Hi,Regarding the vulnerability CVE-2021-44228, I would like to know if the Adobe CC desktop app or any of the apps that can be installed with it make use of the vulnerable Log4j package.If so, what steps do you recommend for mitigation?Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,Our Creative Cloud Desktop app starts correctly, but looses internet connectivity about 5-10 minutes after starting up the computers. We can continue working but we loose some funcionalities, like donwloading fonts. To solve the issue we must restart the computer. Our setting is:Several Windows 10 workstations, all of them have the issue.We are behind a corporative Proxy. It's a Centos 7 Squid. The Proxy seems to be working, because we can navigate to the allowed sites even if the App is not connected.Perhaps someone had a similar problem?, or perhaps I forgot to open some port. Thank you for your time.

I want to create the Unique design for our website. Some people is copy the design and give the client or use for own website. I want to create the best creative and unique design, Which software is best for that task in adobe family. Recomend me best and easy software. 

Why am I not able to use photos I have to complete my Creative Cloud?

So today my shared CC libraries opened as normal in In Design. As soon as a click on the library I want to acccess it opens up OK, however, when I leave that library ALL my shared libraries then dissapear. I've logged out of CC then logged back in and sthe same thing happens, they sync, I then go into my file click on the library, exit the library and boom ALL shared libraries gone again. Doesnt mattter what I do the smae happens every time.

 I do not use libraries. Tried it once and it was a shambles. I never want to use it but every time I load these damn programs I'm presented with loading panels about libraries, syncing, waiting you name it. It's just crashed photoshop mid workflow and shock horror its something to do with libraries..... There must be some way to permanently remove this from my machines? Its nothing but a pain and is just one (of many) new things about the Adobe suite that does nothing but grind my gears.    Has anyone had any luck???

Has anyone else been having cloud syncing cc app issues since 12.3 update? Basically im now stuck in an infinite syncing loop without it actually downloading/ uploading  anything.  I've been with support for two days now and they've still not been able to fix it. Completely removed and reinstalled cc app, set up a new user account and still not syncing.I have call back due on Monday but not great as we use the cloud for teamwork collaboration.  

hello all,  PLEASE HELP MEFour days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private and when I try to adjust the privacy settings, I can't find the drop down menu that allows me to change my privacy, it's simply not there as I will show in the screenshots below.  I usually use safari but I tried in google chrome too. Another problem is that due to this privacy, my account isn't visible to anyone anymore, it's like my account got deleted. When I search my username's link on another browser, it says that the page is not found as I will also show in the screenshots. When I checked again today, my project views (that were 1922) and appreciations (122) decreased in number as seen.  My email is also verified -  If I want to verify again there is no option to do that. I have no idea why this is suddenly happening and especially in a timing where I sent out my portfolio for specific jobs that won't be able to find me n

It's pretty clear that the desktop applications for adobe CC will continue to be a buggy mess until they just get replaced by mobile apps. There is ZERO effort being put into maintaining these programs and keeping them running smoothly. In the last 3 years, the number of bugs and errors has skyrocketed, and it's still pulling $50 a month for the annoyance.  Monopolies are curse. Adobe is a curse.

Hi, I am on a Mac running High Sierra 10.13.6 and photoshop, illustrator and acrobat have all stopped working. They all quit immediately after opening. Any ideas why? Thank you.

The Creative Cloud desktop app is stuck at loading after Installation. After loading for a while it displays the message 'Adobe Creative Cloud needed to resolve this problem is missing or damaged' along with two options 'Quit' or 'Repair'.Tried all suggested solutions provided by Adobe but nothing seems to work. Contacted the Chat Support Team but they failed to find the cause behind this. Noticed people are already discussing  about the same issue here but no specific solution has been provided by Adobe.Thank you

Hello, I have downloaded and installed Creative Cloud on a new Windows 11 laptop and it won't load. I get a message about it taking longer than usual and it never actually opens.

HelloI installed CC and then unistall it (because I realize that I don't need it, I use only adobe acrobat DC free which independent to CC), unfortunately. The program not let me unistall them so I have to use the CC unistaller to get rid of it. However, after I restart my laptop and this happen to me and this on my start up apps but I can't find it in my laptopand these programs in install list with recent date, I guess they were installed with CCIf I unistall Microsoft visual C++,  will alert message go way?They are so annoyingOnly adobe acrobat DC free verssion in my PC.Thanks in advanceJK. 

When dragging assets out of the cc library panel in PS (without holding option on Mac), the asset has a cloud icon in the layers panel.  Looks like this creates a link to the asset in the cc library.Question is the same as the title - will renaming individual assets within the cc library (either in the panel itself or in the web version) break any cc library assset links within a document? Thanks so much!

I have recently purchased an M1 based Macbook Air 8gb. I installed creative cloud, and after a few days, I have noticed my memory pressure was constantly sitting at either orange or red, and at times my laptop slows down so much I have to restart it. After going into activity monitor, I saw Adobe CEF Helper (GPU) and Adobe CEF Helper (Renderer) constantly taking up 200-400 mb of RAM each. That is quite a lot considering the amount of other applications I have open. None of them are taking up any CPU though (0.1% each), and each time I force quit it, it reappears, but taking up even more memory (usually 1.2gb each), and then going back down to around 250mb.

I am a Tier-2 reseller of Creative Cloud and would like to know if I can purchase Adobe products programmatically via Adobe published license procurement/fulfillment & management APIs (if they have them).  Can I call an Adobe API to find out more about the product with pricing, click BUY, sign EUAL and pay for it all done within a program driven by our reseller portal? Thanks.

Hi! My pics are divided into 2 folders in my memory card, folder #1 is completly empty and all the content has gone to Creative Cloud, from my memory card. Folder # 2 is fine and I can access all the files/pics. I know that since in order to view content of folder # 1,  I need to sign into my Adobe account. My question is, how do I get them back and save them into my computer? Thank you in advance

Using the share menu, I can either invite individuals to edit my cloud documents or create public view-only links to them.  What I want to do is invite individuals (not the public) to view (not edit) my cloud documents.  Is there a way to do this?

I would like to experiment with different themes and settings Adobe has to offer. Experimenting on a live site is not good busness. It would be much better if I could duplicate the site, experiment on that offline, then publish when I think it's ready. I believe (and I am not alone) this is the best way to update an existing site. Please make this possible.

My system multiple times a day will ramp up the fans and I open activity monitor to find CCLibrary sitting at the top using 100% CPU and have to force quit it. I saw in other threads people talking about AdGuard, but I do not run that. Everthing is up to date that I can see, I did run the log collector and the file was "AdobeLogs_20211012_083214_359-mac.zip" if anyone can help. Thank you. (My best guess is something our corporate IT put on the machine is causing it, and would like to tell them what the exact cause is.)
