I'm creating an Adobe Portfolio.I've never set up a web page of my own, although I did buy a URL.On the Contact form in Portfolio, I would like the Contact button when clicked to send the message to my email. Is that possible?If not, what workaround can I use?
Here is the "Contact" page of my site:https://jayaustindesigns.com/contact I'm using the Lukas theme with the color scheme switched to light. On my "Contact" page, the text input boxes are black with white text, which looks very odd on a light page. Similarly, the "Submit" button is white with black text, which could be easy to miss on a light page. Can I make these inputs be white with black text? Can I make this button be black with white text? These seem like things that should change when I select the light color scheme, but they do not. (FWIW, the same issue occurs with the Ludwig theme, as well. These are the only two themes that default to a dark color scheme.) Please let me know if there is a way to have light text boxes and a dark submit buton with the Lukas theme. Thanks!
Hello, for like past 6 years my subscription was paid by my school, yesterday that subscription ended and all my documents, my art, my work on cloud dissapeared. Today I decided to get new subscription to finish my work and acces my cloud documents - I choosed he "digital photography plan" as I needee most just PS now (I used to have he full CC plan before). But the problem is that I still don't see my cloud documents even with active subscription. I'm still in the 7 days free trial tho, so idk if that isn't the problem, doesn anybody know? I wonder if there is a way to get the documents back? Or if there is a way to contact Adobe in other way than the AI chatbot who is useless?
Hi there. I'm using a Mac, running 13.7.5. I use a variety of Adobe apps, predominantly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, but also occasionally InDesign and Audition. Every day, or sometimes multiple times a day, Adobe Crash Processor launches, and proceeds to gobble up several GB of system memory. It does not seem contingent on my actually using any Adobe app (aside from Creative Cloud running in the background). This might go without saying, but: when I do use the apps they aren't crashing, so I don't see any reason why the crash processor should be activating in the first place. I can terminate the process with Activity Monitor, but it inevitably recurs. I've tried rebooting the computer and updating the apps to the latest versions, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. I could upgrade my OS to Sonoma or Sequoia, but if anyone has another solution that might forestall an entire OS upgrade I'd like to try that first. Any help anyone has wo

Using WIN-PC and Android-Smartphone for document exchange and sync. syncing works but I do not get any notification on my smartphone when docs are updated on PC. Verwende WIN-PC und Creative Cloud um PDF-Dokumente zu synchronisiern und aktualisieren. Die Synchronisation vom PC auf Smartphone funktioniert aber ich bekomme auf meinem Smartphone keine Benachrichtigung, dass eine Aktualisierung erfolgte.

Bonjour à tous,J’avais un abonnement académique (offre étudiant/jeune diplômé) à Adobe Creative Cloud.Mon abonnement a été désactivé sans préavis et, depuis, je n’ai plus accès :à mes logiciels,à mes fichiers enregistrés dans le Creative Cloud,ni à mes projets Behance et Adobe Portfolio.Je n’ai donc pas pu effectuer la migration de mes projets vers mon compte personnel.Ma question est la suivante, est-il encore possible de récupérer mes fichiers (par exemple via une réactivation temporaire de mon espace cloud) ou bien de les transférer vers mon compte personnel ?Je vous remercie d’avance pour toute aide ou indication sur la marche à suivre.
I think this may be Adobe Creative Cloud related. But I have recently installed Creative Cloud and various apps on my MacBook and noticed soon after that a folder called Red Giant appeared in Users/Shared folder (see screenshot) As far as I am aware I have not installed Red Giant apps - so guessing this must be Adobe CC related. Does anyone know if that is the case, and what the point of the shared folder is? Many thanks?

I upgraded my cloud and now I want to put all photos in my cloud, +/- 900 GB. I have devided my pictures in a classic structure in window explorer several maps. But now I can't load this maps / structure into the cloud but only the pictures individually. Is there a solution for this ?

I've gone into my settings and turned on auto-update. I've set both of the check boxes for applications to be checked, but still it doesn't auto-update. Instead, while I use Photoshop Beta, I get messages telling me that there's a newer version I can download when I close the app. I've ended up adding CC to my start up so that, when I boot, I'm at least told what apps need updating and I can bang that out before opening them. But I just want things to autoupdate when I'm not using them. What could I be missing here? Working on Win11 Home and not SUPER techy, so be gentle with your techy responses. 🙂 This has nothing to do with Collaboration, but it wouldn't let me post unless I picked one of four topics that this has nothing to do with any of them. lol. If I'm posting this in the wrong place, please advise on that as well but this sounded like the best fit.

This is a critical issue for me as I currently have ongoing client projects, and not being able to communicate directly is disrupting my work.I submitted a support request yesterday but haven’t received any reply yet. For a platform of Behance’s scale, I was expecting quicker assistance, especially since messaging is an essential feature for professionals managing active projects.Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to escalate the request for faster resolution? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Please advise if its safe or what to check if its legit. Thank you.
Hey Adobe community! About a month ago I found out that when I tried to log in to Behance, it said "You don't have access to this product", I contacted Behance and got in contact with one agent asking me for my log in email, and never replied and closed my ticket. I contacted them again, but my ticket got closed again without any communication. I did search through the community posts and nothing solved my problem. When I log in to my Adobe ID, it does say I have access to Behance. I also contacted Adobe but they said this is a Behance issue and told me to contact Benahce... I am so confused and upset right now, that I cannot access my work on Behance, and that Behance is refusing to help me with it. Does anyone have any ideas? Attach a screenshot of them closing my ticket without solving it... 😞
I had a Behance account under ishracox@gmail.com with my portfolio. After getting Adobe Creative Cloud, logging in with Google creates a new empty Behance account. I need to restore access to my original Behance whcih was https://www.behance.net/ishrakulmunzerinmy old account still exists but I can lon in and instead a new account appeared which is https://www.behance.net/ishrakumunzeri1
I am trying to redeem a code for a 12 month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography subscription that I got with my new HP laptop. I read that the code is tied to the device, so I use my laptop. I clicked on the link in the email from HP, which automatically opens up the page for entering the code, and the code is correctly pre-filled. When I click active, I get the error " this code is invalid". What could be wrong? The account that I am logged in does not have any active subscriptions, and I didn't have a subscription before (not sure if that plays a role). What could be wrong?
Hallo zusammen, ich habe seit ein paar Monaten eine schöne Adobe Portfolio Website. Jetzt möchte ich Werbeanzeigen über Facebook und Instagram über den Meta-Werbeanzeigenmanager schalten. Es wird empfohlen einen Pixel zu erstellen. Das kann ich aber anscheinend nur, wenn ich ein Plugin auf der Website habe. Hat irgendwer damit schon Erfahrungen? Gibt es diese Funktion überhaupt und wenn ja, wie mache ich das?
I'm trying to transfer my student files to my personal account. I'm pretty sure the school license has ended as I can't access any of the apps anymore like Photoshop. I can still access the creative cloud only on my phone where I'd been logged in. Is there still hope to transfer the files? I've tried the website that lets you login to both email accounts and it says it'll email when the transfer is complete but I never received a transfer. I fear there's nothing to transfer because it was deleted. Is there anyway to do this transfer? Do the files still exist?
Tengo terribles problemas con la cuenta. En la aplicación estoy logueada con un avatar, sin lo abro en la web, me carga otro y para último, me borró los dos portafolios creados en Adobe Portfolio. Sùper decepcionada. Todo pasó de ayer a hoy. Mis portafolios de trabajos.... desaparecieron. Gracias Adobe!
