I will be away in Florida for the winter. I have a basic ($9.99/mo) PS/LRC subscription. I have 2 interrelated questions:1. Can I use my subscription temporarily on another computer while away?2. How can I access my images/ LR catalog remotely?I want to figure this out before 15 JAN 2025 as I will have to make a change in my current subscription, e.g. change to annual billing.I tried to use the virtual assistant to answer this but could not get it to understand the question, let alone answer. Also unable to reach human being. Would apprecite any thoughts.
This incredibly unacceptable and that Adobe has yet to fully cure their software from this problem in 7 years! As of the writing of this reply, it is December 19, 2024 and my experience with this very problem has occurred multiple times over the past few weeks. It is annoying as hell, and for the monthly subscription fee, that keeps going up, it is unacceptable for subscribers to tolerate such poor software development qualifty. Now for the answer to be uninstall every Adobe Creative Cloud app and reinstall begs the question, is this 1984??? Lazy software development is readily apparent to almost any modern day user. Clearly, today's technology is more than capable of providing the software developers with the tools to develop repair software apps that do the complete job and not place the onus on paying customers. Hi, yesterday my creative cloud opened with an issue. It's Error 146. I can't download anything in creative cloud because that error, I can't see the log because it's directly creative cloud app's error. I tried to delete c:/adobetemp and used creativecloudcleaner and deleted everything but still this error pops up. The latest update startsOK but doesnt go past 9% after 24 hours.
I just recently got a new computer, requiring me to install new drivers, I thought I got most of the drivers I needed, such as the nvidia Studio drivers, MSI, Etc. Yet my adobe programs are being weird. Adobe Indesign acts like it's starting up, but quickly closes on its own. Adobe Illustrator says an unknown error has occured. Premiere and after affects don't even bother opening, and weirdly Photoshop is the only one having no issues? I haven't explored much on photoshop, so I could be wrong, bit it's the only app opening with no weird issues.I've tried uninstalling adobe apps, tried restarting the computer, tried digging into app data to see if preferences were causing any issues. I'm about ready to give up. I don't know why nothing is working, I feel like I've followed a lot of tutorials for the past several hours and have gotten nowhere. Is it possible to see when a named license for Adobe Creative Cloud was last effectively active and used?
Since one year Adobe CC updates became incredible slow for me and sometimes broke with error 113. Before that everything was fine, the problem started suddenly one or two years ago. But I still managed to update Lightroom Classic and Photoshop with much patience and several tries.Since several days, updates dont work at all. They become stuck at 1% or another xx% and in the install-logs I can read error 113 again. - I have the problem on two different machines (Windows 10 and Windows11)- I have the problem on my home internet connection and when connecting to the internet over my mobile phone (usb tethering)- No Firefall, no Proxys, no VPN. Am just about to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, because my Ps app has disappeared from my machine (Mac), and I cannot re-install it as the download keeps failing (Error 105) for all the apps on my subscription. Adobe will not respond to my messages and therefore will not help me. This could well be the thing that makes me cancel my subscription and go elsewhere for my editing. This is a great shame, having been a user of Photoshop for the past 30 years.I have deleted all the CC apps from my machine, I have re-set the Creative Cloud app itself, and can confirm that all permission shave remained unchanged since before the mystery Adobe bug struck. Most recent Creative Cloud DesktopWindows 10 Pro 19045.5247 (all updates applied)Try downloading an update.For the past few months I will get an ERROR 113 (cannot reach servers) when trying to update various creative cloud apps (e.g. lightroom classic, or bridge, photoshop, etc) - usually after about 2-8% - while some apps update immediately. I absolutely do not have any firewall issues (since it eventually works w/o changing the firewall), I do NOT have connection problems to the internet at that moment - which I can prove because other things can run simultaneously. I have tried the insane registry hacks Adobe recommends to no avail, as well as deleting the temp directories the files download into.What is up. Is Adobe puposely just not serving the files? Each time I have had problems it has taken weeks and suddenly works.The previous failure that finally magically resolved itself today was Bridge 15, so I thought I'd update lightroom classic, and there is goes again ERROR 113 after 8
Just wondering if anyone has found that doing blemish, wrinkle removal before selecting a preset has made it faster to do edits.

What exactly are the CRLogs Dump files from Adobe, that are located in the App Data / Roaming folder? Are they from App Crashes, or what exactly do they pertain too? They take up a lot of disk space, and if they are safe to delete I was going to delete them but I wanted to know if it was safe.
Hi, I am trying to install creative cloud desktop onto my windows 11 acer swift 3 1TB laptop. I've done it before and it worked fine. My laptop recently needed factory resetting and I am trying to reinstall creative cloud but it won't work. I can download the creative cloud set up installer but when I try to run it, the mouse shows the loading wheel for 5 seconds and that's all that happens. I've tried this on 3 different laptops, on 2 different wifi networks, and on a hotspot of my phones mobile data, but regardless the issue persists on all 3 laptops. Is there something wrong with the installer or is this a me issue and how do I solve this? Thanks In Advance.
Hi everyone, a couple of weeks ago I saw that adobe had a pop up notification asking me if I'd like adobe cloud to add fonts automaticaly when there were new fonts made or added I think. I thought it would be useful at the time, but it's actually very annoying. Everytime I open my device I get multiple notifications while I'm working that adobe cloud added the new fonts to my cloud. I also don't want my cloud ful of fonts I probably will never use. Sorry if this is a rather dumb question but I'm new to adobe so I don't know my stuff very well yet.I can't seem to find the answer to where I can turn this feature off anywhere. If anyone knows what I'm talking about or something that might help please let me know!
My generative fill has stopped working. An orange box appears at the top and says "Something has gone wrong, please try again". It worked fine a couple days ago when I used it.
Hi Community 🙂 I can log in to the Adobe web application, but I can't install the Creative Cloud desktop application by using the same login data! The login shows as failed (by wobbling the window). I am using the MacBook Air under MacOS Ventura 13.Did anyone experience the same problem?
Hello community,Any time I open the app, this weird "pixel spreading" happens to the app. This doesn't happen on my desktop, this is only on my ASUS Zenbook Duo. What's stranger is that when CCD is not in focus, all this disappears. Only when the window is active will it happen. Clicking on tabs or moving the window also resets it.Please see photo below all this text to see what I mean. As per requirements for bug reports:App version: 6.4.0.361Platform: Windows 11 24H2Reproduce: No idea- happens when I'm interacting with the app.Expected result: See the menu without graphical issue.Actual result: Graphical issue covers up the screen. Any advisement would be great! Do note I have tried using the "Repair" option in the uninstaller to reinstall the app.
For some reason, the Creative Cloud app doesn't list the full app names by which overwhelming majority of users identify the apps. For example, InDesign 2024, Photoshop 2023 etc. While I happen to know what InDesign version numbers mean (18, 19, etc.) because I deal with it daily, for the rest of the apps they don't mean anything to me. I have no idea what "Illustrator 27.x" is until I specifically look it up or compare to another listed version to make a conclusion that it's Illustrator 2023. We just had a user on an InDesign forum who wasted at least an hour because he couldn't find InDesign 2023 recommended on the forum. I can't blame him. Nowhere in the Creative Cloud app is indicated that InDesign 18.x.x is actually InDesign 2023. So please correct this omission and list the complete app names so users could easily and correctly identify the desired version.
If I click on "Apps" in Adobe CC I only see Recent updates. How do I see all apps?
For reference, I am using Windows 11 OS and Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome search engines. Yesterday, I was having problems with loading Adobe Creative Cloud - kept getting an error about it taking longer than usual to initialize, then needing to uninstall or repair it.I then tried accessing Adobe Support through Microsoft Edge but kept getting error messages about how the site I'm accessing may be down or moved permanently to a new address... I then tried using Google Chrome, but was running into the same issue.(For some reason, I am able to access Adobe's main webpage, Adobe.com just fine, but as soon as I try logging in or going directly to Adobe Creative Cloud's download link, I get the same error message) I was able to access some support pages and ended up running an Adobe Services Cleanup Tool (or something like that, I forget what it was called exactly) and ended up uninstalling Creative Cloud and all of my Adobe CC apps/services (Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 & Adobe Med

The current configuration of SSO on Adobe.com does not allow for IDP-initaited flows. I should be able to use shortcuts from my IDP to get directly to a SAML login and not have to rely on Adobe (SP) initing the request. Amazon figured this out, ESRI figured this out.... Why hasn't Adobe!?!
