Creative Cloud Services

Every time I update Adobe applications my internet gets so bad that I feel forced to restart the fiber optic access point.When I need to update more than 1 application, sometimes I restart the internet more than 3 times.Has anyone had or has the same problem? found the solution?

I would like to ask why all Adobe's services can be used if you enter your account as a free experience, download it, and cancel the free experience.This way, users can't help but be confused whether my free experience has been terminated or not, and it's annoying to keep spending time here. Please consider it.

[Moderator moved to Creative Cloud Services.]I've purchased a student account for Adobe that is compatible with my Mac, no problems there so far. It has been functioning fine during class. But when I've attempted to sign in on my iPad Pro it says I don't have a valid sign in? I'm a bit confused as to how this is possible. Quite frustrating as well that there doesn't seem to be a direct line to speak to someone who works for Adobe as well. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.  

I'm using the cloud since years but not using all programs. So I thought about just pay for the ones I need. (Obviously) now the question, Can I order the photography set + premiumpro as an Abo at the same time or need to to it separate?!  Thx for an answer and stay creative 

I want to sync my files between Cloud documents and my mac. I don't have any files under 'Synced files'. I have files in cloud documents.I just want to download all files from Cloud documents and then delete all the files.If I can sync all the files that will also work for me.Or Please anyone just give me a better solution for thisI have wasted my 3 hours in just search for this thing.

Hi, there,I have got my Creative Cluod all Apps plan by the payment card for one year: ", exactly.In July something went wrong about the payment but I thought: I will check the issue in September."Now I want to reactivate next installment but I can't!When I try to do it a message says (more or less): "The payment expired for more than 30 days, if you want to reactivate your account, payment and plan, please contact us."I didn't find a solution because I could not call customer care in Canada, I am Italian. Does it exist another way to resolve my problem? Many thanks

I signed up for a subscription to Adobe Illustrator less than a week ago. Everything was working fine until this morning.  Today when I opened Creative Cloud it asked me to verify my email - it sent me a code. I verified the email address. It then asked me to provide a mobile phone number for security, which I did. Since then I've been unable to log in. Instead it looks like it's doing something then either tells me its unable to reach Adobe servers or that I've been signed out. It loops like this and the whole process takes about 20 seconds. I can sign into Adobe websites without issue. So far I have:- Run and installed all Windows updates- Reformatted my PC and started fresh- Rebooted numerous times.- Erased and re-installed creative cloud 3 times.- Followed Adobe guidance on setting folder permissions- Reset Hosts file- "Repaired" C++ Redistributables- Renamed OOEB directories- Refreshed Certificates- Reset my password Any ideas on next steps? or should

Adobe Creative Cloud is suddenly having problems connecting to Adobe's servers and I don't know why. I can see the Adobe logos in the link on that one page... TLS 1.2 is enabled, as per the suggestion on the other page, etc... I've been trying to debig this for about 15 hours straight at this point, checking every little thing I can think of or look up on my end, short of changing my OS. It was working perfectly fine up until now, with no changes to my PC prior to the error. Did anything change on Adobe's end over the last month?

I am trying to sign into my Creative Cloud on my PC with windows 7 but it continues to get the following prompt come up "Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again."I have turned off firewall settings, followed the prompts from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.htmlThe app works fine when I logon over the internet or over on my phone just not on the desktop. Ok so my normal boot time would be About 3 sec but when installed adobe it took 30 sec - 1 min ! Hello, i have very issues in my Cloud. I can´t access to my files, actually i save my work in the adobe cloud but in the CC desktop i cant see. Please, i need help my work.

I’m trying to accomplish 3 things on an iPad accessible later on a pc 1. Input into a form2. Create a hand drawing related to the form3. Take a picture that I can mark up with corresponding notes related to the form4. Save as a PDF and email for viewing on a pc Is there a way to do this? Thanks,Chris

So after Adobe decided to change their profile login thingy, everything is messed up. My plans before, on one profile:- Adobe CC (full)- Substance 3D TextureMy plans now, after splitting:Business account:- Adobe CC (full)Personal account: - Substance 3D TextureThis requires me to logout and login all the time and it is frustrating. Asside from that, I cannot use the apps simultaneously, while I could before. Is there some way this can be fixed? Can I shift my Substance 3D Texture plan to my business plan for example? All plans have been paid for by the company I work for, so I don't get this.

I recently visited myportfolio.com to view an old site and would like to make this active again. However, I create a site-wide password. Questions for the community:Can I retrieve or change this password? If not, is there a simple way to transfer the pages or images or anything to a new site?Can I duplicate the old site to a new one? Does having a portfolio on myportfolio make sense? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

People of Adobe - there has GOT to be a way to fix this. Core Sync frequently uses a ton of power, and after years, I've still never been able to get to the bottom of this. (Note, this is about Core Sync, NOT about File Sync.) Plenty of other people have asked this question over the past FOUR YEARS, trying to disable it, but with no luck. If it can't be disabled, can it somehow be a priority to solve whatever underlying problem exists with it? Core Sync has contributed to my M1 MBP batter dropping 35% in the past hour, and I can't do anything to stop it. We've all been dealing with this for years - this is completely unacceptable.  Also this doesn't relate to File sync, but apparently I can't even post this thread unless I select a topic, and I guess that's the closest thing to it. 

The sync options only throttle cloud/data transfer, not app updates/downloads. Opening the task manager, one can easily see that the Creative Cloud completely maxes the available bandwidth, with sync optiosn set to low/25%. This is especially problematic these days, as many of us are working from home, and streaming/sharing our work to a team via teams, citrix, etc. And not all of us have 50+MBPS internet speeds. I know updates don't happen super often, but when they do, they can be extremely disrutpive. For instance. I share my screen to other people via teams. Adobe decides it wants to download a 1GB update, turning what I am showing them into an unwatchable slideshow and no more sound. Only way to stop it is killing the Adobe process stack in a task manager. Except that also kills the work I was sharing. Meeting canceled. Great. Please Adobe, take this seriously. This is 9 application icons too many. All of this could be baked in to the Adobe Creative Cloud app. You don't need 10 app icons in the Launchpad for troubleshooting and service daemons. All this troubleshooting tools top-level tells me is Adobe thinks its own software is garbage, and constantly breaking - which it isn't. Kindly stop clogging up my launchpad. Thanks.

I just renewed my membership and tried to open up Creative Cloud. However, everytime I try to sign in, it immediately says I've been signed out and must sign in again. I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and restarting my laptop. I have also tried out the 'for Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it' method I saw on the community. Nothing seems to work for me. Please help me.
