Hello Guys,I just updated to the latest macOS Ventura 13.0. Suddenly am getting a pop-up " CClibrary is damaged and can't be opened". It was not happening before the update. Is it a MacOS bug?Although, PS, LR are working fine.Please let me know if someone else got similar issues. Device: Macbook Air M2, 2022 Thanks 

When using the integration between Behance and Portfolio there seems to be a bug on the Behance side. If I work from Portfolio to Behance and than adapt the results in Behance (e.g. adding texts, labels or else) this works wel. However, because from LR to Portfolio to Behance the standard is a frame I find it easier to use imports from LR into Behance directly, but then the Behance portfolio is not integrated back into portfolio which means that the Behance version will be overwritten by the Portfolio portfolio whenever you try to repair it fromout of Portfolio. Anyway, loss of data and work may easily occur.   Looks like a bug to me.    

Whenever I delete images in Lightroom, it doesn't matter how many I delete, the size of my cloud content remains the same (which is over my limit).  Why might this be?

Ich war bisher mit meinem Account über ein Schulkonto angemeldet, dieses Abo wurde nun beendet. Seitdem sind sämtliche Dateien aus meiner Cloud verschwunden (ca. 8000 Fotos) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese einzusehen.Kann ich irgendwie erneut darauf zugreifen?Die angehängten Screenshots konnte ich über mein Ipad machen, da dieses ohne Internetverbindung noch im alten Account angemeldet war, demnach müsste bis vor wenigen Tagen ein Zugang zu meiner Cloud da gewesen sein.

I received an email today which said, "your profile name has changed from Starlight to DEL-StarlightThis change was made by your organization’s administrator. No action is needed on your part – your products, access, and account remain the same.and another one after that which states,You no longer have access to Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock in organization DEL-Starlight . What should I do now? I cant access any of my apps and projects but the plan expiry in the adobe account says next payment is on May 15, 2026. I had bought the subscribtion on Groupon and had access to the account under Maplewood Foundation. It says contact your admin but when I click the admin group it says I dont have access to the admin or global admin either.Please help

Hello,I recently (over 2 weeks ago) had CC installed on my computer. Adobe XD is supposed to be one of the tools included in the plan I joined but it is not listed on my CC to download. Is there I workaround I could follow and be able to download XD? Is the fact that XD is being discontinued affecting  users from being able to download XD? Thanks in advance for the help. V/r,JD

Je suis photographe et je suis en train de créer mon portfolio sur la plateforme Adobe Portfolio. Cependant, comme je m’y attendais, avec le grand nombre de photos que j’importe, le site met beaucoup de temps à se charger. J’ai donc peur de perdre en visibilité, car mes clients risquent de se retrouver face à une page qui charge sans fin.Adobe Portfolio n’accepte pas les images au format WebP, et je n’ai pas envie de réduire la qualité de mes photos  (c’est essentiel pour mon travail de proposer des images de haute qualité)Auriez-vous une solution pour optimiser l’utilisation du portfolio lorsqu’il contient un grand nombre de photos ?Merci d’avance.

Pessoal, boa tarde, tudo bem? Desde novembro eu simplesmente não consigo fazer uma públicação de nenhum projeto meu no Behance. Todos eles passaram a aparecer como privados e quando edito e coloco como público aparece o erro abaixo. Não sei se é porque eu passei para o Adobe Portfólio. Já exclui o site, já clonei um projeto e editei, já tentei em outro navegador ou como anônimo. Enfim, nada funciona! Preciso muito da ajuda de vocês 😞  

I'm not referring to the Quick Access folder, but to a folder that's recently appeared in the DRIVE section of my file explorer navigation pane.  I'm not sure why it's listed with my drives, but it is. It has a crazy long name, (Creative Cloud Files Personal Account {my email} XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@AdobeID), and the unpin registry hack doesn't remove it. I don't use Creative Cloud for file storage, and want this eyesore of a folder gone. Please help.

Now, every time I try to install it, it crashes. No error codes. Nothing. It just closes after like two seconds. Meanwhile, I'm having even less success with Photoshop, where the installer won't even load. Same with Audition (which I need at the moment). Any help would be appreciated!

Hello - I'm trying to launch illustrator (cc 2017). A screen saying  "Please wait a few moment" for more than 10 minutes without the software be launched. - Other softwares like Animate are correctly launched. - Need a fix to launch all Adobe softwares.

While the installed applications are universal, AKA Universal Binary 2 or supports both the legacy Intel code and the modern Apple Silicon code, the installer to get there is still Intel, so it forces the modern Mac to install Rosetta 2. That is presently not a big deal, but why is the installer still Intel? Next year, with macOS 27, Apple is expected to drop Intel support and also drop Rosetta 2, so you have less than a year to update.

There's no Portfolio community so I figured I'd post it here? I purchased an Adobe Creative cloud subscription through my university with Surfspot last year and made my photography portfolio website. I have renewed the subscription about two weeks after it expired with the same email address and such, but I cannot find my portfolio website in the edit tool? I tried creating a website with the same domain name and it said it was already in use so it should be saved somewhere right?  Does anuone know how to fix this, I've got loads of applications running with this email address so I desperately need it back!! 

Olá sou assinante do aplicativo adobe after effects e o adobe creative cloud desloga dps da uns erro em baixo de atualizar conexão e me desloga dnv sem carregar nada, consegui baixar bem rapido o adobe after effects e ele fica dando o erro da imagem ja tentei apagar as credenciais e nao uso antivirus, assim que abre o after effects ele pede login, eu logo e da o erro

I've already disabled it once in the past as the files were clogging up room on my hard drive... I've checked again a few months later and the files are syncing again. There no longer appears to be a pause button, has this feature been removed?

What exactly is Adobe LiveCycle, what does it do?

I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When my team clicks the link or if I try to view my library on the web, it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." How do I get this library to show up and be sharable? The same issue happens when I try this using Ps, Id, and Ai.
