How can I change the Adobe Connect logo in the upper left hand corner of the login page?

I had a few people in a meeting, everyone was able to see my shared document but one person could not see it. Then I used shared screen and open the document on my desktop, he saw it without any problem. His computer is Windows 7, Adobe Flash player is version 11. He had Adobe Connect add-in in his computer. There is no firewall and Internet connect was perfect. Does anyone can give me some suggestions? Thank you. P.S. I asked him to share a document with everyone. After he uploaded a document, everyone saw the document but him.

Hello,Are you planning on releasing the Linux add-in for adobe connect 9 anytime soon?. The 9 version has been released for a while now but there is no news about the Linux add-in, we have quite a few Linux users and they are already starting to complain about the poor support and we can't downgrade to adobe 8 since we own a hosted license.Would be a shame if we have to start looking for another solutions, we have been using adobe connect since the version 6.Greetings,Miguel

Sometimes I am immersed in my emails or a call and do not notice if a student is requesting entry. It would be nice to have a sound go off when someone request an entry.

When i attempt to download flash player it  stops half way thru and says close internet explorer.How can i complete the download?

My colleague and I both have the default time zone set to (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada)He has scheduled a meeting to start at 8:00 AM (he lives in the Eastern Time zone)I live in the Mountain Time Zone and the same meeting shows a start time of 7:00 AM -- when it should be 6:00 AM.How do we work around this?  We have a meeting scheduled for Jan 26 in multiple time zones.

Looking for companies who can provide onsite support with Adobe Connect for a 2-day federal advisory committee meeting, i.e. managing slides and phone lines throughout the meeting.

After initial 10-15secs of start of playing a recording it restarts.Checked to see what is happening and it seems to try and connect directly, which is blocked on our firewalls, instead of continuing the connection through the proxy.How can I stop this happening?

Hi,I'm connectiong for the first time. I installed the add-in, and made sure i'm defined as a host when i set up the meeting,but i'm a participant in the meeting, and not a host. why? what shoud i do?

Is it possible and does anyone have experience with being able to create an automated load of new groups and users in Adobe Connect. We have an On-premise deploymentwill be setting up  the application to be open outside our company to train channel partners. We have a separate database of channel partner contacts, email addresses, passwords, and training groups that they should be in based on their partner company or product knowledge. We would like to be able to create a front end database that would create a group based on the partner company or based on product knowledge. Then we would like to add users to these groups. Any knowledge of whether this is possible and if anyone has done it?

Does anyone know of a way to use a green screen with Adobe Connect so that when using the video feature, others will see a background put there via green screen?

Hi all,We use standards base videoconferencing equipment with an MCU using either SIP or H.323. From what I understand, reading the features of Adobe Connect, it should talk to SIP based endpoint using H.264 video CODECs.Problem is, we have a user that uses Adobe Connect (not us) but they do not appear to be too technical, and do not appear to be able to know what is involved in setting up Connect to operate with a standards VC systems.Other problem is - we are trying to sort this for Monday!It looks as though the user is using the Adobe Connect cloud service as the URL they initial gave us points to http://cass.adobeconnect.com/. Is this even possible with this service?All answers welcomeChris

How can I have more than 24 attendees in a web conference using Adobe Connect?

Hi,our administrator created a new room and put my account as on of the hosts for the meetings held in  that room. However, when I log into the room I cannot share anything and it seems that I do not have the privileges of a host. While it works if the adminstrator is logged in the room at the same time.Any suggestion?Thanks,C.

We've followed the steps listed here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0/webservices/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d11a171ddf77-7fca_SP1.htmlTo Authenticate as our Administrative User, who has the proper permissions, create a meeting.Then we created a second user (mHost), and called `permissions-update` to assign host permissions.When we execute `prinicpal-list`, or `principal-info` the user comes back indicating it is indeed a `live-admin` and `permissions-info` show this user (mHost) as a `host` for the meeting.However, at this point all of our users are entering the meetings as Participant.We cannot get them to become a Presenter or Host.Additionally, now, our Administrative User is unable to create a meeting and join as a Host either.It's like some how, over the weekend, our account got very confused about what capabilities it has.Any pointers?

We are on Adobe Connect 9. Through the UI, you can generate a nice report on who has taken a course and when they completed it (Training > Shared Training > [course name]).How do I get this report using Adobe Connect APIs?

I went to Meeting > Preferences > Display Name and saw that you can add/remove First Name and Last Name, but I was wondering if there was a way to get custom fields into the list of available fields.  I added a "Display Name' custom field in Administration -> Users and Groups -> Customize User Profiles section, but it doesn't show up in the meeting.  I really don't want to show the user's real names.On a side note this page says it can be done.  However this does not work for me.  Maybe it's because I have a trial account?http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/8.0/using/WS11d1def534ea1be08a52b610b38bfaa95-7f3f.html

We are using Adobe Connect Hosted service.We are having web meeting with one remote site. The other site feedback the network status is green and our network status is green also.We found the other site webcam video start delay and when the meeting is running, the delay is more serious. The most serious delay is over 3 min.Is there something wrong our setting or such webcam delay is normal?Ivan

Is the Adobe Connect 9.0.3 Mac Add-in compatible with Retina Macbook Pro, i.e. does it enable interaction with the flash player dialog related to webcam and adio permissions?

I like to know who is registering for my webcast events in real-time, so that I can see when outreach I'm doing is effective and so that I can reach out to people who register that might be good to touch base with in advance of the webcast in order to improve the chances they prioritize tuning in.  Is there any way to set my Adobe Connect registration process up so that I get sent an email every time someone registers?

I have been using Connect on my MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion. Near the end of my presetnation my students report that I sound like a robot. I am using a USB microphone headset. Is there something in the settings that I need to do in order to eliminate this problem?
