The social icons on the Marta theme in Adobe Portfolio don't appear to show up in the navigation container at the top, despite being toggled on in the media content styles > navigation > social icons. I've managed to successfully add social icons in other parts of the page as a module but not in the navigation.

I have added an image in the Site Title, which sits inside the Logo Container. I changed the top margin on Logo Container, as well as Site Title. It looks the way I want it to on desktop, but it shows up nowhere on mobile. Why would this be happening?Last time I provided a link for a Adobe Portfolio problem, it got taken down, but if an image(s) will help in solving this problem, please let me know.

I just received a message from McAfee that it blocked Adobe CEF Helper. It viewed it as a risky connection that hackers could use. Is this going to be an issue? Will this cause any operating problems? Of course I can't risk disabling my anti-virus protection. Has anyone else seen this recently, and/or have any ideas on this issue?Please advise.

This is not related to Photoshop in any way etc, but rather to the notion that it is getting very frustrating when you make projects that just never seem to get noticed by the team that is supposed to check the work that goes up on the platform. Please can someonen tell me all how this actually works, becuase it feels like if you do not have a big following then you are destined to never get featured on Behance, no matter what you create. Or is there an algorithm that is place that we are not aware about?    Thanks so much.  Graeme

Hello, a friend and i had the same issue with the CC !! since around 2 weeks The 1st : Erroe files sync : partial sunchro error 2nd : Error libraries sync : partial sync failure : we are having server problems   But after a total clean up of the CC file, app, and cloud with the tools and solutions i know and after a call at the Customer support there is no solution.   Is someone can help us or a someone of the CC team because it's impossible to work, share, made live & demos!   We are both on Mac with Mac Os Monterey 12.4, the last version of the cc app. On my side it's the same issue on my MBPPRO M1 MAX & my MacPro Intel 2019. The issue is the same on the web app.   Thank you  

Why colorSampler class shows undefined? I am trying to get RGB color values from a specific pixel of the layer. I found many solutions and most of them are using color sampler. So I used Photoshop for the first time on my work computer recently. When I tried to share what I made, it said it was unable to sync. I eventually realized the problem traced back to Creative Cloud. I have no idea why it isn't working, but I have tried all the basic ideas. I've restarted my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've made sure other people on my network don't have the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am in an endless loop unsuccesfully trying to re-install Creative Cloud on my MacBook Pro 16in M1 running Monterey OS 12.5 (in the UK). I had been using CC and apps successfully until last week when the problem appeared out of the blue. The attached screenshot indicates that CC is needed to solve the problem (a classic Catch 22!). I have tried several iterations of uninstalling (using both CleanMy Mac and the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool); restarting the Mac; and even upgradiing the OS from 12.4 to 12.5, but always ending in the situation depicted in the attachment. I note from other posts that this is by no means a new problem, except perhaps that none of the previously suggested 'fixes' seem to work for everyone. This is now beyond a joke, and is preventing me from working. The final straw has been finding it impossible to make contact with a person, except through this channel. Please can someone come up with a solution that works reliably? Chris(NB t

I have continued to get this error message for a month now. I have the firewall turned off, I have checked the date and time of my computer, everything is up to date ( I'm running Mac OS Montery 12.1) and I have tested the apps on multiple internet connections. Still I cannot even log in to the desktop apps. Any ideas here? I've followed all the troubleshooting forums on here I possibly can and still nothing. 

Beware:I use creative cloud with lightroom and photoshop installed.  One day I woke up to find my 2TB NVMe drive full, of which several disk analyzers confirmed only ~90 GB was actually in use.It took about 5 days with a custom app running (no Windows app can process a directory with that many files) to remove a bit over 3 billion empty subdirectories from the Adobe directory: com.adobe.dunamis The subdirectories had large integers as their names.  Even after removing all the subdirectories, Windows 10 didn't recognize the removed subdirectories as free space which forced me to reformat the drive.

Yesterday, for the first time, I saved my edited photos to Creative Cloud storage rather than Dropbox which I have used for client sharing for years. I am bitterly regretting it as I can see absolutely no way now of sharing those photos with my client and I am faced with having to go back to every RAW file, re-edit the jpegs and save to Dropbox. What a terrible waste of my time. Can anyone tell me, in strightforward terms how to get round this please. I was expecting this to be simple. 

When I open a PDF document that is saved to my computer, whether that be on the desktop or in a folder, Chrome opens to the editor page of Adobe online every time. Can't seem to get Chrome from opening. Please advise. Mac Monterey 12.4

Is there any hope that Adobe will resolve this problem? I use a MacBook Pro16" (Intel) with Monetrey. I know the problem is old, but may be....

Multiple libraries are disappearing from my CC libraries collection. Each time I log onto my computer more a missing. They are gone from the CC libraries panel in the Adobe programs as well as the desktop CC application.  I tried updating all of my Adobe programs but it hasn't made a difference.  Please help!

Hello, when I add keywords to individual pages and update the live site. I see none of these keywords in the page source, only the keywords added via the main site settings. Also when I go back to the page, none of the keywords I added before are saved and showing in the field where I added them. Any idea how to fix this? Kind regards,D.

I am a journalist and I look for people who had also terrible experience with a customer service and lack of possibility to resign from Adobe in a hummane way. I have been charged like probably many of you for a whole year of subscription by auto renew. I am aware of the policy of Adobe, but this is ridiculous that they are allowed to charge over 700eur for something I do not intend to use no more. It is a fraud and a customer service is not replying to this. How is it possible to get away with it, claiming that I have received an email with such information about the upcoming renewal, I have never seen that email. I have never received it. I should confirm such a big payment. This is absolutely against the customer. We do not speak of 20eur charge, it is 750eur! For Polish standards that is a monthy salary. This is insane and unhumane. I would like to spread the word about it in the radio and television. I would need a few people willing to share their similar unfair stories
