I have spent the last 3 days--and I mean 12 hour days - trying to solve the problem with my CC 2018 update. Not only did this last update wipe out my ability to use my trusty CS3, but I have had every problem you can think of in being able to use the App! It started with not being able to link png and jpeg images to the app to not being able to install and use CC2018 at all!! I read and tried everything but nothing worked. The last problem I was dealing with was being stuck at waiting. So here is what solved my problem:I had come across suggestion to rename the OOBE file but never saw info on how to do this until now. That is what solved the problem. Here is the link to those instructions:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-error-update-cc-desktop-app.htmlIn addition, don't forget to first uninstall any previous downloads. And I also disabled my Firewall and ran the download as an administrator (right click, run as administrator). These las
Hello,my Creative Cloud Desktop application uses 100% of my computer memory (RAM) and then after a few minutes it crashes.I don't find any solution how to solve this. So, for now my adobe application don't get any updates. I already try a full uninstall / cleaning / reinstall with adobe cleaning tools but the problem is still here.I also have the latest version, installed from today 29.05.2020. Does anyone have an idea what to do? OS: Windows 10 Business version 2004 build 19041.264 with latest updates.Computer: DELL Precision 5820
how does one log out of the adobe site?
Having multiple problems here...Every time i restart my computer i get a Creative Cloud Error saying that it needs to be Repaired, at which point it reinstalls Creative Cloud (which insanely slow... takes like 20 minutes).Interestingly, an issue I thought was unrelated... every time i restart my computer, Illustrator won't launch until the 4th or 5th time i attempt to open (as well as having an INSANELY long launch time... like i walk out of the room and make coffee and warm up the waxer circa 1992 launch). I have to force quit several times to get it to load... but right now with CC reloading itself_ illustrator loads within seconds! It's amazing! This leads me to believe that Adobe Creative Cloud desktop software is bloated slow connecting blob of inefficiency that's messing everything up....?Anybody else having similar issues?I'm in the newest build of CC, on an 3.5GHz i7 iMac with 32 Gigs of balanced RAM and a GoogleFiber connection... soooo i'm guessing this isn't the bottleneck.
I'm getting really frustrated by having to all the time accept the license agreement when I open any of the Adobe CC products. Is anyone else having these issues?
Not sure where to post this.... 64bit Win10 Enterprise; all MS updates; all Adobe updates, afaiknWhat I did:I recently noticed that the Adobe AGMService [Adobe Genuine Monitor Service] had some malware in it. So, I killed the service via Windows Process Explorer and then manually disabled the startup service. Then I restarted. Why I did it:I noticed that my laptop's mouse and the Logitech external mouse would mysteriously change locations from where it was to the lower right portion of the screen. Once I killed the service and also restarted I have a normal system without the 'pain' of an aberant mouse. [The Process Explorer gave 6/76 malware hits so I validate that the file had malware and received a "Malicious (score:100)" indication via VirusTotal. Also received: "Trojan.Heur!.02012021"; "Static AI-Suspecious PE"....What should I do?So, what is suggested that I do? Can I just run most/all Adobe products without these or ???Last Date Modified i

Just recently, when app updates appear in the Creative Cloud app, if I click to update one of these apps, I'm unable to use the Internet for anything else on this PC while the app updates. All browsers when loading web pages become excruciatingly unresponsive and most after some delay display "web page took too long to respond" errors. If I cancel an update, or once it's finished, the web speed appears to go back to normal. The speed is only noticeable on this PC during the updates. Other devices on the network work as usual. Is it possible to throttle the amount of bandwidth used during the update process so that I'm still able to continue doing other online tasks?I've gone into Preferences > Creative Cloud > Files and changed the download and upload speeds, but this has no effect (as I believe this is a sync speed for files / assets).---PC running Windows 7 Professional SP1, i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz, 16Gb RAM, 64-bitCreative Cloud App Version: 4.0.1.188Message was edited by: Simon Shirle

One of the computers I use with Creative Cloud is a laptop with a resolution of 1366x768.The CC client opens and runs right out of the bottom of the screen. I was wondering if there was anyway to resize the client?
