I assume that there was an update behind the scenes last weekend.  Since then, the appearence (color) of the pods has changed.While resizing a pod after unclicking the corner of the pod, my mouse pointer continued to be connected and i could NOT let go.  I had to click many more times before it finally let go at a size i did not want but i didn't want to try resizing again so i left it.   If undoing the update from the weekend could fix this issue, I would choose to do that but the updates happen behind the scenes so...If there was an email with an explanation of the updates, I didn't get it, our administrator didn't get it.   

Hi.I open my session link on chrome Android 16, and tap on "Open in Application" button. In the next page, that is a link in my Chrome,The "Get Adobe Connect " and "Open Adobe Connect" are falsly linked to "Adobe connect classic" , while this app can't be installed on Samsung Android 16, and I have installed "Adobe Connect" newer version. As a result I couldn't open link in the app, normally. I had to edit declared link myself, to declare newer version as the targeted app that should open the session, and it was a work around That is I replace the part"&appPackage=air.com.adobe.connectpro"With"&appPackage=com.adobe.connect.android.mobile" Please make the session links in a way that they detect newer Android versions like Android 15 & Android 16, and the declared package to open session, be new Adobe connect mobile app.  Thanks Classic version https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.adobe.connectpro Adobe Connect new

While examining a puzzle activity on a website that provides daily letter challenges, I noticed something strange. I've been testing the behaviour of various interactive content types within adobe connect. In a browser, the animations and letter interactions load smoothly; however, within connect, they occasionally lag or become unresponsive.Has anyone else encountered problems with adobe connect rendering lightweight web-based puzzle elements smoothly? I'm not sure if this has to do with shared-screen refresh rates, html rendering limits, or connect's handling of scripts in embedded content. If anyone else has discovered a solution for comparable circumstances, please let me know.

I bought a discounted one-year Creative Cloud Pro student package, but now I keep getting a "couldn't load plans" error when I log in to my profile. I can't view my current plan, and when I try to change or cancel a plan, it doesn't work. This error keeps popping up everywhere. the page numbering was fine up until page 100. As I neared that page in my document I had to eliminate 2 pages. After that the page numbers on the right side of facing pages doubled and blurred. How do I fix that? 

Hi Adobe Team and Community,I’d like to suggest a workflow improvement for Adobe Illustrator. Whenever I edit text and select a font, then deselect and reselect the text to change the font again, the font dropdown always resets to the top of the list. It would be much more efficient if Illustrator could remember the last font position I used, so I don’t have to scroll from the top every time.This feature would save a lot of time for designers who work with many fonts. Please consider adding an option to preserve the font dropdown position when editing text.Thank you!

Hello, My phone model is Samsung A72. Until a few days ago, I was able to join my class as an admin without any problem. Suddenly, one day I started getting the error shown in the attached screenshot. I tried changing my internet connection and even reset my password, but the issue was not resolved.My account was created by my workplace, and my colleagues can still log in without any issues.Also, I can log in successfully on my laptop, but not on my phone. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your assistance.Best regards,

We've been having issues while trying to share screen via Adobe Connect desktop application.I select one screen and Adobe shares different screen, not the one that I've chosen.If I try to share the other screen - share pod is completely black and it only has a small wheel spinning in the middle, but nothing happens and I can't share the chosen screen. Does anyone have the same problem or solution for this?

Hello,     I've been asked by a vendor to download Adobe Connect in order to have a meeting in which he wants to show me screen images. He does not need me to share my screen with him. He has given me the URL www.adobe.com/go/Connectsetup to download the software.     I checked the main webpage for Adobe Connect, and it says, "There's nothing for participants to install or configure, Adobe Connect works in any modern browser."     I found the page that provides the above "Connectsetup" link, and it says, "The Adobe Connect meeting application is required to join, present or host a meeting if you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed or to share your screen in an Adobe Connect meeting."     So one page tells me that "There's nothing for participants to install," while another page tells me that I need to install Connect if I don't have Flash. My Adobe Connect app (for Windows) updated this afternoon, and I notice that now, when I share my screen, the Applications tab has disappeared and the Windows tab doesn't have the option to share more than one window at a time (as the checkboxes have been replaced by radio buttons).I looked at the admin settings, and "Restrict screen sharing to specific processes" is not ticked.I'm finding this rather inconvenient as I used share multiple applications pretty-much every meeting.  Is there a setting somewhere that would enable me to share multiple applications at the same time?

Question please.Are there plans to introduce a second camera stream to adobe connect rooms?The desire is to enable one camera to be in the participant main area and another in the host /presenter area.Two camera pods would enable a host to make themselves visible in the partipant space but cameras for participants only visible in the host/preswenter area unless moved into the main room. Thank you

We are sharing a PDF and some pages need to be rotated horizontally from portrait. When we try to use the pen tool to draw on the PDF, it automatically switches the horizontal view to portrait. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to create the "Go Full Screen" icon? I'd like to be able to send an email to a user with an icon of that button, to make it clear what I'm referring to when I say "click on the "Go Full Screen" button.Thanks

Hello, As an admin for our institution, I can go in on the backend and see active meetings.  We have a meeting that wont shut down despite clicking "End session for all" in the meeting.  Is there a way for me to kill the meeting on the backend or do I have to contact support to do that? Thanks
