Opening every program (I Mac envoirement)  is and eternal movie.It takes at least 5 minuts and sometimes appear creative cloud corruption.I just dont understand why and try to contact help support but no link.

I uploaded a number of files to the "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my computer, then went to creative.adobe.com Files section to view them.Illustrator and Photoshop files display properly with a preview, color swatches, layer control, etc.But InDesign files display as a blank icon, no color swatches and cannot be paged through.They can be downloaded and opened just fine, so they are not corrupt or anything.Here's a link to one of my InDesign (.indd) documents that is not showing a preview: http://adobe.ly/TRcWZNI know this is supposed to work with InDesign files.I have seen a few examples of people being able to page through an InDesign file.Here's one: https://creative.adobe.com/share/e86a3bf2-fd5f-41a0-8be8-c4a7aff131cbDoes anybody know why I am unable to preview these InDesign files? whenever i try to sign in, this pops up and i click sign in but it doesn't take me anywhere and the same thing keeps popping up. I uninstalled the app and install it again but still doesn't work

I have creative cloud desktop for windows for Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom classic and Camera Raw on a monthly subscription, £9.98 .Open the Creative Cloud desktop in windows, it shows  Premier Rush as "Included with your subscription"So I installed it and went through the tour, then at the end of the tour I made 3 projects and was prompted to purchase it for and additional £9.98 month beyond what I'm already paying. I have reached a limit of 3 why?

Your chat agent Shaurya told me two very misleading and extremely alarming statements on 9/29/21 when I contacted  chat support about customer service always promising to call me back and never following through. Hi, I bought the adobe suite for students. The payment is done but on my account nothing hs changed.. It's like I haven't subscribed yet.. but again; I've succesfully payed..hope you can give me some advise

Gostaria de acompanhar vários tutoriais disponibilizados mas a falta desde recurso torna inviável pois a compreenssão fica prejudicada. Quem mais gostaria de acompanhar e não faz pelo mesmo motivo???

Hello, I am using a PC with window 10.   I'm trying to open Creative cloud, but the app tells me that I've been signed out and need to sign in. However, each time I press "sign in", the same message appears over and over again. So I tried to find the Adobe PCD and SLStore files to change permissions and fix the problem, but I am not able to find them. I have activated "hidden elements" and "file name extensions" in my file explorer. I don't know what to do next.   *English isn't my first language, so sorry for my mystakes 🙂  

Hi,I had a paid creative cloud plan for students which i purchased in march 2021. However, for some reason, my creative cloud plan is now showing as a trial and all my apps are saying that i have to buy the plan because my "trial has been expired". I have already been charged the month's payment which is proof that i own the plan, but my adobe account is not showing any evidence of this. I'm not sure what to do from here and was wondering if someone could help with the issue

I've been running "photo booths" at vendor fairs and festivals for years, they're very successful and profitable and people really enjoy them. I setup a backdrop and a few strobes, take people's photos, then sell the results. I have on-site photo printers that allow people to walk away with prints in hand, and a code on the back of the print to allow people to buy the digital copy or more prints on my website. My workflow currently depends on Lightroom, with my camera tethered to a laptop with a long USB cable. It's been super reliable for years. So last week there was a big local festival. I paid to book a spot there for my photo booth. Hauled my hundreds of pounds of gear. Picked a prime spot before anyone else got there, and spent over an hour setting up. My hired assistants showed up, as expected. Then 30 minutes before the festival was set to open, I started up my laptop to get the software ready (which I had confirmed was functional and up to date before leaving home).

In the past week I've had two repair notices to CC (iMac 2017/Big Sur). Why is this happening and is this going to be happening a lot?

I've updated the app, re-opend it several times and when I go to save, save as nothing happens. File Open doesn't work either. The only way I can get something to open is to open the last few projects I've been working on its displaying in the drop down. Help!

Buenas, queria ver si me podian ayudar, soy estudiante universitario de la UDP y por estar esudiando ahi se me entrrgan las licencias "gratis", el problema  es que constantemente se me desactivan las licencias imposibilitandome seguir con mis trabajos, intento reiniciar el pc, la sesion y nada, llevo todo el año con los mismos problemas almenos llevo 5 veces con este problema  y nose que hacer para solucionarlo.  

Since yesterday photoshop on my tablet seems to have problems syncing to my laptop. Every time I try it it says (on my tablet): (cloud documents) something is preventing it synching. At this point I feel like I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. I know there were sompe problems yesterday, but as far as I can see they're fixed. However I didn't see those problems within the EU. So now I'm wondering if more people are having this problem or if there is anything else I can try to have it working again?

I am in a jam here -- Adobe apps have taken up too much space on my laptop and I need to uninstall, but it won't let me. When I try to uninstall select apps, e.g., Adobe Bridge or Photoshop, it bounces to Creative Cloud and tries to force a software update. The software update won't complete -- I get an Error 1003 I'm on a PC Windows 10. I'm trying to avoid spending money on a tech to fix this, when all I want to do is delete some apps. Looking for any guidance. Thank you.

"Could not connect to server. The app will run, but some features or services may not be available. Work is currently underway to restore full access." message is output. Any solution?

I use since quite a while this lovely program, but I feel like ADOBE does not a lot for this program. A pity. In fact I would like to know if I could transfer a project to someone else who worked with me in the project, but so that he can download it. If he is only coworker he cannot download it for publishing it on a social media  channel. Thanks for every tipp.Eugene

Hello, I've got a problem with deleting my files in my CC trash folder. It says something like "Some elements could not be finally deleted". How can I fix that? Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Löschen meiner Daten in CC Papierkorb. Ich erhalte die Fehlermeldung "Einige Elemente konnten nicht endgültig gelöscht werden". Wie bekomme ich diese Daten trotzdem los? Kind regards

My computer has two drives: c:/ and d:/. C: is an ssd-drive, d: is a traditional hard disk. Now my c:/ drive is full, mostly because of the adobe cc-apps (indesign illustrator, photoshop and lightroom). Using Settings, I then uninstalled the apps via Adobe cc, and via settings I chose: install on d:, then reînstalled. Strangely, this didn’t result on more c:-space.Then, I decided to uninstall Illustrator, hoping it would give me enough space on the c:-drive to continue working with my other adobe cc-apps and accepting their upgrades. Very strange, also this didn’t result in more c:/space.How do I solve this?

Добрый день, у меня ошибка следующего характера, причем не на 1 компьютере а на нескольких. Приложение Creative Cloud выдаёт постоянно ошибку. Переустановка, очистка файлов реестра, фикс который чистит хост, не помогают. Из-за этой ошибки у меня не синхронизируются файлы в фотошопе, они как бы загружаются и как бы нет. Так же приложение Creative Cloud ломает проводник он постоянно моргает и перезапускается когда активно приложение, стоит его закрыть и всё отлично. Использую я windows 10 pro 20h2 bild 19042.1237.Я думал что ошибка на моей системе где то в реестре или еще что то, но нет, есть второй компьютер, другой bild системы, чуть более поздний и та же самая проблема. Те файлы что уже были в облаке, они есть, но новые файлы с которыми я работаю, не добавляются, не синхронизируются. Что мне делать в этой ситуации ? Я плачу исправно за лицензию, но не могу пользоваться полноценными функционалом из-за таких ошибок. Спасибо
