Hi all, rencently started using connect on my iPad but I have found an issue when downloading documents from the app to use in Microsoft office. If I download on the app, they won't open on docs, but if I download them from the web browser, they work fine. Ive tried renaming files with correct pathways, but nothing seems to work when downloaded from app. Does any have a fix or should I just use connect on browser? Thanks in advance for any help.
When joining the room I received an initial pop-up that I need to allow the media and after accepting this I can hear the host fine. The the audio from the host drops out, the only way to restore the audio is to leave and reenter the room. during a session with 4 people (host + 3), 2 of us had to leave the session (90min) 8 times due to a fault, which was occurring at the same time for both of us.I was connected to the room on Mac in Safari, I had tried to use the desktop app but the room would not transfer to the app.

One of my team is hosting a meeting this week and running into issues when starting a screen share. Whenever a host or participant starts a to share a screen in a pod they start getting audio feedback of the presenter's voice or any other active mic. It sounds like an open mic picking up the audio feed of the meeting and broadcasting back. We have confirmed everyone in the meeting is muted. still happensWe tried enabling single speaker mode and it still happens Is this something anyone else has encountered? This is a meeting that has been used and reused for over a year. Not sure if this is a known issue with the latest upgrades.
There is a folder named "recBackups" in the content folder on the server, which contains backups of parts of the recordings. The folder is occupying a lot of space.1. Why does Adobe Connect make these partial backups? Under what circumstances does it use them?2. Is the folder safe to delete?Thank you for your answers in advance.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I'm new to connect and am having some issues with audio.It starts ok, then cuts out intermittently to the point where most of what I say is lost. It seems as though when I select a different mic, it works again for a few minutes before breaking up.To aid troubleshooting:I have an excellent hard wired connection (350mbs down, 35mbs up)I have tried three microphonesI use the same hardware for other delivery online without issues.I'm using an M1 Mac Mini, with the latest OS 11.4 and version of connect and restart before the session.I have attached a log file and I'm hoping that someone can help me work out where the problem is. Since yesterday Oct 11, many people are getting new firewall errors or are just not able to get microphones or speakers to work, although others are not having these issues. Please advise.
Hello, Here's our issue. The host has given mic rights to all participants and they have muted their mics. A student leaves class (Internet issues, for example). When they rejoin class, their mic is unmuted. And because they had it muted when they left, they may not realize it until the background noise disrupts the class. I have looked for a setting to automatically mute mics on entry, but I haven't found one. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks

Hola, me pongo en contacto con vosotros porque soy estudiante de UNIR y al empezar el curso Adobe Connect nos ofrecia opciones como: decargar la clase para poder visualizarla sin internet, además de adelantar o atrasar la velocidad de los videos. Estas opciones iban muy bien para el estudio a distancia, y de repente ya no las tenemos, me gustaria reclamarlas o saber si las volvereis a introducir. Muchas gracias.

Unfortunately, using the Adobe Connect software application version 22-11-2021 on a Windows 7 service pack 1 system prevents users from accessing the program through the app. when the Open in App is used, a blank white screen is created. Hi There, Can anybody help with suggesting the settings i should use when uploading a video file (mp4) that was initially recorded on an ipad. When attempting to upload the video on captivate i select the "Video - ipad option", however as soon as i add text, and publish, the video "zooms in" and part of it gets cut off. Is there something that i should be doing? Attached is the original mp4 video (titled - logging on 1st Draft) and the Test video ( that was created after uploading onto adobe captivate and publishing.

I have trainers that login as a host on one computer and a guest on another computer so they can monitor guest view. Recently, we noticed there's no longer the option to login as a guest as the system seems to remember the last login and automatically log in. Anyone else notice this change?
I have a trainer that is stuck in the mode of "preparing the room" when trying to host a session. This just started. I haven't seen this issue since the transition from Flash to HTML5. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!
Hello--Is anyone else having issues using the Control key function when in control of another users computer during screen share? For example, in Microsoft Office, a user uses CTRL + A to select all text boxes. Then the CTRL key seems to be stuck so when going to click in a box, it actually just unselects the box as if the CTRL key is still being pressed. The only fix we are finding is if the user who's computer is being shared presses the CTRL key and it removes it from being stuck. The user who was granted access to control the computer is not able to "unstick" the CTRL key. We were using the classic view up until now when forced to switch due to us having the issue in standard view.
Can Camtasia mp4 recordings with interactive content (HTML) be uploaded, stored, and work in Adobe Connect? Perhaps through the event feature?
Hi, We're currently hosting multiple meetings. When using the adobe connect app, as both a host, presenter and participant the sound quality of the speakers is perfect. However for participants that are accessing the meeting using the web browser, the sound is very juddery. You can still hear everything being said but there is a lot of excess noise. I've already tried the fix listed on this solution https://community.adobe.com/t5/connect/adobe-connect-meeting-voice-distortion/td-p/7778404?page=1&fbclid=iwar2az6xbls4nl6dgnjv0d6qffvcdf5gpyvncvikzb2pormvhqr_3zhdnmne and there was no difference in sound. Any quick help would be much appreciated! Thanks
Hi Team, Is there any possiblity for an Adobe Connect account that has domain url like like adobeconnect.eu or *.in etc. We take only subdomain as input from customer during configuration from (https://subdomain.adobeconnect.com/) and prepare the complete url ourselves. We want to know if this works or we need to accept the complete url from our customer, in case adobe connect is supporting the url's like subdomain.adobeconnect.eu or *.in etc ?? Thanks,Jeevan K

I wonder why there is no closed/live captions in the webinars when Adobe Connect have the CC option but I have to pay for it. I dont think it's fair.
