 Bonjour à toutes et tous. Je viens d'installer Creative Cloud sur mon PC portable. Je me trouve face un problème que je n'arrive pas à régler.Visiblement, la connexion au serveur d'Adobe ne se fait pas...1- Dans Creative Cloud, menu "Activité en ligne" j'ai le message suivant : "La connexion au serveur a échoué".2- Dans Lightroom (version cloud), idem. Je pense que Lightroom cherche à se synchroniser avec ses versions mobile (sur ma tablette), mais n'y arriverait pas. Il m'indique un problème de connexion au serveur, et là, je n'ai d'autre choix que de fermer Lightroom. Je ne peux donc pas travailler sur les photos importées dans Lightroom depuis ma tablette. Avant de venir poster ici, j'ai tenté différentes solutions.Démuni, et afin d'être le plus efficace possible pour vous comme pour moi, je donne le max de détails de ce qui a été tenté ci-dessous.Les points A, B, C sont restés infructueux... La solution tient peut-être au point D... Mais mes compétences informatique

I never use this the Adobe Cloud Folder feature but it's installed on my windows 11 in the file explorer, under the Quick Access.   There is no way to disable it or uninstall it, feels just like a Malicious malware.    And now I need help to remove it.   I searched on Google and this has been an issue to a lot of users, for many man years.  Thank you adobe for promoting this cloud feature with Malicious malware behavior.I would thank you more if you can allow me to remove this nasty folder that I never use. Sinerecerly.  -Malware Victim

I work for Getsitecontrol, the platform that provides a set of widgets for websites. We have common customers with Magento, who put our widgets on Magento-built websites. One of them has contacted us and informed us about an issue, which you can see in the screenshot below.  The code which is considered malware is used to connect the user's GSC dashboard to a website - in other words, it is used to make Getsitecontrol widgets work on users' sites. I tried to get in touch with Magento support and Adobe Care and never received a reasonable reply. In the end, Adobe Care advised me to post a message here. I sincerely don't understand how posting to the community should help me resolve the issue that should be addressed to the Magento team, but I would extremely appreciate if anyone could provide any help with this. 

Hallo zusammen,  meine Frage dreht sich darum ob beim hochladen von Fotos in den gemeinsamen Speicher der Creative cloud diese komprimiert werden in einer Art .zip oder Ähnliches. Oder werden die Dateien Verlustlos und unkomprimiert hochgeladen, was ja wünschenswert wäre da es beim zuhäufigen packen und entpacken von Daten möglicherweise zu Verlusten kommen könnte. vielen dank im Voraus und Grüße 

I've been wanting to cancel my photography plan for more than a week now but it continues to give me the same message in the account tab - "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly".I do not want it to go over the 2 week limit as I won't be able to cancel the plane thereafter, please help me out here, thank you!

I'm absolutely stressed to the sky and back. I have been using Adobe software for over 3 and a half years. My most recent plan was a 1TB photoshop plan which included use of 17 free apps.. lightroom being one of them. Im getting busier and have images I can't get rid of so I decided to up my storage from 1tb to 2tb.. well wow ... what a nightmare I've had this evening!! I logged on to ask for help to gain more storage to be told I can't possibly have lightroom as I have the photoshop plan... after nicely explaining that lightroom was free with the plan and I have been using it for god knows how long with 1tb of storage and might I add I had it open whilst on chat to be told its impossible for me to be using lightroom as it wasn't in my plan 😖😖.  I tried explaining over and over and over again that I do indeed have lightroom as it has over 20,000 pictures on it and I use it everyday!! I have the Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB, plus another 1TB of storage.  I now need more than that, but cannot figure out how to purchase more than 2TB of storage.    I get an alert in Lightroom CC saying that I am running out of storage- Upgrade Now.   When I press that it brings me to dead ends.

All of my apps will open when requested but for some reason my creative cloud app will not open. I have tried to repair it and re-install it 3 times. Installed a C++ update from microsoft to no avail. If i open task manager I can see it running in the backround, but as a 32 Bit program even though I have a 64bit system. And yes I have looked through the foums for anything but didnt find anything that helped. Specs: Windows 11 Homei-7 117003060Ti 32Gb DDR4 3200 mHz Ram.2.5 Tb Storage.  Thanks!

Help! I have wasted way too much time with one form. I am creating an Interactive pdf form. One of my text boxes which would allow the end user the ability to explain a situation is causing me angst. I draw a text box, select Text option, multi-line and change the font to 10pt arial and when I export to test it...the text is center aligned with 30 pt leading. How can I fix this? Any suggestions. 

Is there any word as to when Creative Cloud Spaces will be released? It was announced at Adobe Max last year and there has been silence since. Seems like it will solve a number of collaboration issues.

I am also receiving redirect errors from Google's Search Optimization page, informing me that my Adobe Portfolio website cannot be indexed. Unlike a previous poster, my errors occur on pages which are not my landing page, such as my gallery page and contact page, both of which have information for Google to crawl. Google advised me that this is an Adobe issue and I should contact Adobe to resolve it. I contacted Adobe by chat and the agent said he wass unsure how to help me and that I should post here. Please help!

The social icons on the Marta theme in Adobe Portfolio don't appear to show up in the navigation container at the top, despite being toggled on in the media content styles > navigation > social icons. I've managed to successfully add social icons in other parts of the page as a module but not in the navigation.

I have added an image in the Site Title, which sits inside the Logo Container. I changed the top margin on Logo Container, as well as Site Title. It looks the way I want it to on desktop, but it shows up nowhere on mobile. Why would this be happening?Last time I provided a link for a Adobe Portfolio problem, it got taken down, but if an image(s) will help in solving this problem, please let me know.

I just received a message from McAfee that it blocked Adobe CEF Helper. It viewed it as a risky connection that hackers could use. Is this going to be an issue? Will this cause any operating problems? Of course I can't risk disabling my anti-virus protection. Has anyone else seen this recently, and/or have any ideas on this issue?Please advise.

This is not related to Photoshop in any way etc, but rather to the notion that it is getting very frustrating when you make projects that just never seem to get noticed by the team that is supposed to check the work that goes up on the platform. Please can someonen tell me all how this actually works, becuase it feels like if you do not have a big following then you are destined to never get featured on Behance, no matter what you create. Or is there an algorithm that is place that we are not aware about?    Thanks so much.  Graeme

Hello, a friend and i had the same issue with the CC !! since around 2 weeks The 1st : Erroe files sync : partial sunchro error 2nd : Error libraries sync : partial sync failure : we are having server problems   But after a total clean up of the CC file, app, and cloud with the tools and solutions i know and after a call at the Customer support there is no solution.   Is someone can help us or a someone of the CC team because it's impossible to work, share, made live & demos!   We are both on Mac with Mac Os Monterey 12.4, the last version of the cc app. On my side it's the same issue on my MBPPRO M1 MAX & my MacPro Intel 2019. The issue is the same on the web app.   Thank you  

Why colorSampler class shows undefined? I am trying to get RGB color values from a specific pixel of the layer. I found many solutions and most of them are using color sampler. So I used Photoshop for the first time on my work computer recently. When I tried to share what I made, it said it was unable to sync. I eventually realized the problem traced back to Creative Cloud. I have no idea why it isn't working, but I have tried all the basic ideas. I've restarted my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've made sure other people on my network don't have the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas?
