Can I use my iMac adobe creative cloud on an iPad Air or do I need an iPad Pro?
I'm running the full suite of Creative Cloud on a Macbook Pro and an Ipad, a shared library that I can access on my desktop will not show up in my library list on the ipad. There is even a notification on the ipad Creative Cloud app that I have joined the library but when I click the link it only shows my personal library. I went through all the suggestion on support chat; reinstalling the app, checking for updates, logging in and out but no luck. Until this is fixed I will have to copy all the assets to my personal library and use that instead which won't be ideal for everyone else in my company. Thanks
of course i assume adobe wants updates to the latest version, granted.however, my creative needs require more than 1 version of certain apps.that said, it is extremely unhelpful that, in 1 context, you title the apps 2024, 2023, etc by year,but then in another, in CC updater, you just put the version number, WITHOUT the year.it forces the user to figure out which is which, when the solution is just as simple as putting the full app name, including year in the namethis is feedback to make CC more user friendly - it is currently not helpful in this.users are paying you every month for a subscription, so the least adobe could do is make updating easier by displaying BOTH version and full app name. in this respect, adobe is out of conformity to industry standards, which is unprofessional.please display both in the CC updater.thanks in advance.
Bonjour à tous, Je souhaiterais me connecter à mon compte Creative Cloud sur l'ordinateur de mon compagnon or celui-ci possède un ancien compte duquel il est impossible de se déconneter depuis l'application : une fenêtre s'ouvre pour inviter à l'achat d'une offre qui ne peut être close. Nous avons désinstallé l'application, l'avons réinstaller depuis mon compte mais quand nous l'ouvrons surson mac, c'est à nouveau sa session qui s'ouvre et ce même problème qui recommence... Que faire (pour pouvoir lui piquer son ordinateur ?) Vous remerciant par avance de l'intérêt que vous porterez à ce message, je souhaite à tousceux qui m'ont lu une très belle soirée.
I'm trying to deactivate CC, Photoshop and Bridge to go to a new computer. Deactivation advice says to click on "help" and then "deactivate." There is, of course, no "help" on any of the screens I can find. The "help" in my CC page is distinctively unhelpful. Any suggestions?

After an update my Adobe Creative Cloud no longer has an icon and I can't access it anywhere, although I see it in my install/uninstall programs.Do I need to uninstall/re-install Adobe Creative Cloud? And if so, will it also uninstall/re-install Photoshop and Lightroom?Your help is greatly appreciated.Sharon
I have the Creative Cloud photography plan and currently have installed Adobe Lightroom Classic, Photoshop (both the release and Beta versions), and Acrobat Reader. My PC runs on an Intel i5, 64MB RAM, and Windows 11. I use JV16 Powertools to keep the registry as clean as possible. My anti-virus is from ESET. My VPN is NordVPN. All of these are fully up-to-date. My boot drive is a Samsung 970 EVO 1TB SSD.One of JV16's functions is the ability to see how long it takes for your PC to start and which programs (I refuse to call them apps!) are slowing down that process. Today, that time was nearly two minutes, and 93-94% of that time was due to various Adobe programs, and this is about as bad as it has ever been. Normal times as of late range from 79-90 seconds. On this PC with a reformatted c:\ drive and a fresh Windows 11 installation, this took 39 seconds.Do these sound like normal bootup times? Is there something I can do to improve them short of upgrading my CPU to an i7 or i9?&n
Hello, creative cloud is stuck on black friday which expired yesterday and won't let me manage anything, so no update or anything. Does Pete know how to solve this? Thanks
I have recently used the CC app to uninstall the beta and prerelease version of some apps. The folders for the apps remain, as do some support files and at least one application. The CC app reports they are all uninstalled. Would it bungle anything up if I deleted the folders?
Confused by lack of Adobe tools for website development. Looking for suggestions on a web builder tool where I can self-host the finished site. I dumped Dreamweaver some years ago as it became too buggy and slow. Not excited by VS Code and Bootstrap anymore. Been building sites for 20+ years - now I'm looking for speed for mostly simple sites (aka: not commerce). Looking around on Adobe site, and I see a huge gap... I think it would be useful if the admin console could view or report who is currently logged in. Also, it would be great if we could have a report of the licence usage over a period of time to monitor how much the licence is actually used.
In order to maintain file interoperability in the company, we have unified the 3D Painter version. But when I want to experience the functions of a new version of 3D Painter, it becomes very troublesome. I have to constantly communicate with everyone to negotiate upgrades to prevent me from accidentally saving files at work and making them unable to be opened by others.
As the title reads, because i dont have an active plan it not even letting me login all the way. It open's the browser, isgin in, it tells me to close the browser and then signs me out.
I have been graduated in last June. Can I still purchase the student version of the Creative Cloud, even if I don't have the University's email anymore? I read on somewhere that you can access student version an year after graduation. I have a Student Certificate from last May and a Diploma from June. When I try to purchase the student version of CC and I put graduation date there, it not allow me to continue purchase, because graduation date is not eligible. Is it the case that I can't use the student version, even though it's not been a year since I graduated?
I got the license for students for Substance Painter approved. However I cannot download it. It only gives me the option to buy or test it. How do I install it? It's not shown included in my subscriptions in the creative cloud app.
The option to keep certain files or folders synced only online rather than have them saved to the local PC. I have many large design files I don't need to access frequently that take up a lot of storage collectively, but still need to keep for future reference.
At my Windows 10 64 bit CC Application (Version 6.0.0.571) are not all apps that I have installed listed under "Installed". The apps Acrobat, InDesign and Media Encoder are listed. But the apps Premiere Pro, Lightroom Classic, After Effects and Photoshop Beta are not listed under that point. Here are some screenshots.
Would you please add a feature in Creative Cloud Desktop app to bring more control to admins by allowing to disable/hide apps trials?It's highly frustrating for our users to test a product that is not available in our contract!
Hello, I have problem with saving Adobe login data on my PC. Im able to login to my Adobe Creative Cloud and launch Adobe apps, but Windows Credential Manager keep my password until first PC restart or PC close, after reset my Adobe App Info Credentials in Windows Credential Manager are gone, and i need to relogin to Adobe CC. hey, for my school i had to get a adobe package so made a schoolaccount, i just bought one package but everytime i try to login i get an error and it says my schoolaccount is deactivated. what do i do??
Hello,I am on a 2013 Mac OS 10.15.7 - 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 - 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3(with a recent factory reinstall of the OS)- I am running Adobe apps; Acrobat, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (older versions approved for my OS)- I have set Creative Cloud to - 1) not launch on startup 2) not auto update apps 3) Not to sync cloud filesYet, the background processes still running in CC are making the software above completely unworkable - as they are bogging - giving the spinning lollipop?Please let me know if there is a fix for this problem. I am on a MacBook Pro M1 Max Chip, macOS 13.0 (22A380). For some reason, all my apps are suddendly intel based. Now I can only install intel based apps of all the probrams, which run very slow. I deinstalled everything including the cloud, reinstalled many times, nothing works. .........
I just upgraded my OS to Ventura (from Catalina). Previously, I had InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat as login items, and all opened up fine. Now, I can only have one... the newly upgraded system booted out Photoshop and Acrobat, and kept InDesign. I repeatedly tried to add the other two (both from the Dock and through System Settings), but they refused to respond. So I removed all the login items and tried Photoshop. It popped up, but wouldn't allow me to re-add InDesign. I repeated the process with Acrobat. Same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
