Creative Cloud Services

Hello,I work for a company in Quebec City and for the last 2 weeks we are 2 graphic designers working on different projects. I was wondering what was the most efficient way to share our files and make backups? Does the Adobe Cloud allow us to share files easily? We work mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effect. The files are quite large. Thanks

(Whatever happened to the old CC App forum?) I stupidly ran the CC Cleaner App which, unbeknowst to me, deleted everything. Plugins included. I'm on MacOS 10.13 and need to, yet again, install Photoshop etc, etc. Which is listed as Not Compatible. Show Older Apps is enabled in my CC App Preferences, but the three-dots-dopdown lists only Learn More. ? UPDATE 9 November: the Creative Cloud lists older versions today?

HI,  Why do I get this alert sign when everything is synced and up to date?        

Every time I open my creative cloud app on my phone it works just fine until I tap on "Your Work" then, the app crashes and just closes. My cloud space has only a couple GB out of 1 TB. My app and my phone are updated. I have a brand-new Samsung S21 that I got about 6 months ago. Before, I had a Samsung s9, and it works until the last month before I change my phone. I say this become I ask adobe support to help me, and they got stuck in the idea that I needed to try opening the app in another phone. It wasn't working in my last phone. Thank you!

J'ai déposé des dossier dans le dossier Creativer Cloud à partir de mon Mac de bureau. La synchronisation à pris environ une vingtaine d'heures (presque vingt giga).J'ai ensuite demandé la synchronisation à partir de mon portable (MacBook Pro) cela fait plus de 5 jours que ça dure.Pourquoi ? Est-ce normal ? Merci de votre aide

la synchronisation  de mes photos fait le yoyo je passe de"synchronisation de 1929 photos a synchronisation de 800 photos et retour a synchronisation de 1340 photos"

Seems as though I no matter how much I want to use adobe cloud for file saving...there is some issue. So I am creating a workflow without it nd this isnt working either. When I save to apple cloud and open bac up it doesnt update unless I sve but autosaves to adobe cloud by aking a copy. So I have two files then. Adobe cloud doc in my own cloud and the last updated version auto saved in adobe cloud. Is there a way to auto update outside of adobe cloud or will adobe cloud ever show folders and sub folders with all files like when in photoshop I can only see PSD docs and not illustrator cloud docs.   So now im using an outside apple when working remote but it still creates a new version or latest version in adobe cloud. If I could see adobe cloud docs and keep main folders at the top Id use it but it doesnt show all my files.. Anyone have a work around?? What is your cloud saving workflow when working with multiple type docs? Thanks!

I think Adobe Portfolio is a disaster. I recently set up a portfolio with it and the support team either reels off standard responses or doesn't respond at all. I discovered that Google Analytics is not implemented in a policy compliant way (and doesn't work in Europe), which no one seems to care about. This means that Adobe doesn't care if a feature related to arguably the most important tech company in the world doesn't work.

Hey guys and girls, I can't get it, is there no way to auto uplead my photos to the "libary" section?I only able ot find my photos in the Creative Cloud online. The "my work" section is totally empty but i want my photos to be there for a quick check after opening Creative Cloud App on Win 10. (yea i drag my photos in the CC folder on windows) Pls help .. this is so annoying 😛

Hi! I would like to download my CC Library folders. I have tried exporting which creates a .cclibs file, I changed the file extention to .zip and the file will not open. I know how to dowload an asset, wondering if we have the ability to download an entire folder? Thnk you! Be safe and healthy!

Hi!I have somewhat of a problem with Creative Cloud, in Stock & Marketplace under the Plugins section, I only Manage Plugins. I do not have anymore Featured Plugins like I used to. Can someone explain to me what happened?I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, log out log in, deleted hidden files/folders when uninstalling, killed Adobe processes in the Activity Monitor and my apps are up to date.I have compared my versions of Adobe with other people, we have the same versions yet I'm the only one with this problem. I have Creative Cloud version 5.6.5.58 and my apps are up to date. Can anyone please help me out.Thanks,Kevin 

does anyone have the same issue. I can not sort my files inside the libraries windows in PSD INDD or else on my Mac. Finding the last used files is no longer possible.

It is really fustrating that everytime my computer checks for an update regardless of the computer it scrolls to a crawl for 2-3 minutes. Is there a way to turn that off? especially when starting photoshop up is when I need computer speed since I am opening several things at once
