimized for Apple Silicon, encountering so many problems has brought me to the point of considering discontinuing its use. Alth

Hello, I can render in Stager, and I don't have any issues when rendering for an extended period to create a video. However, after a certain amount of time, my Stager turns into a white screen, and nothing is visible, so I can only exit the application. I'm sharing the relevant log file. I would appreciate any information you can provide about the problem.
Hi, I have been a lot of performance issues lately followed by a crash on a fairly powerful machine when I turn on Ray Tracing (medium quality). It does essentially render the scene but very slowly and if I move my camera slightly with Ray Tracing on, then the program gives the "Unable to start rendering engine" error and then crashes. Granted I have more assets than usual (about 10 assets mostly from the free library inside 3D Stager) and my file size is about 87 MB, but it shouldn't be struggling this much and/or crash. I have done the fixes here: https://helpx.adobe.com/substance-3d-stager/common-issues/gpu-rendering-is-disabled.html and I switched my Nvidia drivers to the studio version to try. I have also set 3D Stager under high performance mode in the Nvidia control panel as well, but nothing has worked. I tried rolling back to older versions, but I cannot use my save with those versions which is frustrating. My specs are: 3D stager
