Bonjour,j'utilisais auparavant Illustrator sur une tablette. J'ai dû changer d'ordinateur et je suis passée sur PC. Seulement mon compte Adobe ne me propose plus que des applis tablette, je n'arrive pas à changer pour une configuration PC. Quelqu'un sait-il comment faire?Merci
Adobe error: 206 "Server disconnection" fix This article explains HOW to fix this and WHY this error occurs. The fix is aimed at Windows (Win10) users, which tried ALL official- and community troubleshootings but none of them worked. Issue: Adobe is NOT able to connect to its' servers, either in the creative cloud, during log-in or log-out, during startup of an Adobe product. Result: You are not able to open, un-/install products, sign in/out. Cause: (according to official Adobe troubleshooting) faulty firewall settings - but this is almost never the case. Real causes m̀ight be: Adobe-IP addresses blocked by network, proxy-settings that block Adobe access, Adobe-IP addresses on a local host blacklist. You can read the TL;DR directly, or head over to the "Identify the issue" section. I went to see if Premiere Pro had updates since my button layout are jumbled on the preview screen. When I go to see if there was an update, there was.... but it was incompatible. It's says I need to update to Windows 11 or higher; I have Windows 11 PRO! Why does the updates not include Windows 11 PRO??? Rediculous to say the LEAST! To report a bug, please provide:1. Photoshop v 27.1InDesign v 21.0.1Lightroom v 9.0Lightroom Classic v 15.0.1 2.Windows PRO 11 3.Went to Creative Cloud to download latest app updates and found I couldn't update due to being INCOMPATIBLE! 4.I expect to be able to download updates to a product that I PAY A MONTHLY subscription for when my operating system is beyond what is required. I expect your software developers go back and include WINDOWS 11 PRO to the accepted criteria for downloads and updates. REDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST, Not a fan of the way things are running.
Please add List view to folders that are shared via a link so recipients can read the entire file name. I often have many videos that are similar and the part of the file name that differentiates them is not seen on the truncated file name that appears on Thumbnail view.
This year my Intel Imac (really powerfull) started slowing down (adobe only). Ok, it was time to change.I just bought the Mac MINI M4Pro. And yes, it is fast. But my mac is too hot in my first day. I quit the CC app and now it is normal. I dont have any app opened. I is using a lot of memory. I am also facing bugs running Design (It crashes). And the installed apps does not show in LaunchPad (AI, PS, IN).Tested in m1 Imac, with Tahoe. Now i am using Sequoia. So it is not the OS.Come on Adobe. These apps didn`t change that much in the past 10 years. The core is the same, answer the machines are 10X faster. Same files are running smoothly in Affinite in my 2015 Imac.Something is wrong.

For some reason, when I put in a filter or a gradient, there's these weird lines that appear and it messes with how I want certian images to look. I tried going through all of my settings, but nothing seems to fix this. Can anyone help me? I'll attach the screenshots to show what I mean.

My account have been suspended supposely for ''SPAM''. And To me it's false and unjustified . I just want to publish my creation here, to use it as a portfolio. My account as been suspended, I reveived an email from adobe and says ''Policy violation : SPAM'' with out explaining anyting. There's no way to contact any help center... so I'm stuck in a dead end. There are NO files open in ANY program on my computer, and Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are hogging ALL of my RAM. Since the last update, my computer has been glitchy, so I had a little check this morning and see THIS. We pay entirely too much for this subscription to have it bring our computers to a halt this way.
Anyone able to point me in the correct direction, I'm on 6.8.0.821 in creative cloud on both my mac and windows yet I'm still missing the 15.0 update. Highest I can go up to is 14.5.1. Almost like I'm stuck on 14.5.1Any help would be great! Thanks!

And gives error with "This took longer then usual .....". This happens since yesteday on both on my machines. It may be linked with login incidend for EMEA reported on status.adobe.com, but that is closed now and my problem still persist.

Ich frage mich, ob C:\AdobeTemp mit C:\Benutzer\[Ihr Benutzername]\AppData\Local\Temp in der vorhergehenden Diskussion verwechselt wird.Im Ordner AdobeTemp ist 4,6 GB groß und es ist sinnvoll ihn zu löschen. Der andere Temp-Ordnern ist nicht so voll und könnte bleiben. Ich habe von den jeweiligen Ordnern einen Screenshot angehängt.Oder sind beide Ordner gemeint?
I'm about to migrate to a new Windows 11 PC and was planning on using Creative Cloud to transfer my Adobe apps. However, on checking CC only InDesign is showing in Installed Apps. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat are missing. Any help much appreciated.

I'm running Creative Cloud 6.8.0.821 on a mac book Pro M5 with Tahoe 26.1. When I run Etrecheck Pro I see that the applicationAdobeGCClient.app is frequently crashing. Crash report is attached below. Can anyone help me solve this issue? Thanks. Giorgio

As per the subject, I have recently noticed some strange behaviour in the CC app in that it is not launching at login in macOS 26. Going into the app's preferences, unsetting the Run at login option > Close, then setting it again has no effect. Is there a specific file, a plist perhaps, that is governing this through the 'runAtLoad' property? If so, where should I find that file? It is not in ~Library/LaunchAgents. What can I do? Thank you!
I received an email my Photo plan was going up from 9.99 to 14.99 plus tax in december but if I paid annually it would be 119.88. I logged into my account followed instructions clicked on change to annual billing only to get repeated errors. I tried the chat and after waiting for a human first thing i am asked so you want to cancel your account can I ask why. I was where did you get that from. Got tired of waiitng ten mins each time for a reply I called the customer service. Got another guy barely speaks english and his comprehension was even worse. Got very frustrated with is responses and asked for a supervisor which he wasn't willing to do. hung up he called me back telling me some more nonse wanting to cancel my account and I tried telling him I calling because the change button on my account was giving me an error. I asked again to speak to a supervisor in the US he kept on witrh god knows what I told him I just wanted to speak to a supervisor have them call me back. No call back
created a profile using color checker passport but I can not see the profile in the profile list, what do I need to do to see it

The fact that they aren't saved is one problem, but the occasional updates completely resetting them is a problem of a totally different magnitude. When we sign in on a new device, being prompted for the automatic synchronization of our settings, workspaces, or plugins is not a luxury—it is a fundamental necessity that has been needed for a long time.I hope that for 2026, this development becomes the highest priority item on your roadmap, finally putting an end to this irony
