Creative Cloud Services

Hey good people, I'm using Portfolio to set up my website, and using the Thomas Template. When I try to set the cover text for the rollovers to align it vertically, it's supposed to be set in the centre when choosing centre, right? No matter what I do, I can't get it to align to the centre. Top and Bottom Alignment is also out of whack globally. Anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated, I feel like I've tried everything. See attached image. That's not what it's supposed to look like when choosing centre in my mind. Eivind

3 days ago, the company moved the users accounts to a new server, which led to the loss of some customer data. I contacted Adobe Help, but they did not respond, until this moment the accounts were still there and I could see them, but now these accounts have disappeared and this message appears to me “Oops We can't find that page." Please help me in this matter or tell me that these accounts still exist and will be returned. Please, this matter is a matter of life or death.please need help !!!!

Our wedding photos are on a shared album of a user who has sandly passed away. When we try to access them we get an error message exaplaining the album is unavailable. Is there anyway we can still access our wedding photos?

At work we are trying to keep all of our logos in creative cloud so that everyone who is invited can use them.  Lately, when I've loaded items into our library on my work computer, they do not show up when i am logged in on my home computer, and vice versa.  I'm logged in to the same account and everything.  This eventually results in duplicate icons when someone else ends up loading something that isn't showing up for them but has been loaded previously.  This is leading to wasted time, messy libraries, and completely voiding the usefulness of these libraries when working remotely.  Any idea what to do?  

Hey, i purchased the adobe creative clouds plan on sep 4,2022. now it's showing as trail version. i tried by updating the app, adobe limited access repair tool but nothing works. i got my money debited from my account also. Anyone help me please.

Whenever I put up my Adobe Creative Cloud and I clicked the update button I get a blue box that says error 507 unable to complete Creative Cloud update!

I disabled all Sync features, and yet there are at least 8 processes running on my Mac related to Adobe.I installed LightRoom and use it perhaps once a week—I want exactly 0 processes running from Adobe while I am not using the app.  Why is so much bloat included and which processes can be safely removed without rendering LightRoom inoperable?Example processes:Adobe Desktop ServiceAdobeCRDaemon (2x)AdobeIPCBrokerAdobeUpdateDaemonCCLibraryCCXProcessCore SyncCore Sync Helpernode

My Creative Cloud resource links default open in Firefox, but I would prefer they open in Chrome.  How to change?  Thanks

for an arabic person especially for how popular the language is to not have it as display language is a problem and considering the fact we (arabs) pay for a subscription why hasn't it been added yet? 

Hello all!  I've been trying to find the solution to this all day with no luck, so hopefully, an angel in these threads will know how I should assess this situation.  I had a website with a purchased domain name that I was using under an email associated with my university. Adobe Creative Cloud, and subsequently Portfolio, was paid for. I have since graduated and had the misfortune of my website completely vanishing. I'm not sure how, or if, I can recover it. I have a new Adobe Creative Cloud account that I am paying for, and I've just created a new login for Adobe Portfolio. There's nothing I can see on the website anywhere, and I can only find adjacent issues in the forums. Does anyone have any ideas? 

I have Adobe fonts downloaded that should be available for use across all of my Adobe properties, as well as other apps. So any idea why I can't access all of my fonts in Adobe Portfolio? I understand Portfolio is a touchy subject, but I'm just finding that out and have a lot invested in it now 😞Every font I use is licensed for personal as well as professional use, but I am only able to access like, maybe ten?(If I need to provide more details, please let me know. It's only my second go at posting and I failed to include everything required to get an answer the first time.)Thanks for any assistance!

PORTFOLIO - WHERE TO FIND HELPI'm looking for help with the portfolio feature here. I do not see a section for it in the community. Where do I post questions concerning the portfolio feature? None of my uploaded videos are playing. I refresh the page but get the same message.They were just fine before. 

When active, display will not go to standby nor will PC go to sleep.  I can close down Creative Cloud Services and display and sleep work correctly.  Even though timer is set to 5 minutes for display and 20 minutes for sleep, neither will happen as long as creative cloud is active.  This hassle has not always been there, but not sure what has changed. Ideas?

All of my Adobe apps one my iPad are trying to import from a different account than what they sync to and I can't figure out how to make them the same. They are syncing to the right account but when I try to retrieve files from within the apps, it goes to a different account. 

Today I could not access my Behance account because the company moved the data to a new server. My Behance account still exists but I can't access it I need help

I’m posting here as I’m tired of downloading and installing what is basically bloatware. I’m at my wits end with Adobe.  I’ve been using their products for 30+ years, and every year it feels they are getting worse.  I’m what might be called a power user in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I also use regularly, Premier, After Effects, XD, Lightroom, Dimensions and only when absolutely necessary, Bridge.  So I know my way around.  Firstly, what is with Adobe trying to build its own GUI? Obviously somebody, somewhere has looked at Bridge and thought, “hey! let’s build a user interface for our other products”. And let’s start with one of the most memory hogging programmes, Premier!  Genius. The latest interface, Adobe, is simply awful. It slows my 3 year old iMac down to a crawl. Trying to navigate to find your folder is simply horrendous, and lord forbid it’s more than 5 levels deep, as it comes to a grinding halt.  This

For some time my laptop, Surface Book 2 Win11, has been running hot and the fan going at full throttle.  It seems as though the culprit is the Creative Cloud Desktop app. It's consistenly using ~20-25% of the CPU. When I right-click and choose End Task, the fan slows down to a normal speed and the unit cools to a normal temperature. It prevents the computer from going into Sleep Mode as it continues to run even after the screen is closed. Other than ending it via Task Manager, the only thing that will allow the laptop to sleep is pressing the Power button. Is there anything that can be done about this? Useful thoughts appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,I've almost used up my 1TB storage. I'd like to have more storage but I can't find anywhere if this is possible and how to do it.Does anyone have any ideas for it?I currently have the Lightroom plan with 1TB plan.

I'm really struggling with CC lately, just opening it! It just hangs with the wheel going round and then says its taking longer than normal but nothing happens. I have re-loaded and updated it but still it hangs. I really struggle to login to Adobe by a browser also (tried Safari & Chrome) again, just hangs and wont connectIm running on a Mac Mini M1 Any ideas why this is happening?  

Says it all right there.  I keep getting errors/messages that my cloud storage has been maxed out, but all of the folders are empty.  Is there something I can do to free up space?
