It would be appreciated if Adobe informed of the existence of a new version in any of its programs before starting the update automatically. It is very annoying to open, for example, Photoshop and have to wait for the manager to finish the update process. A simple "ask next time" would be ideal.As other programs already do 😞
Hi,I'm curious if anyone else finds it as annoying as I do that we can't receive our Adobe monthly invoices directly in our email inboxes. Virtually every other company or business sends their invoices to our emails, allowing us to quickly download them to our invoices folder and be done with it in seconds.With Adobe, however, I have to remember to log in to their website and locate the invoices for download. Not to mention, after perusing some of the complaints in this forum, it appears that some users struggle to locate all their invoices, often finding only the initial purchase or order because it's hidden behind the "all invoices" button.I don't care if by default it won't be by email, but please make the option available.
When creating a frame around an image by increasing canvas size, no matter which colour I choose, the frame produced is always white? Any suggestions as to how to fix this
If you move selected images from an existing library and want to create a new library for this purpose, this newly created library does not appear immediately. You must first cancel the process and then reopen the dialog box for moving files. Only then will the newly created library appear and you can move the selected files into it.
I can justify in my mind that Adobe on the back end would want to keep a log of the plugins someone may have at least tried to better understand what tools would meet that persons needs. But that can surely be a log file stored somewhere out of sight on the Adobe servers. As for the average dedicated consumer of Adobe CC products, I think I speak for many of us in saying that we are a bit... obsessive to borderline demented about meticulously curating our assets and resoures. I installed a plugin to connect to cloud resources, immediately found out it didn't meet my needs, found a better plugin, uninstalled 15 minutes later. 4 years now I see that plugin everytime I go in to do an update. Installed a plugin for Punch and Roll in Audition, a month later Audition updated and had Punch and Roll natively. Installed a notepad plugin, realized it wasn't even a notes panel within the software, just a windows notepad luancher. 3 years later I still have cluttering up my "manage
When I rename files within my Creative Cloud Files on Windows 11 in file explorer - I then have to re-upload the files. This is a major problem for large PSBs or MOVs and shouldn't be a requirement. Can you please allow for moving and renaming of files in Creative Cloud Files in file explorer without a full re-upload. Thank you!
Not sure if this has been requested before, but it would be really nice if, upon opening a CC app, I could open multiple recent files all at once instead of having to go back and forth to the Home page to open one at a time. Every morning I pick up where I left off the day before when I was working in several files and if I could select all of those at once and click "Open" that would be great! As it stands now, I don't see any way of doing that. Would also be really nice to be able to delete certain recent files from the Home page. So my request is to add a checkbox to each "Recent" tile, as I have illustrated in the top row. Thanks!
Hi there, more of a heads up than anything. I recieved a prompt to update my password earlier. When trying to do so, my 6 digit verification code came from a UK mobile number (+44 7935 718317) via SMS with just a 6 digit code and nothing else instead of from the usual Adobe official account. I was able to phone it and leave - shall we say - an impolite message, but just be careful if you're resetting your password any time soon. I'm not sure exactly what's happened there, whether someone has access to my account or it's something on Adobe's side, but just be vigilant.
I'm trying to drag and drop overlays into groups within a library. The first two groups went as expected, but since then, if I drag and drop overlays into a new group, nothing happens. I thought that maybe there was a size limit for each library, so created another, but when I create a group, again nothing happens when I try to drag overlays into it. I'm well off my maximum cloud space, so what is going wrong?
Desde hace un tiempo Creative cloud deja de reconocer que tengo instalado Photoshop e Illsutrator. El problema es que no puedo actualizar los programas, y llega un momento en el que Photoshop deja de funcionar, no puede abrir archivos dejando el mensaje: "No se ha podido abrir "elarchivoquesea" porque ha habido un error de programa" No puedo desinstalar Photoshop desde CreativeCloud, no lo reconoce, tampoco desde "Agregar o quitar programas", ya que intenta hacerlo con Creative cloud, y no funciona. En el pasado lo solucioné instalando la versión nueva de Photoshop, con el consecuente espacio en disco utilizado al tener dos versiones instaladas, hasta que volvió a ocurrir y ya no estaba dispuesto a tener 3 versiones de Photoshop en el equipo... en ese momento me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico, lo solucionaron ejecutando varias veces "Cleaner Tool" y llevándose por delante todas mis configuraciones y plugins. Habrá pasado un mes justo, y vuelvo a tener el mismo
I got my new PC with win 11 but i couldn't install all adobe apps except acrobats.Specifically saying, the creative cloud app suddenly "disappeared" when i downloaded and trying to install it. And the adobe installer folder that i downloaded, removed completely from the pc, like it never existed.Maybe it crashed, maybe it was automatically closed, i don't know. But there's no notification about the crash pop up afterwards. So far I've tried:Download using different browsers with different cookie setting.Closed the firewall settingsI still didn't install the antivirus app so it isn't their problem(i think) Internet connection no problem by the wayBut none of them works unfortunately. Is there anything that i missed i wonder?

I have this problem where everytime i start my laptop, CC will automatically pop out even though i have already set it to not open when windows is started. It keeps on prompting this pop out where it asks whether i would like to keep my preferences in audition which i have already deleted it. I have already tried deleting CC and downloading it back but the problem is still there.

I'm running Creative Cloud via Remote Desktop.All the interfaces on my Creative Cloud apps are working fine, but when I select the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself, the interface opens wonky and all the button clicks are offset. For example, I have to click about two inches to the left of a button and one inch above it in oder to select it. For the life of me, I can't figure out a way to fix the offset issue that *only* appears in this one app. I have attached a sceen grab -- normally, the white box that holds the Creative Cloud Desktop interface would be all the way up in the top left corner, but it's not displaying that way. Any ideas?
Surely Adobe could offer a simple 'cartoonify` option in its myriad of apps, particularly it's mobile phone versions? Other companies are doing it and charging a small fortune for the app.

I kid you not, I have literally done everything to get Adobe Creative Cloud to work, and I'm still stuck on the initializing screen. I've deleted files, rested my PC, uninstalled and installed it multiple times, installed Visual C++ Redistributable, made sure all the right C++ applications were installed, and I'm still stuck on it. Nothing has worked so far, and I really need it to work as I need PS and AI for university. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
Removing Cloud Sync for existing customers? Please reconsider this decision, Adobe. One of the best features in Creative Cloud is the seamless integration of many workflows. Adobe has promoted and been promoted for this. And now they have decided that a feature they've given us will be taken away. Ok... look. New customers coming to the platform? Fine. Don't offer it to your new accounts. But to not allow those of us who have been faithfully paying our monthly (or yearly) fees - in my case for probably 15 years - is a terrible business strategy. Integration between Photoshop and Aftereffects and Premiere... they all work seamlessly. Just to name three of them... but now Adobe is saying, "automatically syncing your project files to Creative Cloud isn't an important part of the job?" Come on guys, why even call it Creative Cloud? Even the US Federal and State Governments (as horrible at business as they are, will grandfather existing business in when they issue
28 October 2023: Tried to the download the Camera Raw v16.0 update using the Creative Cloud Desktop app (Mac Sonoma). It kept switching from connected to Internet to no connection to Connected every couple of seconds. 30 October: Power cycled the 5G modem/router and Mac Studio. Same issue. Then the CC Desktop App said there was a CC Desktop App update (6.0.0.571 had been previously installed using the full installer). Tried to get this update, but it failed with repeated lies about not being connected. Checked the alternative downloads page (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html), but it still showed the older 6.0.0.571 version. 31 October: Tried to use an iPhone hot spot Internet connection. Same issue. 2 November: Changed the 5G modem/router DNS to CloudFlare (1.1.1.1) (it had been the AT&T DNS). Camera Raw v16.0 got to 1% and then stalled with "Progress is slower than usual. I’m currently facing challenges transferring my Adobe Creative Cloud apps to my new Mac. The initial installation was done using a USB by a tech person at my school, which may have led to some complications. As my school is currently on break, I’m seeking guidance on how to link the Creative Cloud apps to my school account on the new Mac as when i log into the account with my school all apps are said to need a request and i have previously done so with no prevail. The first computer was a windows and im really confused on what is should do. i can give more details if needed
I'd like to make a suggestion I hope this is the place for this. I have started a video podcasting and I do my interviews remotely. Currently use podcastle which allows me to record video calls and gives me separate video and audio for each person on the call. I hope this could be a feature adobe could offer as part of the creative cloud subscription.

first, i really like the help i get in the community. it took me a while to find my orientation here. Now, years later i discovered uservoice.i guess my post is more of a (minor) feature request: to organise the acces to both platforms inside CCD. Maybe at the right side menue under the tutorials button. would be a bit more transparent this way.
