I'm having two issues in Adobe Connect since they updated the interface. When I click on a participant and try to change their role, it always changes the role of the wrong person instead of the one I initially clicked on. Also when I try to merge a phone number with a participant it will not let me scroll up the participant list to reach any participants who are not visible in the window. Is anyone else having this issue or am I doing something wrong. I never had this problem in the old interface.

Does anybody else have a problem with a very noticable video delay in a live event? It's not a one time thing or a matter of internet connection or a problem with the audio/video equippment. Every single live Meeting has a delay and I would like to know is there anyone else with this problem and did anyone manage to solve it?

Hello, when a meeting has been setup and I want to use the whiteboard to draw something, the participants get the same options as me and can edit my drawings and also draw on their own.Is there a way to remove these permissions so they can't use the whiteboard?

Please help me stop PPT from advancing too much on just one click.  I do have it set for manual advance.

I would like to use a virtual background when using the Adobe Webcam feature when teaching my high school classes. Any chance Adobe Connect has developed this option now? It's a definite need!  Ty,- Michele

Are others having issues with videos stopping for some of the participants, but not all? It started happening with the 11 upgrade. I contacted support at that time, and was told there are numerous clients also having that issue. However, it's now been over a month and I haven't heard anything regarding a fix.And, just to be clear, it's not a bandwith issue. One video would stop for 1/2 my particpiants, while it kept playing for others. Another video would stop for some of the participants that the last video worked for, and then not others. Sometimes it would stop for me (the Host) and other times it would play fine on my end. 

Hi,I am wondering if there is a way to have  hyperlink on an image in a share pod rather than having to have the file pod open? I can get a hyperlink to work through an image but as soon as this is shared as a document in a share pod, the link stops working?Any ideas?Thanks 

Whenever I share my screen a little blue/purple box appears low down in the centre of the screen. I'm on a Mac. I can't get rid of it - it's been like this for years. You can see what it looks like in the attached screenshot. That's what it looks like to anyone watching the webinar. I can't find anything about it online.

I'm a university student and all of my classes held in Adobe connectI'm using ubuntu and I have problems with attending classes, the only way to do that is to use the android/ios version of Adobeconnect.I've tried many internet solutions but none of them workedI would be thankful if someone could help me.

I have the $130/mo plan because when I do a Webinar, I need to be able to have 100 people. The problem is that I only do one or two Webinars a year. I really hate paying $130/mo for something when I am not using it.I like using Adobe Connect because all my settings are there when I come back 6-12 months later to do a new Webinar. I am wondering if there is a way to put my account on hold or something? I would like to preserve my settings and recordings, but don't need the $130/mo plan during the off time.Thanks,Kirk

Hi I can not login my adobe connect account when I enter my username and password I get an warning like "request could not be processed". What will be thereason. Do anyone experience similar problem today. Thank you.

In the chat section and other sections of Adobe Connect, it is not possible to type correctly in Persian language because apparently it has a problem with the letter "ی" and the words are not displayed correctly. Please fix this important issue.

I am completely sorry for the adobe connect appilaction that has bug in its application. I had problems defending my thesis. I hope that suppoters see this message and solve the problem of not being able to connect the class. Loading page maintaines and finally, class does not open. I lost my defense session with this bad application. I am sorry that in the 21 st century, a company like you can not even solve a bug!!! Completely regretful.

which API to use for integrating adobe meet. Do we need to subscribe to use api integration? 

I just tried to install VC3 on a new computer(after having not used it for several years).  It installs fine and appears to work fine on my Windows PC.  But I am having the same problem that you all report regarding "activiation."  Has anyone found a solution?  Is the program going to stop working when the activation window expires without the program being activated.  That seems VERY unfair as I paid full price for the version, even if it was many years ago.Stephen Pintauro

I registered yesterday for the 30 day free trial of Connect.I havent received my welcome email witht he URL on. I cant find anyway of cantacting anyone and have wasted the best part of today trying to sort it. Adobe also doesnt seem to want to download on my mac can any one help please?

I upgraded Adobe Connect 10.6 to 10.8. SSL did not install. Logged in, I see all the meeting rooms. I follow the link, an error page is issued: "The selected resource does not exist. For further assistance, please check out the Adobe Connect support page." OK. I close this page, and go the second time on this link, the meeting room opens normally with the desired layout. I close the meeting, exit and re-enter, click on the link and again the error first: The selected resource does not exist. For further assistance, please check out the Adobe Connect support page. "Ok. The second attempt opens normally. There is no cluster. Tell me what could be the problem and in which direction to go?

We are unable to publish using the Adobe Presenter to HTML after Flash went away. We are unable to get to the option to select publish as HTML. After selecting the publish icon we receive the message to update the flash product. We downloaded the zip files containing the Enable Silverlight, Enable Shockwave, and Enable Flash and ran these files; however, we continue to receive the same error message. Please let us know what we have to do, so we can publish our courses. Hello every one How can i build HTTP Authentication Header in adobe connect server for connecting to the moodle. i install adobe connect server 10. But in connecting to the moodle for create classes, cant join the class and error "Unable to retrieve meeting details" occur for me.  I search in the internet is related to the web.xml  everyone have web.xml that work cerfully ?  

Just back to  using Presenter 11.1.5 and noticed that a message comes up when I am setting up a theme ( colours for presentar background and side bar, etc.) and it asks me to update flash, gives me a link to a page that advises that its no longer supported. Ok...I already konow that and I am publishing in HTML 5 but it seems I can go no further in setting up the theme for my eLearning presentation, Is there a work around for this?

So paid £48, set-up a 'Meeting' clicked Enter meeting room.  System has timer and says loading the room, then preparing the room.  Then message says User Limit Exceeded.  I am the only Admin but I can't even enter a room myself.  Help needed immediately please.

Hi Dear Adobe teamI know you release new version (11.2) of Adobe Connect and our University want to purchase the license but before that we had concern and I wail ask1-Can we add our language to this amazing server?2-Is it possible Using the SSL? we have Wildcard SSL for our domain.3-I don't know if we install adobe connect, is it install IIS or ngnix or Apache for web server or not, but it's highly important to us that we can configure the Cache for this server and running the HTTP/2 protocol. I mean response header for browsers.Thanks.
