Hi all,I'm having trouble figuring out how to change existing assets in a CC Library and have these changes applied to all instances that make use of this asset.In this case, it specifically concerns colour swatches.In Photoshop, I picked a bunch of colours and added these to my library to use in other applications.Then, in Illustrator, I created a simple graphic, applied one single colour from the ones I saved in my library, and saved it as EPS.Note: I did actually apply the colour FROM my Library, I did not recreate the colour. I selected my graphic and then clicked on the desired colour from the Library.Now I added this graphic in InDesign in a document. In the same InDesign document, I also have some text that I want to be in the same colour as the graphic. Naturally I selected the text and applied the correct colour from my library.Here is the thing: I might have to tweak colours, according to the wishes of my client. Bonjour,J'ai acquis une tour windows pour pouvoir jouer a des jeux et faire de la 3D récement, je fais des études de Motion Design donc j'ai besoin d'utiliser la suite adobe pour pouvoir travailler, cependant à chaque fois que j'essaie d'installer un logiciel de l'appli adobe dont le créative cloud cela me met le message d'erreur : 0xc000012f . J'ai regardé sur des forums et beaucoup de personnes disent que le problème vient de Microsoft Visual C ++ , j'ai essayé leurs solutions mais rien ne marche pour l'instant.  Merci pour vos réponses, en éspérant que vous puissiez m'aider.     

I've been using Dropbox (DB) for project storage for almost a decade. Everything is in DB - AI docs, PSDs, Excel docs (budgets, etc.), PowerPoints, source video footage and AE files. It's all neat & tidy inside a prebuilt file structure. I even store my Lightroom Classic catalog on DB. Using DB for everything means I never have to worry about backups or syncing - plus, sharing a file or a set of final elements with a client is super easy. Lastly, archiving is quick & painless because I just zip up the entire set of folders and move it to an Archive folder - also on DB so it's backed up. However, CC is growing up, and with integrations along the entire suite of Adobe apps, it's quickly becoming a better way to manage the creative process. I watching the MAX Keynote now and it looks really cool. The problem for me though is that CC leaves out all the other types of files that I mentioned above when working on a project. Hallöchen,gerade ist bei mir irgendwie der Wurm drinnen. Ich habe eine Coverdatei auf eine Ebene reduziert, um sie in einem anderen Farbraum abspeichern zu können. Die Speicherung habe ich lediglich als JPG auf meinem PC vorgenommen und sie anschließend mit Strg + Z rückgängig gemacht. Aber anstatt in der Cloud korrekt die Version (mit Ebenen) zu speichern (also die letzte von mir geöffnete), habe ich nun eine reduzierte und für mich vollkommen nutzlose Datei. Wie bekomme ich also eine ältere Version meiner Datei zurück? Dieses automatische speichern ist für mich einfach nur super ärgerlich.  Vielleicht kann mir jemand weiterhelfen. Creative cloud is telling me my storage is full but I have almost nothing stored in the cloud... what should I do?

Since yesterday the syncing in the CC doesn't seem to work.Because of this, a font that I downloaded from Adobe Fonts doesn't work anymore and all my text in my project changed its font because of that.In the Desktop App, I get following error messages:"File syncing error (Some files failed to sync)"And"Libraries sync error (We're experiencing server problems)"In the CC Web-App I get the following error message:"Unable to load assets (Error occurred while loading assets. Try visiting this page later.)"Screenshots: I already tried the following:1. Pausing sync and resuming2. Logging out of my account and log in again3. Restarting my laptop4. Killing the tasks "CoreSync" and "CCLibraries"Nothing has helped.What else can I do to fix this problem? Thank you

If a user has view/edit permissions, they should also be able to cull and rate images with the stars and flag features. This would help me out as a creative who edits for other studios and would prefer not to use up my Cloud Storage for other CC clients. Thank you!!

I'm designing a 3 foot x 4 foot banner   I need the aspect ratio. The Banner company I use to print is telling me to crop it at 36x55 or 31x48. Adobe Creative Cloud will not allow me to use those inches when cropping. help please! 

Hi everyone, I am posting here since Adobe support is the worst I’ve ever seen. They actually end the conversation for no reason after being transferred 15 times… I have another account and the subscription got cancelled. I got another subscription with that same account but all my files that were in the cloud (XD files) got erased. Is there any way I can get my files back? Some people on the chat support said that I need to go to the admin console… but the account is individual and I don't have any access to that.

All the contents of my Creative Cloud folder disappeared today. After I completely freaked out, I restored from Time Machine and only had to re-do about 30 minutes' worth of work. Except it took 2 hours to freak out and restore... It's possible they were only in the trash on the website. I didn't figure that out till the second time it happened. Why, after I restored them from Time Machine, and worked on them further, did they disappear AGAIN and I had to restore them from the CC web interface (out of the web interface trash back into the synced files folder)? Now I can't trust that the files I'm working on will be there tomorrow morning, so they are in two places on my hard drive. Not efficient for keeping track of the latest, and not efficient because it seems like it would use twice as much storage space.  So, if the files in my CC sync folder aren't actually on my internal storage, where exactly are they? I am a portrait and landscape photographer, based in Germany. I would like to add some form of e commerce to my adobe portfolio website such as selling prints/calendars locally. (I dont want to sell on adobe stock (for now)). Is there a way to integrate any form of e commerce? Thanks in advance! 

Hi,I am setting up a new site in portfolio and have a contact form.  I was testing it last night on live site, and was working fine - got the ‘submitted message’, and the email.Then it stopped working, when you click on the submit button, nothing happens - you stay on the form page.  No ’submitted message’ and no email sent.I don’t think I did anything except to make changes to the submitted message.  I changed the submitted message back to what it was before, but that didn’t help.  I’m using Chrome, but tried in Safari as well - not working there either.I set up a completely new contact form with a different email address, and that one didn’t work either.Any ideas?Thanks!••• submitting this required a 'Topic', but it only gave me a few choices that didn't seem to relate.

I have an Adobe Portfolio site which connects to my Adobe Lightroom (not Classic). I use it to upload and administer the images but today it no longer finds the Lightroom Library.  Lightroom shows the libraries correctly and they seem to work on Portfolio correctly but Portfolio won't connect to Lightroom anymore. Any ideas or suggestions? 

I had an encounter with an Adobe Parnter. They offer Adobe Creative Cloud + 1TB of storage + Adobe Stock for around $30+ USD per year for individuals. Contacting them on their website www.auto-del.com They chancged support channel from Facebook to WhatsApp then back to Facebook. During the first month, they changed the enterprise teams more than once (3 times). They really did a bad job representing a partner. And they messed up my project files, I had to contact support (Adobe directly) to take back control over my Behance profile. And on top of this I had to download all my files, upload them, download and install PS/AI/XD/Br/Ru/Dw multiple times and yet the apps close as they show "billing issue" and sometimes "This is the last time you are using [Photoshop]" always broken!!  The partner refused to admit the issues with the software, and they say "Everything is fine on our side".I asked them for refund. They (until this moment) didn't give me a ref

Hallo Zusammen, Gibte es eine Möglichkeit in der Cloud Daten Ordner (zB. Bilder eines Shootings) abzulegen die dann alle Teammitglieder sehen können und sich einzelne Daten herunterladen können aber nicht zusätzlich immer Lokal abgespeichert werden und somit die Festplatte voll machen.Ich hab mit allen zusammen Lizenezen gefühlte 20TB Cloud Speicher zur Verfügung. Aber alles was man ablegt wird immer Lokal auch geapeichert. Das macht doch keinen Sinn. Bei den Cloud Bilbliotheken werden alle Daten in Hintergund unterHiden/Library->Applications Support-> Adobe->Creative Cloud Librariesabgelegt und liegen somit immer auch auf der Festplatte. Wenn Ich daten unter Datein hoch lade schiebt er mir automatisch alles in die Creative Cloud Filesunter dem Benutzer. Lösch ich da, löscht es auch in der Cloud. Auch nicht die Lösung. Es muss doch eine Möglichkeit einer art Cloud Galerie geben wo ich Daten reinladen kann und sie sind rein Online abrufbar und zum downl

I have a macbook pro Mid 2012 running on Catalina 10.15.7 with upgraded memory and hard drive. I cant seem to update my CC apps to the latest version and I noticed its saying it needs an IOS of 11 or greater. Does this mean I am wasting my money paying for apps I cant use??? Any sensible ideas are welcomed please.
