Creative Cloud Services

Hey, i use the normal Adobe Photo plan with 20gb of Cloud storage.I just want to update this storage but there is absolutely no option available. Not in my Adobe Account, and not on the Creative Cloud website.I don´t want to buy a bigger plan, just upload the Cloud storage. Hope anybody can help. Best Christian

I've just downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud again after I deleted it before as I didn't need to use any Adobe apps for a long period of time and now I can't get past the 'Loading Creative Cloud...' screen with the spinning wheel. The 'Relauch' popup appears after a while of trying to load. Relaunching CC and restarting my computer does not fix this issue.Neither does signing out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling CC, using the Cleaner Tool, repairing CC,  downloading from the alternate links for my OS or deleting OOBE files etc. from my user AppData. None of the current solutions online seem to help. If anyone can help me resolve this issue I would be very grateful. 

I have two MP4 files in my Creative Cloud Files folder on my local D drive and after syncing it doesn't play it just shows a still image and says OCTET after the file name.What does this mean? The other MP4 file plays fine. I have uploaded it twice with the same result.

I am trying to download creative cloud using play on linux on ubuntu. I have received an error regarding firewall and time settings. Activated firewall, time settings are good. Still i cannot download creative cloud. Any suggestions what i can do to fix this.

Hi, I use Adobe CC subscription on my laptop. I’m going to buy a standalone drawing tablet to speed up drawing. Can I use the same subscription on both of them at the same time? Can someone clarify please. Regards,S.

While in file explorer a large number of CC files (around 3,000) started disappearing. I noticed it was only files that were within the folder I had currently opened in file explorer. This happed on Monday and again today. A ton of important work were within those folders and I have no explanation as to why this happened. I was thankfully able to restore them from my recycling bin but need answers!

I've had this problem for about a year now, and I've tried all the basic solution out there, such as reinstalling the Nvidia drivers, using a fresh install of Windows, reinstalling all Adobe Creative Cloud apps, deactivating a lot of the background programs I have normally running, anti-virus, etc. Nothing seems to solve this issue, and it's quite frustrating because I have lost projects, hours of work because of it, and I'm running a licenced version of Adobe Creative Cloud, so it's quite frustrating to pay monthly for a service (which is quite expensive in my country) and still have those problems.The problem seems to occur when I'm changing tabs, from AE to windows explorer or the browser, etc... but I have had this issue happen even by moving my mouse across the screen, so it's really hard to know what is the cause. I tried looking into the Windows event logs, but I don't really know how to identify an error that could be related to mine there, so it didn't help.When it happen

Why do one of my users have 67 folders "Creative Cloud Files (archived)"  And 19 of them on almost 300 MB? 

Is there a way to add a social media share button to a page, or to an image in adobe portfolio?  Can't seem to find it anywhere. p.s. Is there an Adobe portfolio community? 

Hi!I found this guide about sync settings on Creative Cloud but I'm struggling to make it work: I don't have the icon at the lower-left corner neither the option for Sync Setting on my Preferences menu. (Link for the guide: Synchronize settings using Creative Cloud )The context: I use my Creative Cloud account on my personal computer and at school. What I want is be able to log in at school with my CC account and have my workspace ready. Right now, I'm using Illustrator but I would like to have the same for the other apps too. Is this possible?I'll appreciate some help! Thanks guys

Hi! I need to rename and move some files uploaded to my Creative Cloud synced folder directory. When I rename folder that contains some many GB of files, it begins downloading all contained files again. Is there any way to avoid this?I mean, if I rename folders in Google Drive, Google Drive just rename that folder and everything stays sync in seconds. I do not understand why Creative Cloud downloads all files again. It take me hours! And I need to rename and move many files and folders... Any idea how to avoid all this resyncing?

I have updated the permission for the folder located on my external drive.But when I try to import into this hard drive, the folder does not appear and the import does not work due to "External folder not writable". Please help!

I've been having issues with photoshop latest version and it just won't boot ever since a windows update. This is seriously annoying but other than that I need a change in my plans since I'm basically paying monthly for nothing at this point in time. Trying to get support or a real human has been a challange, where am I suppose to go?! Was expecting a better service from Adobe. PD: I'm from LATAM

I have a computer running under Windows 10. Adobe IPC Broker is constantly looping and flashes a error message "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found". In Task Manager a new line for the ICP broker appears about every 30 sec. I can't even turn off the computer usiing Windows because of this program looping. How do I get control of the computer back? I can't delete the program because it is running and I can't get it to stop running. 

I've been using the creative cloud suit on my M1 Macbook Air for about 3 weeks now. Today I tried looking for the Creative Cloud application but suprisingly it seems to have disappeared completly from my computer. All I could find are the unistall and install programs for it.

Is it possible to move the image caption from the bottom of the image to the top?

Creative Cloud startet mit dem Fehler "Abobe-Server sind nicht erreichbar". Danach geht das Programm in eine Endlos-Schleife. Photoshop lässt sich ebenfalls nicht starten mit dem Hinweis "Die Lizenz ist abgelaufen". Die Programme können daher nicht genutzt werden!Eine einwandfreie Internetverbindung ist vorhanden. Mit dem Browser kann man auf die Server zugreifen. Die Lizenz läuft bis November 2022. Virenschutz- und Firewallprogramm wurde testweise deaktiviert, ohne Verbesserung des Problems.Alle Hilfetexte die ich bislang dazu gelesen habe waren nicht zielführend.Wie kann das Problem gelöst werden??????

hello, please can someone explain to me how Adobe Lightroom mobile storage and creative cloud are working? I subscribed to Lightroom mobile and under my account info says I have 40GB storage and right now after syncing it says 12GB used and 28 free, ok I understand that but when I log with my same account to creative cloud and same time downloaded creative cloud app into my iPad it says you are almost full you have 2GB and from that 2GB you have less than 200MB? I do not understand whether these two things are completely different things? if they are what is 40GB for and 2GB for?

After installing succesfully on windows 11, Creative Cloud launches but remains stuck in the loading. After a while a blue message appears saying it's taking longer than usual. It advises to restart the computer and relaunch the app (but the same happens if I do). If I wait longer, I get this message.If I chose repair, I have the same problem. If I go to the address mentioned in the error message, the page is non existing. If I uninstall the app through adobe's uninstaller, dowload a new copy, restart and install again, I have the same problem.I have a Dell Precision 5760 with the last firmare and Windows versions available.Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible, as I need to work. Thank you so much!

I recently purchased Creative Cloud and did the student plan. The app asked me to verify my account by entering the code sent to my school email. I went to sign into my school email and the email wont show up with the code. I checked spam, trash and went into my email settings and made sure there was no filters. Now I can't even do anything it just says to contact my adminstrator. The plan wont show up or subscription when I view my account profile and they charged me the $20. Is there a help number or email from adobe? 

Hola, estoy intentando cancelar el plan que tengo con adobe creative cloud, pero al intentarlo, me dice que me cobraran 166,31 € por "Como parte del contrato original suscrito, este cargo se aplicará si cancelas ahora y finalizas anticipadamente tu compromiso anual." lo cual no tiene sentido, ya que lo contrate el 14 de junio del 2021, siendo hoy 20 de junio de 2022, asi que ya ha pasado mas de un año, y no estoy cancelando nada anticipadamente

Photoshop file stored on creative cloud has been downloading for over 4 hours. It is barely 50 % done. What do I need to do 

I am trying dot update Creative Cloud app and it permanently shows error 507. Adobe provides a solution but does not provide the location of the error log file which i should use to solve the problem.Can anybody pleas tell me the path to it?
