Creative Cloud Services

I just did a computer upgrade for a client and discovered the Creative Cloud Libraries folder in Application Support is taking up over 110 GB of space. A peek inside and I see a couple of folders in the dcx sub-folder are taking up 50+ GB each. They consist of all Illustrator files (.ai), about 7000+ total, and date from now to far back as November 2018. 100+ GB and 7000+ files seems a bit too much. What are these exactly? How can I trim this down to free up space? Example of their location:/Users/john/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries/LIBS/CC3D10A47150946E7F000915_AdobeID/creative_cloud/dcx/7c6d94fe-ccfb-42bc-91f0-49fee5af9f0d/components

I downloaded Creative Cloud from there which I think is the official website:https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud And then when I scanned it on VirusTotal it detected some viruses. Hi, I’m on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 using a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Creative Cloud Libraries won’t initialize in any Adobe app. I've done a full uninstall via Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, granted Full Disk Access, reset CoreSync, and cleared login caches.Logs from ngl-lib show repeated errors:GetPrincipal Status: Data Not Found : PrincipalGetLatestNglProfile Status: NGL Profile UnavailableSignout StatusCode:110 + Signin StatusCode:403This appears to be a CoreSync authentication issue tied to my cloud user profile or Sequoia OS incompatibility. Please escalate to the CoreSync engineering team and confirm whether this OS version is officially supported.

I can only find "Projects" tab while using the web based Creative Cloud. Can't seem to find it while using the desktop app, nor when using a specific application (photoshop for example) Web based Desktop App Photoshop

I'm having a hard time deciding which of the options I should use. I would like my files to be stored in the adobe cloud but I also like them on my imac so i can access easily. Which options do I choose? I have found that since I'm not consistent with my choice I sometimes can't find the file I worked on or I save the file twice, once with the change and once without. Any ideas on how I should set things up and maybe on how I can clean my mess? Thanks so much!

Hi, I know this is likely in the wrong area but there's no option to post about Adobe Portfolio directly on here.I am trying to figure out how to allow my Site Caption show on mobile. I have tried multiple different themes all to no avail. Is there any custom CC I can use to show my site caption in the mobile view and not just desktop? Thanks!

I lost all my creative cloud files. I was just working on them. And now all files are missing. And the files that are shown on CC have incorrect modified dates as well. A recent design file is shown as 1 month ago. Please help me our here. I have to submit those designs tomorrow for print. Please this is urgent. I've tried through browser and its the same. I've tried file recovery tools as well but none of them are working. Please 

It seems the only options within library folders are "Send Link", "Rename" and "Delete".I'd like to consolidate Library folders... for example, I have multiple folders for the same project, just different content.  Now that I'm done their related projects, I'd like to consolidate them into one Library (where I don't need the subject matter's separated, but would like to keep all of the saved images together in one library folder).Another example, I have saved themes (like textures / backgrounds) throughout many different libraries.  I'd like to save a master Library that houses all of those similar themes (like textures).  Is there a more timely way of doing this other than going to each image in each separate library and selecting to save preview to a new, consolidated library?NOTE: I'm referring to Library organization within my own profile and only regarding Stock imagery (previews, to be specific).  I'm not trying to link or sync local saved Adobe files.Thanks!

I purchaseds the Adobe Photography (20gb) plan through Adorama.  I've updated the payment method to a credit card.   However, when doing a clean install on a new Mac, I still get a pop-up window in either Lr or PS the first time their launched with an advisory to update the payment method (even though it HAS been updated).  This causes Lr or PS to crash.   Any thoughts on a workaround in case I have to do a clean install again?

Hello everybody, So sorry to bother you with this question, but if I upgrade on my cloud storage, do all existing photo's get deleted or do they stay in my account?I'm affraid that if I'll upgrade, everything will be gone. Thank you in advance for helping me 🙂  

Should there be a scroll bar present for the list of active fonts on the  manage fonts page of Creative Cloud Desktop ?If not can we have one added please its a bit clunky having to use the arrow keys to go up and down the list .(Windows 10 user with a wacom tablet.)

Hey guys,I just got a new PC that runs Windows 11, not Windows 10 anymore. Now I'm having a problem where when I install Creative Cloud, I always get this message: "Creative Cloud is initializing." It goes on to say, "To resolve this issue, Creative Cloud is required, but it is missing or corrupted. Download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud."I've tried all sorts of things, but nothing helps, and I'm hoping someone can suggest another solution.I've tried:Restarting the PC, uninstalling and reinstalling, including using CC Uninstaller and the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, turning off the firewall, turning off my antivirus program, and running this command list via the CMD console in Windows, as described on the help page.I'm at a loss, maybe someone can help me. I created a new page, a Lightoom Album page, and selected the album. I made some customisations, and I'd like to change the album that was chosen when the page was created. I don't see a way to do this. Is this possible? Or do I have to create another page with the new album?

As title states, I want to completely disable CC from starting up any of its services as my computer starts up. I have:Turned off "Launch Creative Cloud at login" and "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date". Turned off Auto-update Turned off startup in Task Manager And I've blocked apps from running in the background via Windows 10 settings. And yet still, without fail, everytime I turn on my computer and check Task Manager, Creative Cloud always finds a way to persistently run and sap away system resources. Specs:Windows 10AMD Ryzen 5 3500URadeon RX Vega 88GB (note: this issue has persisted on past systems I've used Creative Cloud products on)

I had a problem earlier that I ended up fixing, but also created even worse problems My cloud starts like this, but doesnt really do anything.. I have a bunch of cloud PSDC documents that I cannot preview, or open or download.. If I attempt to open it from creative cloud, It does this, attempting to open and load them on the web browser yields the same results  Eventually the creative cloud turns into this.. and hitting the reload button does nothingI have a bunch of different documents that are available, and a bunch that arent I have been trying to fix this issue for 6 hours to access some documents I need, I cannot get the library to fix itself, I cannot get it to work across 3 different devices (2 windows and a macbook) I've tried to fix things locally, Signed out, signed in, uninstall, reinstall, refresh preferences, deleted temp files, removed other files that were suggested, cc cleaner tool, removed old libraries I hadn't usedNothing is making any of the

How long does it take for Google Search to update the information I changed for my Adobe Portfolio website?  I changed the description from 'Fine Art and Illustration' to 'Digital and Traditional Artist' but it's still appearing as 'Fine Art and Illustration' in the Google Search.  It's been two days... I'm trying to re-brand and this seems so agonizingly slow!

AdBlocker deaktiviert.Was kann ich noch tun, kann man irgendwo die genaue Fehlermeldung lesen? Über Informationen würde ich mich freuen.Björn  

I'm trying to publish my webpage and keep getting this message...Error Pubish API response 403 forbidden I have restarted my computer and logged in and out... 

I've been using Adobe products for years. Most of of the time, when I launch PS or AI, the CC icon appears on the top Mac Menu Bar and my apps open just fine.   But, lately, the CC icon sometimes appears on my dock, as active. So, when I remove it, the Menu Bar CC icon disappears as well.  I need to sign-in all over again to use AI and PS. At the moment I don't see the CC icon on the Finder's top menu bar, nor is there a CC icon present on the dock. Yet... my AI docs open just fine, make edits, save. I truely have never understood any of this, and why the whole thing is not more of a background function that checks current subscription status without user intervention, and allows the user to proceed.  I only use CC because it is the required gateway to use my apps. I don't upload/download files or use any Adobe supplemental products/services. How do I use my Adobe apps without jumping through hoops. What am I getting wrong?  Thanks.

Hello,It's been nearly a month that my adobe license has been cancelled for supposedly a payment problem (when in fact it has always been automatic). I never had any issue in the past and here I am not able to work.I've got in touch so many times with the adobe custom service via the chat and they told me there is a technical issue and people with the 100Go Creative Cloud subscription are encountering the same problem. Meaning they paid, and still don't have access to any softwares. It appears as if you didn't buy anything. Did any of you struggle with this ?

In troubleshooting a Cloud Activity warning:"Libraries not currently syncingOpen the libraries panel to sync assets to Adobecloud storage." Where is this mysterious Libraries panel? (note that after I followed this path down a rabbit trail that I still don't know where the panel is still see the syncing error message).I felt confident when my search on Adobe.com led to a webpages that suggested that I should download and run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg.What a foolish act. Running that app deleted the Creative Clous app.More clicking, another Adobe.com webpage had me download the CCLibrary installer. Whew.Too soon to relax. All Adobe apps disappeared from the Applications folder and Dock (except for Ps, but it's nonfunctional).I had to install LrC, Ps, and Bridge ......LrC v13.5.1 installed successfully, with catalog intact!Ps v25.12.0 installed successfullyBridge v14.1.2.300 installed successfully

I have probably, like many others, posted this problem before but it's still happening. Every single time I turn my personal desktop on, I get the must repair message.This didn't happen until I was forced to upgrade to Windows 11, yes, I know that's not adobe's problem. However, what is their problem is that while I'm able to run an older version of Photoshop, there is no option for that with Creative Cloud. My desktop isn't compatible with most of the new apps in the Creative Cloud suite including CC and I cannot afford to upgrade.This is really frustrating and I would hope Adobe has a solution for this.
