Hello! Being able to see photos as files, folders, and knowing exactly how much space each individual photo takes up in adobe cloud would go an extremely long way for users.Often times I just wish to grab a particular set of photos. I love the way assests work for instance, and generally being able to just grab some pictures quickly without having to load hundreds or thousands thumbnails would be very efficent and save lots of time for specified workflows. At times I also have to work from slower computers, which can really struggle loading all the thumbnails and lightroom's interface, that I often end up having to take an extra extra step of saving to my phone, then sending to myself to access on the device.
At assets.adobe.com/files, clicking on "Locate" used to open the folder that the file is found in. As of late last week, it just opens the file in the browser, which "Open" already does. And from the opened file screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to determine the file's folder. In many if not most instances, I actually need to open the folder containing the file, not the file itself. I'm assuming it's a bug as there doesn't seem to be any valid reason to duplicate the feature of "Open" in the same menu and remove the very critical feature of being able to open the containing folder from this menu. It's a source of massive slowdown in productivity and has already significantly affected me and my coworkers. Please resolve at earliest convenience.
I don't recommend this for everybody, but it worked for me, I kept getting the error 105 code. I tried every suggestion ti fix ir, nothing worked. As a last resort, I colsed CC. Then went to library/adobe/application support/caps/hdpim.db and deleted it. Went back and restarted CC. The error 501 code appeared briefly, disappeared, and CC continued to load. Everything worked fine. I was able to install everything. CC put a new hdpim.db in the caps folder.
While trying to launch any Adobe desktop apps, I continually receive the 'You’ve reached your device activation limit.' I have gone into my Creative Cloud account and clicked 'End all sessions' multiple times but when I go back and try and login in again, I get the same error. If I understand correctly, the limit is two computers. Does the limit also include mobile devices? I have my account activated on my old laptop -- still in use, my mobile phone, and I'm trying to activate on my new laptop. Does this setup exceed the activation limitation? And even so, I'm disconnecting all sessions so why am I unable to connect from new laptop? Thank you.
When I am placing text and objects in a corner, I would like some guides to pop-up and let me know when the space form the edge is even on both sides. This is helpful when I am placing photography credit for example. Save some time from fiddling around trying to make it look even.
I have had Creative Cloud for years and all of a sudden it does not list photoshop as installed and I did not get last automatic update. Why? Should I re install photoshop?
SINCE ADOBE UPDATES RENDER A SYSTEM PRACTICALLY UNUSABLE WHILE IT UPDATES, YOU'D THINK THE GENIUSES AT ADOBE COULD COME UP WITH A SIMPLE ADDITION OF A SCHEDULING OPTION FOR UPDATES. THIS HAS BEEN IN THREADS MUILTIPLE TIMES. GET IT DONE!!!!!
I do not want, nor have I ever consented to, having the Creative Cloud Files being on the windows explorer sidebar. I have disabled it in the Registry Editor, but within a day it puts itself back there. This is how a virus behaves, not how trusted software behaves. How do I permanently remove the Creative Cloud Files from Explorer sidebar? Stop trying to force Creative Cloud on people. It's more than obnoxious.

What happens to my files in the creative cloud if I can't renovate my subscription? Do they just disappear or do they stay linked to my account? I can't renovate my Photoshop subscription at the moment, so I wanted to make sure that I don't lose everything, and that I can just pay again for my Adobe subscription later on and find my old files again. Thank you for your help!

No way to view all three cloud services in the same place. There should be a lightroom cloud only visible from the lightroom app, adobe acrobat cloud only visible from that app and then an adobe cloud visible with whatever other stuff is put in there, which you then have 100GB across all 3 clouds...there should be 1 cloud where everything is visible & manageable from. Not hard to implement, apple, google, microsoft, da vinci, cyberlink, corel, etc. all managed to have 1 cloud service where all of your documents, audio files, video files, photos, pdfs, etc. are visible & accessible from each of their respective apps as well as from the cloud app too.,
Creative Cloud app has had issues correctly displaying "Shared with you" files for years. Specifically: Only displays a random assortment of all files shared with me, so must use Web link to see all files. Does not correctly sort by Date Shared, again random ordering of files. Syncing issues are still too prevalent, my team finds themselves needing to make local backups of XD files since work keeps getting lost. Please address your Creative Cloud app issues. Ater 4 years of promoting Adobe XD to my company we're ready to move on to a different solution that better works at scale. Thanks,Thomas
I am not able to check Creative Cloud apps / updates - always get the message ' Your apps are taking longer than usual to load etc. '. For me this is 'usual' for months, if not years. The only time I can get a peak on updates and other Creative Cloud Desktop app information is directly after a restart. Updated the app several times, removed it, reinstalled it, repaired it - all without any succes. I work on a MacPro / MacOS 12.6
I followed all the steps sugested by adobe in the link bellow, and don't work. I can't see or either install any of the applications. I am using the Windowns 11, anyone with this issue?(https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=5.10.0.573&mv=product&mv2=accc)
In my "creative cloud" I have had the problem for some time that the cloud activity icon does not stop. The circle with the blue arrow in the cloud is constantly in action, even though all content is synchronised. If I stop the file synchronisation and then restart it, everything is OK. The icon stops working.Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? It occurred during one of the last updates.(windows 10 system)
Why not offer Pantone as an upgrade option? The only "solution" offered was to fix it on your own by attempting to get a license from Pantone.
Need a Solution to this issue. Problem:For the last 6 months, whenever I try to update or install new app, i click on 'Try' & the infinite loop of loading starts. I have to shut down it from task manager. Solutions that I tried & didn't work: Deleting files from C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE Repairing & Reinstalling all Visual C++ files. Uninstalling by creative cloud uninstaller and reinstalling it. Running CC as administrator AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool The same issue was found on my another laptop and also in one of my friend's computerFYI: I've no internet speed issue. (55 Mbps wifi line)

Same issue here too. Brand new computer...just trying to get the Creative Cloud app to work correctly. It gets stuck on the "updating creative cloud" and eventually gives me the error message below. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, deleted files from the OOBE folder... \
It would be extremely useful to have the ability to easily transfer ownership of an adobe CC Library or asset between users. Right now the process is impossible to figure out, let alone follow and is very frustrating. For larger companies, a team member may create a library, share it with their team members, but then eventually move on to another role or leave the company. Right now, there is no way to change the ownership of that library to another team member. It would be great to have this feature because it would save time and frustration and help keep all libraries and assets properly organized. Sharing settings and edits should be more easily accessible this way as well.
I just bought an Adobe subscription for the second time in my life. The first time I bought an Adobe subscription was a few years ago. I always used to think, 'If I can crack it, why bother buying a subscription?' However, compatibility issues started to increase, and cracks don't last that long. So, I decided to purchase a subscription. You might assume that buying the subscription would allow you to use all programs without any problems, right? Wrong. Adobe has so many crashes and issues that it's not even worth buying the subscription. Don't listen to people who say it's cheap. Don't. Your money is valuable, make it count. Don't waste it on this company like I did. You'll encounter the same issues whether you have the paid subscription or the cracked version from YouTube. I hope this is the kind of message you needed to read today.Have a great life.
