I had an issue in a live meeting 6/19 at 7:12pm ET with a live mic (VoIP only), where mic kept muting and unmuting. This stopped a few minutes later. I have never seen this happen before. Has anyone ever seen this before? I have not seen any other reports of this happening.
I am relatively new to Adobe connect as a host/manager, although well experienced as a user.When I create new meetings, and I enter into the meeting space (add in), I am always noted as a participant and not a host. I am not sure why this is happening. I click on the account/invite list and I am listed as a host.I've created 4 meetings today, and this occurs with each one.It must be a simple fix, but I cannot for the life of me, figure out why I cannot connect as a host.adam
I have the following issue 100% of the time:I am the host, I share my screen, a presenter requests control, and I accept the control request. An error message is displayed saying the network connection was lost, my screen sharing stops, and the presenter never gets control of my display.I'm using a Mac with macOS 10.13.5. There have always been random failures in the Connect client on macOS, but I haven't found out why this fails 100% of the time.Any ideas?Thanks.Michael
Hi All,I have a project I am starting but would like to know the most efficient way to pull this off...( A little background) I am new to Adobe, and from what I have uncovered so far, there is no organization of users, content, meetings, etc...that I have seen. I was handed this....My task is to create cost centers so we can bill schools.Can anyone outline the best way to do this? I was thinking a meeting room, the attach a cost center to it, and move all the content (once I figure out where it belongs) into the meeting....Does this make sense?Any direction and how to would be great!Thanks,Mike B
Since the Windows 10 update May 11, 2018, Adobe Connect renders images incorrectly. Consider a rectangular image. The upper-left part is rendered correctly. The part below a diagonal line from top-right to bottom-left is rendered as a mirror image of the top part.What is the best way to resolve this?
Hello, after my latest Windows 10 update my Connect screen doesn't display correctly; it is divided diagonally and then reflected.Can anyone explain how to solve this problem? Hi,Using a PHP framework (Drupal 7) we are trying to add new participant to event via cURL call to the Adobe Connect API.We also need to send an email to the participant when added to the list of attendees.After few days of looking into the documentation, it doesn't seem to have a straight forward way of doing that.What we have now is:1. Logging in as host with api xml action "login"2. Get breeze session id with api xml action "common-info"3. Import a list of invitees with api xml action "event-guest-invite" (which doesn't yet work via cURL even after being logged in and having the breeze session id)"event-guest-invite" seems to be the only way to add participant to an event via the api, but it adds them as "invited" and not "participant".From there I guess we will probably have to a mix of calls to xml api actions principal-info, principal-list and permission-update, but that seems a lot and none of them look like they handle sending email.Event Register looks good, but we would have

I have a MacBook Pro with 10.13.4, Connect 11.9.985.57, and an external monitor. When viewing a session -- mine or another person's -- and drag the session to the external, the entire screen is taken up by only a section of the lower-left side:When I drag it back, it's fine. Any ideas?

Hi there,I was wondering whether participants can see layouts being set-up when in the set-up mode? I'd like to make adjustments to the layouts whilst participants are in the webinar, but without moving participants into the layout I'm setting up. Is this possible?Thank you,Emily
How do you use the IPad Pro split screen/multitask feature with the Adobe Connect Mobile app? Two icons on my adobe connect page do not show up, only the volume and the raise hand feature show up on the page when I am logged in. I have to do a group discussion on Thursday, however I can't get anything to work. It's not an issue with allowing my camera to show me, the icon for the camera isn't even showing up. Is there some sort of setting issue?

Hi, we are handling a couple of webinar meeting sessions with up to 80 participants. We are facing an unknown situation today. Qe are using a hosted version. Member login OK Moderator login OKExtraordinary latency from one moderator (microhone cuts, freezing image) leads to an extreme a extreme log-off or bounce-rate. How can we check the system performance ongoing... We have made two times a rehearsal... everything was fine. Then in the live-meeting the problems raised up. Meeting with lwebcam, using Mozilla as a browser... Is there anyone who can give me a tip or a web-adress where we can check the delivery performance of adobe Connect. Thanks in advance. Martin

Hello,Sharing a pdf doc in a share pod. I've noticed that the pan icon (the hand symbol) at the bottom of the pod is always selected and cannot be unselected (at least to my knowledge). Has anyone found a way to deselect the pan option so that just the scroll bar is available? Thanks.
Hi,Is it possible to let a ChatBot participate to a Connect meeting (as a regular participant)?For example, using the REST API...The more general question would be if the REST API for Adobe Connect covers chatting by a different/custom client other than the flash plugin.Getting access to the Audio/Video stream via REST API would be a plus for me.Thanks.

Hello,I am testing the Adobe Connect to incorpore it to our webinars but I have an important question.Is it possible to inlcude the e-mail field in the access like participant?I have configure the webinar for all the people with the url can access.Now, as i can see, there is only name field to access, but i would like to include the email to control all the attendees.Is it possible to do it?Do you recomend me another option to control the attendees?

Good day, I've uploaded a music file to the webinar room, and it plays perfectly through the computer speakers. However, I would like for it to play through the audio bridge so that folks that are on the conference line but not listening on their computers speakers will be able to hear the music, i.e., make the audio bridge two-way? Is this possible?Thank you
