Creative Cloud Services

I'm getting the message that I can't combine files or save to this app because of the Document Security settings.  How can I correct this?

HiI don't know if this can me done but, I would love seeing the photos on my portfolio with a dark background everytime I click to visualize it, and I mean when you open a photo, not on the editor (you can there). Now when you are in your porfolio to see how a picture looks, the background of the thumbnails is dark. As soon as you click to zoom the photo, the background is white. It is a huge difference having a dark one and a white one.Jose

Please guide how to restore *.aic files saved on the cloud (Make available offline always) when changing to another subscription on the same account! Thank you so much

Hey guys, I don't know what's happening. I have no photos, nothing, and the cloud storage is full. Maybe it could be counting the files I had back in time on adobe rush.How can I clear files I have no more access to? Thanks,

Hallo zusammen, meine Creative Cloud ist mit über 20gb angeblich voll. Leider finde ich keine Möglichkeit sie leer zu machen. Hier online löschen geht nicht, weil nichts drin ist. Die Ordner sind leer. Wo befinden sich also die 20 GB Daten? Und wie kann man die leer machen? Leider findet man dazu nirgends etwas. danke im Voraus für die Hilfe! viele Grüße Claudia

Hello. I have downgrade my Adobe subscription so my storage is full. I want to download my cloud files to free up disk space on the cloud but I can't : in my desktop cloud application I have the message "An error has occurred" and if I try in the web application "storage is full". How download my files ? If I try to mark my file as "available offline" I have again the error "Storage is full" and on my computer the folder is empty Thanks

Hello Everyone, As I am using the MacBook and installed my premium creative cloud, but when I permit to run background into setting > login item after the shower "Adobe Creative Cloud6 items: 2 items affect all users"so can anyone tell me what this is and how to resolve this issue? And is it dangerous for privacy? The reference image is attached.Thanks.

Bonjour, depuis des mois déjà mon créative cloud ne cesse de fonctionner, je n'ai pas d'administrateur ce qui fait que je n'ai aucun contact avec le SAV adobe!À chauqe fois que j'essaye d'ouvrir mon créative cloud, on me dit "Vous avez été déconnecté, veuillez vous reconnecter pour continuer à utiliser les applications adobe" et quand je clique sur "se connecter" rien ne se passe!Merci de votre aide,Laurène

anytime an update occors all adobe software stops working. The only way to get it working again is to uninstall everything. Is Adobe ever going to fix this?

I moved some things onto my Adobe Creative Cloud storage, wanting to free up space on my hard drive. I noticed that everything I moved there also appears under a folder called "Creative Cloud Files", which seems to be taking up space on my hard drive. If I delete the files from this folder, will they also delete from the cloud? How do I just store those files on the cloud and not my hard drive?Thanks for the help!

dans ma formule d'abonnement j'ai 20 GO de stockage dans creative cloud.jusqu'ici je n'ai fait aucune syncronnisation de fichier vers le cloud , hors il me dit que mon espace de stockage est quasiment plein?

Bonjours, en essayant de syncroniser des photos sur mon cloud je me suis rendue compte qu'il etais saturer ,hors je n'est rien dessus J'ai chercher le probleme pendant des jours sans trouver la solution j'ai deja fait la manipulation d'essayer de suprimer depuis cloud web mais il se trouve qu'il est completement vide J'ai fait la même manipulation avec lightroom web j'ai même surpimer les photos deja dans la corbeille de lightroom web mais rien ..

The most recent version of Photoshop will not updatre on my laptop.  Running off of Windows 11 operating system.  Can someone please, please, please help with this?  I'm about ready to throw my laptop across the room.

Bonjour, depuis quelques jours je n'arrive plus a avoir accès à photoshop, lorsque je veux l'ouvrir un message m'indiquant que "mon compte a expiré et qu'il faut me reconnecter" s'affiche. Lorsque je clique dessus le même message se répète en boucle et ne me donne aucun moyen de me connecter.Lorsque j'essaye d'installer Adobe creative cloud sur mon bureau c'est pire cela m'affiche ceci (photo jointe) J'ai vraiment tout essayé, desinstallé plusieurs fois, utilisé la technique de reparation d'adobe etc.. rien ne marche je suis desespérée je ne sais plus quoi faire.

How can I view psd files in Explorer?

Hello, I cannot login to Portfolio. I am signed in to Creative Cloud on my desktop and when I select "Launch" I receive either a blank page (Safari) or an Access Denied page (Chrome). I have tried clearing history and cache, etc. on both browsers (and closing and re-launching) but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts? I am using a VPN, if that matters. Thank you.

Hello all.We have a job in InDesign, every month. A simple catalog with groceries. The items are all displayed in the same way, inside a square, with price, a qr code, image of the item, item number, manufacturer logo, etc.Usually, we do all this by hand, but now we want to use some kind of dedicated CMS to help with that. CC libraries was a no-brainer, naturally. You can put the entire contents of the square into there as one object – so, ideally, once that's all done, with about 10,000 items, we could just drag and drop the entire catalogue and take it from 2-3 days of work to 2-3 hours.Now, it is best practise to have all the product images, manufacturer logos, and qr codes in seperate libraries AS WELL, so you can change these originals and it will update in all the corresponding "full sets". All product images, QR codes and Vendor logos are already in our cloud in their respective libraries.And here's where the trouble begins. I have looots of old catalogues that i could go throug

This is maddening.  Using Ctrl Enter or Alt Enter does NOT help.  Adding <br>  looks like it helps until you publish the website and come back to see <br> tags. Better still, is there a wysiwyg editor somewhere that I'm missing? 

We want to add some adobe designs in our website to give them free layouts. How can we integrate these designs in our website?Thank you in advance.

I had an assignment for school in my creative cloud, and today I double clicked the project to open it up, and all that happened is that it dissapeared. It isn't in my deleted cloud files or the recycle bin on my computer. Does anyone know where it might be or what might have happened? It is missing from everywhere I have looked.
