Le Thumbnail ne marche pas dans la partie share.J'ai essayé une quinzaine de fois d'uploader un thumbnail mais ça ne marche jamais...

For the same project, I can't create a link with account A, but I can create a link with account B. 

Cant tunr on full audio file ( There are files attached below ). I really hope the Aero gets better and better.   

When I design and preview my product, I import a box into it. However, after generating the QR code and using it in real life, the box disappears. This issue also occasionally occurs with other objects. 

I'm having problems with Adobe Aero. Importing files (jpg, png, jpeg, psd) does not work. I've loaded these files using drag and drop and using the import button, and it still doesn't work. Aero just loads the file endlessly. I've tried restarting the program, I've tried restarting my computer, I've tried updating my computer drivers (they're the latest now), I've tried uninstalling Aero and reinstalling, I've tried installing newer versions and NONE OF IT HELPED! Still the same endless file download ring. I have Windows 11 and two months ago I could work normally in this program and there were no problems with importing.But the stock objects that Earo has in the left panel starter assets are loaded and used without problems, as expectedIt opens some png and jpg files, but I don't understand why some are imported and some are not.And one day, when opening an old project (two months ago everything worked just fine), these errors came out and out of 10 objects only 5 were loadedWhat I mu

When I share the link, it does not work. QR code is not detectable. 

i made a project on aero, it used to work perfectly fine. But after i uploaded something, it stopped loading even on both ios and android. I reupload it, scanned the qr code, open from the link but i still cant get it loading. It keeps looping on preparing on both ios and android  

I try to change object in my sence, but when I use the same name, I can't change it, I have to change to a different name for the object to be updated. 

Hello everyone,  This is driving me crazy;  I have a Oneplus, I have made AR with anchor image before and with the (barely reliable) Adobe Viewer, it works fine.  Made a new file, new image anchor, this one works only on Iphone but not on android (haven't checked Samsung, my guess is that it would work).  I would understand no anchor images working on android or this new image not working on either system but this is leaving me clueless.  Also, tried to tweak the anchor image, with contrasts, formats, brightness, anything, always works on iphone, never on android. 1. Version 0.24.42. PC Windows 10 Enterprise 3. Import Architectural model using various file types (obj, fbx, stl, glb)4. Trying to get model to import correctly but what ends up happening is the import process will scroll like it is working and then ends with the screen being left blank (nothing has imported) with no error prompts.  I've tried different configurations when exporting out of Revit and Sketchup with no luck.  If it helps to know I'm running a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900KS processor and have dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 TI's.  The 3D file size I am importing is 98MB. 

Hey, Aero is crashing whener I try to import my model in Obj or GLTB file. Though I tried to reduce the file size while importing, the problem still sustains. It takes some time to load and when it is about to open, it crashes to Send report tab. Anybody come across this? Any advice?Kindly suggest what to do. Thank you.

Hi all,For those who are struggling to create a shareable link on Aero, I would like to share a work around. No idea why this happens and I am hopping the team finds out what is going on and fix it. Meanwhile, try to export the project on your windows app and send the file to your phone (using an iPhone 12 pro max here). Open it and ON YOUR PHONE and from there generate the link. It should work.  Tried to do the same on my iPad but I get the same error as on my desktop. But the iPhone link works like a charm. Hope this helps 🙂 

 The FOLLOW Action works in reverse.  Assigned to FOLLOW Camera, thecharacter just moves further and further away as you walk with your phone.  Works in Preview, but not in the real world. version 0.24.4 and previous.

When I load a jpg-mapped gbl file created in 3dsmax into aero, the color saturation is cut off considerably. I would like to know how to display them with the original coloring.

I was unable to import 3D fbx animations that used to previously work in previous versions of aero.  It would be wonderful to get this issue fixed so that we can create more experiences.

I'm building a scene with the nice Aero tool on OSX. It all went fine: I press share, apply changes and after updating I follow the QR link on my iPhone (14).The appclip opens, the thumbnail and title shows, but it doesn't get past "Preparing scene..."It worked fine a few share-updates before! Please help - there's a lot of work in it:https://adobeaero.app.link/cjcvv6zgQub  

I've created a QR code or link to my file, but once I scan the code or open the link, the app opens but nothing loads. It just says it's preparing the scene. Anyone having this problem? 

The app shows a black blank screen when trying to open a new scene or load an older project. 

I use Aero version 0.235(#125) on my windows PC and version 2.23.6 on my iPad ProWhen I want to create link sharing, it take time longer than usual and did't create Link and QRcode.The error massage display 'Unable to create Link' or 'Unable to create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link.'ps.My account is personal general personal account

Adobe Aero is having 2 issues.  (SHARED LINK ERROR)1. Cannot open old file projects as it says share link error.  File shows in my projects list but wont open with that error.  Many files lost or not working.  2. Cannot create share qr or link for new projects im creating.  Just continues to say Setting Up Project with spinning wheel.What is going on?  THIS IN NO WAY IS GOOD FOR THOSE USING THE SOFTWARE FOR BUSINESS!

Geospatial effects aren't loading on phone. Tokyo, iPhone 14 Pro max. 

Was testing a geospatial scene and tried sharing to test across multiple devices (all ios), and they all loaded for a bit and then crashed. Saw that others are experiencing this as well; is it user error or whats going on with aero? 

I am unable to use Aero on my S21, please help me. Thanks

I'm struggling to edit files with image anchors, as when I open the file it asks me to locate the image to even be able to edit this. Where as before I just had a holding image in the file, this makes it difficult to edit the file as soon as you move away from an actual image it just  goes to a screen with a picture of the image anchor that you can't seem to get out off you can't even return to the Home Screen, I'm working on an up to date iPad Pro. I've tried this on other devices and this is the same. Is this just me! This is not a helpful update in fact its a pain 

I'm having a problem with the adobe aero experiences that I created using geospatial creator. They are working fine sometimes, but at sometime it's impossible to load the experiences. i don't know if it's a problem with the server of adobe or what's the problem, but this experiences are made to be viewed from a lot of people, but at some hours (when I need it the most) it's just impossible to start it. its there a way in which I can solve this? I Don't know if there's a pay version which can improve the server or the capacity, I don't know..  can anyone give me some idea? thanks
