I would like to know how to remove my full Adobe C C off of my internal HD & add it to my External HD which has much more room. Getting error messages that I nned to clean up the scratch disk , says it's full. Won't moving all of the Adobe files to my external drive help ? I use the Windows 10 OS , I have the Adobe Creative Cloud program that has LR, PS, Bridge, others that I do not use. My External HD is a Seagate Plus with 1TB.
Why am I having to reload PhotoShop CC? I went to my CC dashboard and PSD was not there. Yet there are programs sitting there I don't use. Was this a glich error? Thank you.
In Adobe Acrobat Pro (Windows 10 home 32-bit) I can access files that I scan from the android app Adobe Scan. However, I cannot see these files on the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Am I missing a setting so I can see all the same files on Creative Cloud or is it just buried somewhere in the desktop app?
From my Adobe online account, I should be able to access the billing information of my company to view or edit it if need be. The current process where even customer service cannot help and I'm forced to email an Adobe employee and wait for them to loop in Billing is WILD. Please fire whoever decided to setup the billing process that way.
My suggestion is to add an option where these recent files can be cleared on Creative Cloud desktop, similar to how they can be in Photoshop.
Adobe - please can you at least add an option to 'Don't Show This Again' to the incessant 'Save to Creative Cloud' dialogue box that reappears every time an app is updated - and today seems to appear EVERY time I go to save a file. I'm simply not interested in saving my files to the cloud thankk you very much and the repeated appearances of that dialoguie box is a completely unneccasary impediment to my work flow.Thanks
Hello, wish that there is an option to remove protos or even completelly turn off recent photos in CC dektop app. I opened it and for some reason i was shown images from 2021 which i edited on my iPhone in Lightroom. Even though i deleted those photos, now i am having bunch of white thumbnails from photos i don't even know where the are and i cannot remove them.Best regards

Hello I've been having some trouble with the CC desktop app on my private laptop since some time. I've been in contact with the Support for some time now but so far they were not able to help me. This is why I want to ask the community. Maybe someone here has an idea how to fix it. (I'm using CC in German, hence the error is in German. I will try to provide an accurate translation). In the screenshot you can see the message I receive when I try to install any apps. It translates to "Not connected to company servers. Please check your connection with the company servers. If the problem persists, please contact your IT admin".The problem is that this error occurs only on my (private) laptop no matter where I am. At the office I get the same error as at home (where I am the IT admin). Also, I am not using a company version of the CC but a private version. My workplace does not provide CC to us. I am also unable to access my Cloud files in the library or in the "Data" tab. T
Hi all, I am working with Creative Cloud desktop version: 5.5.0.617 on a RDS envoirment and i am missing the option/button for uploading my custom fonts, while on other PC (Windows 10) I am working with version 5.10 and i DO have the option/button to opload fonts. Can anyone clarify why this is?I could not have something to do with my licenses because the option is there on my PC. Thanks in advance!

Our Information Governance group needs to be ability to review filenames of data stored in creative cloud in order to make an assessment of that information. Currently, the only way for an admin to see that information is to deactivate each user, which is absolute not feasible.
I have been provided access to Adobe products at workplace and have Adobe 360/Pro but even after loading Adobe Creative Cloud unable to download Photoshop. Download fails to download after 10%. Very frustrating.
I would like to know if any of you had a similar experience. Yesterday i contacted Adobe using thei virtual assistant, i had to renew my CC cloud subscription because they would double the price. I started talking with it, but it was not understanding exactly what i meant. So, it told me that it will conect me to an agent (a real person i supposed). But, when i started explaining, the answers where a bit odd. It first gave me a price of 25.55. It seemed good pricing. So i said ok. But i added another question: if they had some kind of deal inclunding SUBSTANCE. The answer was, "yes, substance is included in the all apps subscription" i already had. I said it isnt, and them the "person" told me to wait 2 minutes for another agent. So when the second one appeared, he made me a new offer for 36 euros. and never answered me about SUBSTANCE. It seemed a complete machine. Im an AI supporter, and love the capabilities, but this is not good and in the long run, its bad business. I cant ev
In business/enterprise environments with large Creative Cloud deployments, currently if a user logs in to a Windows PC they are presented with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app's login box, even if they don't need to use Adobe products in their current login session. We enquired with Adobe support and were told that the Creative Cloud desktop app currently does not offer single sign-on (e.g. similar to what is possible to configure for Microsoft Office) and they suggested we posted the idea here. Please update the Creative Cloud Windows desktop app to allow enterprise IT admins to configure it (via group policy and/or MDM) to silently sign Windows users in to Creative Cloud if Federated ID has been configured on the Adobe tenant for the currently logged in Windows user.
Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? The fonts have become somewhat difficult to read from a short distance. Note: font smoothing is turned on in Windows, so we can rule that out (see image with CC window title bar below; the title bar, which is controlled by Windows, is clearly using font smoothing, but the menu labels are not). Photoshop no longer appears in Creative Cloud list of installed apps. Everything is updated. Went to uninstall/repair and did repair. That didn't work. I know PS is installed and it works. Maybe it's just a glitch to be fixed in an update. Windows 10 Pro. CC v5.10.0.573. PS 2023 v24.4.0433.

We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.

I have a Windows 11 computer where the Create Cloud Desktop app opens, but closes the window immediately. Updates and the installation of Lightroom work, but only in the background. After a while the update appears. I first tried to repair the app. It does, but the window still closes immediately. Then I tried the Cleaner software by Adobe which wiped all my Adobe apps. I then reinstalled the Create Could Desktop, but the issue remains. I could reinstall Lightroom and Photoshop in the background. Is there any way to fix this?
