Since a recent update, the host and present area is misbehaving. the left-to-right scrolling bar at the bottom does its own thing sometimes. It just randomly scrolls right sometimes and I will scroll it back, then it pops back over to the right. It is unusable in breakout rooms. The scrolling bar at the bottom disappears and I can not access things in my host/presenter area. The host/presenter area, is daily changing size and I have to find some unknown sweet spot to get the arrows to change the size. It is all terribly aggravating and slows me down.

I have forgotten my username and password but no email reset has come through what number do I call?

I'm approaching the last couple of days of my free Adobe Connect trial, and I cannot find where it says how to cancel the account.  I obviously fear it autorenewing for another month and charging me.

Hello, Is it possible to add a backdrop image, to the presenter video?  Using a static JPG/PNG image. This is possible in Teams meetings, so just wondered if similar functionality existed in Connect? Thanks,Anthony

Hi there! I wanted to watch National Geographic webinar today, but I didn't manage to install Adobe Connect application for desktop. An error occurs regularly. Here is an error log:Connect App Setup OS Version : 6.1 (7600) (0.0) Total Memory : 2824560 KB Core Count : 4 :: Arch : 0 Could not download the payload EXE How can I solve the problem? Thanks!

Is anyone aware of the DSCP value used for Adobe Connect?

Can someone help me understand why the host must be given the opportunty to approve or disapprove a participant's hand-raise?  Is there a way to turn this off?   It would be better to just lightly the participant who has a rasied hand (bring to top of list, add icon, maybe a brief message bubble), but the way it is now, the speaker/presenter on video is covered over every time someone raises a hand.  What exactly does approve mean?  If I approve, does that mean the hand stays raised?  If I disapprove, is it lowered. I think there's room for improvement here.  Just trying to understand if there's a reason for it being this way.

Good day,  I receive links for recordings of meeting on adobe connect. When viewing the recordings from a computer, no problem. However, then I try to view them on a iPad, the video doesn't fit to the screen and it's impossible to view the right side of the video.  Does anyone know how this issue can be fixed? Thank you

I need to use Adobe Connect and I would like to use VPN in the conection but when I try appear the next message:"Failed to connect to audio/video due to restrictive network firewall/web proxy settings"If I disconnect the VPN it works without problem, someone know how to use Connect with a VPN without fails?Thanks in advance,Ignacio

Hi, I have a few recordings using Adobe Connect and both audios and videos are working fine in Adobe. However, when I make the recordings offline (conversion to mp4), only audio is working. The video only works for the first few seconds.  Anyone know how can I fix that?

Can a presenter zoom in on a specific area of a shared screen or document to highlight a item? I have a PowerPoint with a jpeg of a screen shot and there is a lot going on. Instead of breaking it up in 10 different slides, can I zoom in and out? That flexibility would help go anyone on the screen shots and I wouldn't have to anticipate every possible question.

Dafür habe ich neben dem Einwahl-Link einen Trainer-Namen und ein Password bekommen. Wenn ich jetzt den Link des Kundenhttp://detuv.adobeconnect.com/rl7r4dc724wy/aufrufe, dann lande ich (unter windows10, auf adobe-app oder auf Firefox) in dem Fenster ScSh_win-Firefox-erfolglos.png (angehängt), in dem ich keine Möglichkeit habe, den Trainer-Namen oder das Password einzugeben. Ich lande einfach als Teilnehmer im Vortrags-Raum und kann nichts freigeben.Nach vielen Versuchen habe ich den Link testweise auf Ubuntu-Linux im Chromium-Browser eingegeben und bin prompt im Fenster ScSh_Linux-Chromium-erfolgreich.png (angehängt) gelandet. Hier konnte ich den "registrierten user" anklicken und anschließend Trainer-Namen und Password eingeben. The title near enough states it:  I've screenshared on Teams, Discord amongst other services to share however when screensharing using adobe connect I often encounter horrific screen flickering or full blackouts of the screen. This issue has not occured on two devices using built in graphics however a machine with a GPU adapter card (3060) which can handle a lot more than adobe connect somehow cannot comfortably screen share.  I have checked for up-to-date GPU drivers, toggled hardware accelerated graphics on/off amongst other things and the only repeating offender is connects screen share feature.  The fact this fails to happen on any other software leads me to beleive this isn't a hardware issue and an issue with connect itself, has anyone ever experienced something like this? 

Hi - we use PNGs with transparent backgrounds in our PowePoints,but when uploaded to Connect the background shows as white- the transparency is lost.Any tips on how to fix?Thanks.

Hi, my client has an e-commerce website. One of the site's page [URL removed by moderator] is inaccessible in some areas, even though the IP address has not been blocked in WordPress. Is there any plugin that can give access to the webpage in all areas, or any Google Analytics settings that can make the webpage accessible?

Is there a way to have Adobe Connect delete reports and recordings after x number of days? This is to conform to a privacy policy.
