Camera Raw

Camera Raw completly doesn't work on SLI / NVlink systems after updating to the new Nvidia Studio Driver. Before it works when Photoshop has disabled SLI in Nvidia driver panel. Now it doesn't work even with SLI disabled.

just installed Big Sur and updated my adobe apps, tried turning off the graphic processor with no luck, camera raw app  was updated as well, need this for work...any idea's     {Thread title edited by moderator}

I can only save files as .dng under file naming. I would like to save processed files as jpeg. Any work-around would be appreciated to accomplish saving the files as jpegs

Ich möchte gerne meine Bilder, die mit alten CR's (anno 2017-18) bearbeitet worden sind nun im aktuellen CR neu bearbeiten.Dabei werden allerdings nicht alle Elemente des neuen CR angezeigt.Gibt es die Möglichkeit diese für meine Bilder zugänglich zu machen oder muss ich die gesamte Bearbeitung zurücksetzen und dann neu aufbauen in CR?Danke

Hi! I updated to Camera Raw 12.0.1 today and performance in the app is very, very laggy. As another poster described, it takes from 2-5 seconds for an image to appear in the working window.  In the previous version, an image would appear immediately but would take a second or two to come out of preview completely, whereas in v12 the image does appear to switch out of soft, low-res preview image state fairly quickly once it finally does load.  In this version, previews load fairly quickly at first, decreasing after a few previews to the aforementioned laggy response time. If any adjustments are made on the panels, the laggy response happens instantaneously.  I've followed all the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/acr-gpu-faq.html#Troubleshooting And gotten no results whatsoever. Hi , long time ACR user but today the edit frames are scrolling left with no command?and it wil not let me click + shift - select multiple frames - I must have hit some wrong keys or my mouse is doing it? I tried default settings and restarting pS and removing the battery from the mouse but nothing has worked so far? Your help, reflections and dissertations appreciated. Thank YouRodger

Vu l'age de mon système et son incopatibilité avec la nouvelle version de bridge j'étais resté à la version 11.40 de Camera Raw et j'etais bienPlusieurs années d'investissements ( financier dans adobe photoshop et dans une pratique et une connaissance de l'outil)Nouvelle version que j'accepte et voila, je ne sais quel "petit génie" ( j'avais ecrit crétin au debut) à pensé que la nouveauté c'était mieux et tous mon workflow de travail part à la poubelle.Le "petit génie" n'aurait il pas pu me laisser le choix de mon interface... non il était trop génial avec ses nouveautés.Si je dois me refaire des habitudes je pense que je peux carement changer d'éditeura bon entenduer salut

Hola, estoy teniendo serios problemas con Camera RAW: no exporta las imágenes (adjunto captura) y no guarda la selección que hago, es decir, abro muchas imágenes con CR, elemino algunas, doy clic en "Hecho" pero no guarda la selección pero si la edición.He intentado reinstalarlo pero no lo encuentro para Desinstalar, ya reinstalé Bridge y Photoshop y el problema persiste ¡por favor ayuda!

I downloaded the latest Camera Raw update 13.0.0.610 today, 10/21/20, and it keeps freezing and shutting down my iMac under Catalina 10.16.7 -- maddening!  The computer restarts after shutting down due to a fatal error -- PLEASE FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!  THANK YOU!

Hello together , since a few versions i always have more or less lags with Photoshop/Camera RAW.The Photoshop lags are better now but for me version 2019 was the most stable one . This since a few versions ,  when i use the structure slider i get a really big lag about 20 - 30 seconds , and after that RAW stays laggy .To a certain update thia also appeared with other sliders , but not anymore . Structure still is unusable . I installed a new clean  OS with no Backups + Photoshop but nothing changed .The issue appeared with older OS and also with  Big SUR .OS 11.1Macpro 2013 + 64 BG RAM3,7 QUADFire PRo D300 2 GB   I searched the web for some help and played with performance + cache size but nothing helped .This really is very frustrating for me , does anybody has a trick for me ? best regards Simon 

I updated all of my CC apps on both my laptop and desktop.  On the Laptop which is a PC, everything works fine, but on my desktop MAC, although CC now shows that everything is up to date, I can only see/access the Adobe Color and Adobe Monochrome color profiles.  The other ones (Landscape, Portrait, etc) are simply not there. Any ideas?  Very much appreciated.

Jan 13 2021 the new camara raw is crashing my entire system IMac, I just instaled it and I can't do anything

Since installing the Nvidia driver version 460.89, it is no longer possible to work with the current ACR version 13.1.1 and active GPU acceleration. Since I haven't worked with ACR for a long time, I can't tell if the problem also occurred with older versions. As soon as GPU acceleration is deactivated in the ACR settings, ACR behaves as expected.The error is reproducible: After opening a RAW file from the bridge and activating the Spot Removal Tool, an enlarged view of the histogram is displayed instead of the RAW file.

I am running MAC 10.7.5 with Photoshop CS6 with Aperture 3.4.5. My Photoshop camera raw plug in is 7.0 something. Recently got a Nikon D500. Now my MAC programs say the raw NEF files are not supported. Can someone send me a valid link to update my Camera Raw Plug-in? What can I do now? Please!!!!! Help!!!!! jsna1@yahoo.com

I am unable to grab my raw files from my Nikon camera although it has never been a problem before so I reserached and it said to download the .dmg converter but when I try to install all I get is the spinning wheel of death and it never goes away and I have to force quit.  Any help is much appreciated but please answer in layman's terms as I am not a computer genius. Thank you

Hi there,I have such a big problem I can't decide. There are no Camera raw profiles for Canon R6 in ACR. So because of it, I can't use my presets and I can't get the photo color I need!!!Help me please! And could you tell me when will be a new version supporting Canon R6 profiles?

I am having issues with camera raw running very slow and lagging during editing, as well as freezing.  Editing has become nearly impossible with this version.    I am running a windows 32GB RAM, 64-bit operating system with x64 based processor.  Is there a way to fix this, or do I have to unistall this version and install the older one?    

I am looking for a light weight editing solution, and I want to explore whether Bridge plus Camera Raw is for me. So I installed Bridge plus a trial of Lightroom Classic, which I tried in the past and which I don’t like. My operating system is Windows 10 Pro. Now when I right click a photo in Bridge and select “Open in Camera Raw…”, then I get: Camera Raw editing is not enabled.Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed. What does this mean? A trial of Lightroom Classic is not enough to try Bridge?

Weder wird abgebrochen oder es schreibt mir kann nicht zusammengefügt werden .Geht es jemanden ähnlich . Danke LG Hi there , For weeks I have had the problem that I cannot assemble panorama images in Camera Raw. I take the photos with the DJI Marvic 2 Pro. Neither is canceled or it writes to me cannot be merged. Does anyone feel the same way?thanks

I'm working in Adobe Bridge 2020 and started noticing a lot of lag in opening my NEF files that I shot on an Nikon D850. (Anywhere from 10 seconds to 35 seconds just to open a single raw image.) Then, I get a notification alerting me that "Camera Raw cannot open this file". I had been working in Adobe Bridge & Photoshop 2018 when lag started occurring last week and then suddenly I could not open any of my raw photos. I had no other problems with opening raw photos at all with the current software and plug-ins, it just randomly happened. So, IT had me update to the Adobe 2020 software suite and camera raw 13 plug-in.But now it's happening again to where I cannot open my raw photos. What versions of camera raw plugs are most compatible with a NikonD850? And would downgrading to Adobe Photoshop and Bridge 2019 help my situation? Or any info on how to resolve this?

Anybody,I am having an interface problem.  I am used to using gradients in Camera Raw but since the new interface I have been unable to do several things that are very important to me.  My issue this morning is I can not figure out how to erase a gradient that put on an image.  The interface, unlike before, has become completely unintuitive.   Here is an example of what I am talking about.  I ran a gradient across an image.  I did not notice that one of my sliders was set to dehaze.  I was going fast.  I closed the image.  I reopened raw and I can not find that gradient to erase it.   I can't see it but its there.  I and it is messing with my saturation.  I cant figure out how to reset the image to its original state.  I had to resort to going to my desktop finding the xmp and throwing it away and starting over. I have been using this Please tell me how to get rid of that gradient in the interface provided.&nbsp
