When uploading a  PP 2013 pptx file to Adobe Connect I some text in Open Sans is breaking the textbox and starting a new line.When using Presenter 10 on the local PC with the settings for presentation for Adobe Connect Pro that is not the case.How can I avoid such overflow?- is Open Sans working in Adobe Connect ( I have downloaded the fonts and can use them in win7 and PP   or do I have to use "Source Sans Pro by Adobe"?- How can I download Source Sans Pro by Adobe into the Win7 and to use it as a standard font in the PC programs as Powerpoint etc?Thanks,

I want to send a notification to students who have been active in a curriculum to let them know there's going to be a new version coming out soon, but I can't find who gets included in the various status categories.The curriculum only has one completion requirement (an exam), so I don't care if you have attempted and failed the exam or have only been working in other lessons but have not yet attempted the exam. What I don't want to do is send the notification to enrollees who have never even opened the curriculum.Does " Enrollees who have failed or not completed the curriculum." include those who are enrolled but have never started (they clearly haven't completed it) or only those who have at least opened the curriculum (my target)?

A participant tried to join a webinar while it was still in session via the Event Login Link.  They received a message "webinar has ended" (or something similar) when trying to join with the email address they registered with.  The webinar was still in session, so I'm not sure what was going on??  Anyone else have this issue?

Can I host a meeting from my IPad ? I do not want to purchase and discover later that I need a desktop. I have a small global organization and I travel a lot.

Folks, the title says it all. I've been using Connect for years, but suddenly I am finding that when I use the feature on a recorded meeting to "make flv", it not only records the meeting video but ANY WINDOW I MAY VIEW ON MY COMPUTER while that make flv recording is processing.Now, I do not see others complaining about this, so perhaps there's some combination of factors that makes it happen for me and not others. But maybe they just have not noticed it. I had always feared this for years, but when I checked it never happened, until I notice it happening now in recordings I've made in recent days. i have been trying for a week to download and i get error messages or downloads that the video freezes while everything else continues to the length of the video is 16:40 while the playback continues beyond that.  Help!  All I am doing is using Adobe Connect Meeting and I have no clue how to even contact support.  My 1 month subscription runs out today and I would really like to have the recording.  Thanks.

In the past I have missed important webinar presentations that have used adobe connect, simply because, for some reason, I could not 'enter' the session.  I have had no trouble entering webinars that use other software.  Please advise.

Hi I have been trying to install adobe connect 9.2.1 on Win 2k12 server.  I have tried the install process several times logged in on a domain admin account and logging in as a local admin.  I follow the install wizard and fill out the connection details for SQL server and SMTP settings (and both appear to work) However once the installer has finished the Connect service is not installed and I am unable to proceed in configuring the connect server for our unit's use.Is there any other thoughts/ideas as to why this is happening and any workarounds?

I am soon participating in a "eLearning" program and we have been told that the meetings are within "Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro Meeting".It is not clearly stated anywhere if I need to subscribe and have this program installed myself or if it is actually only the host that needs the program.Is having Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro Meeting installed/subscribed a requirement for the participants?Thanks for any help - hope Adobe will state this much clearer on their webpages in the future.

I keep getting the message that "Adobe Connect quit unexpectedly" when trying to connect to a meeting. I get that when I dial in. If I just wait, it connects anyway even though I get that message. However, I can't share my screen or hear/share audio. When I try to share my screen I get the unexpectedly quit message again. And this time it really never just starts to work. I am using a Mac OS 10.7.5. Any ideas? This worked fine until a few months ago.

Hi,On Windows PC, with IE and Chrome, a proxy Zscaler is configured correctly but Connect try to connect on meeting servers (TCP1935 + HTTPS) directly. Our Firewall doesn't allow this direct connection.How to configure Connect to use Proxy ?I've already checked, on IE>Internet Options,Advanced>Use HTTP 1.1 with proxy"...Thank you.

MAC OS10.9 won't work with Adobe Connect Add-In. I have tried all the recommended changes to Preferences in Safari 9. What's up?

Is it possible to log into Connect via an API call using a shared secret instead of a password?  Every example I see uses the password value in the login action, but I would think that if the shared secret value is set, there should be an option for that as well.

Does anyone know if I need a new licence key generated by adobe to be able to upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2?I have the 9.2 software and we have a support contract with Adobe but I've been unable to get a response from the support team when raising a support case in their portal.I don't want to try and complete the upgrade and destroy our in house development environment if I find the licence keys I have won't work or the upgrade is going to be expensive.Any ideas?Thanks, Rob

We have several users that create adobe connect rooms for training purposes.  We are concerned that if one of the creators of a room leaves the organization and their adobe connect account is closed that we will loose the room.  Is this the case?What if there were other host added to the room.  Would we loose the room? What if we moved the room to a shared folder?Thank you,Matt

I am trying to approach my problem in another way. We have a Presenter pod with a custom swf file loaded as the content that works the way we want it to. However, I want to tell that pod whether or not the user is a host. So I thought I could make another pod that only the host would open, that could send a message only to his pod, not to the rest of the users in the session, to notify the pod that indeed they are the host. Is it possible to communicate only to the current pod?

I have a project which requires reporting features out of Adobe Presenter, but we want to now integrate it with collaboration builder to have host lead sessions. Has anyone had experience with these two areas? I am getting very little out of my searches simply with Collaboration Builder. I am looking for someone with experience with the reporting feature of virtual classrooms, and specifically getting the reporting of that type of meeting to work with Collaboration Builder sdk, to load another game swf, which holds our game content. Viewer.swf is confusing in the current scheme of Presenter file structure, because I do not know what tasks that swf carries out, so I can incorporate them into my Flex shell to run a Presenter type game in Adobe Connect with my Flex shell. Not sure if that was clear, please ask any questions you have about this structure.

I'd like to include the basic "Jumpstart for Participants" video in the lobby of my Adobe Connect meeting. Is this possible / allowed? If yes, how?
