Creative Cloud Services

Ever since I downloaded creative cloud on my computer with a new account i repeatly get this pop-up (see image, image is in Dutch). When I click on sign in (aanmelden) they immediately show this pop-up again. Can anybody help me? I need this program to work for my school homework...... (Fyi I have a macbook pro 2020).

I had 2 adobe id's (one with my photoshop subscription and one with my adobe capture assets)...and called support to consolidate to one...the one with my creative capture assets. I was required to change my password to do this. Now the 118 assets I had in my library are gone...there are no assets in my account. All I have is a link I shared last night(while I still had the assets)...is it possible to recover that library?

Hi, i am Alexis Gervais and i do work a lots with the Polygonal Lasso Tool....As we select the contour of a shape or more precisely with a lot of details, it happen that i click more than a 50 or a 100 time with my mouse (🐭)  and some time before i am completed i accidentally double click and it close the shape but i am not finish and i would like to go back one ☝️ step to reopen the closed area to keep going with my contour work.   Alexis Gervais

Hello there, my company recently changed the model for our Adobe subscription (or something else changed) and I had to select between personal, and company account. I saved much private and work data in ma cloud since it had 1TB of storage space. After selecting the company account all data in my cloud was gone. Had to re-sign in and switch to personal, where my cloud changed to 2GB of storage space. My questions are:- Is my boss able to see through my cloud data- How can I migrate the Data from personal to company account.  Thank you very much!Best regards from Cologne, Germany.Thilo 

I'm having some syncing/transferring issues with my CC Libraries after the update to the Admin Console over the weekend. My libraries are now associated with my personal profile but my apps and plan are on the business profile. I thought, 'no big deal, I'll just add myself to the libraries.' But when I try to invite myself it says that I already have access and it won't show up in the other profile. So I tried getting a link and doing it that way but it's 'view only access'!  Has anyone else run into this issue or have a workaround? I didn't realize how vital our CC Libraries had become to our workflow and not having them in my business profile is unbearable. Thanks!

I was prompted to choose between a personal and business account when I opened Photoshop today. The two accounts/profiles were both for my work email. I chose the company profile and noticed all of my CC Libraries were gone. I logged out and then back in under the personal account and was very relieved to see my libraries still existed. I assume since I only use this account for work that I should be logged in under the business profile, but I'm not sure if that matters. The libraries are only available when I'm logged in under the personal profile. I cannot do my job without the vast collection of libraries I have built over the years. I saw instructions on exporting libraries, but this would be an incredible inconvenience. Also I don't know what else I may be losing other than libraries - all my preferences, maybe fonts, etc. Is there a way I can simply swap the personal profile with the businees profile? That is can I change the personal profile to be the business profile

ok so right now i was trying to make an animation. but i couldnt because the first part of my animation that i exported had audio. then i tried to do the next one but it didnt have audio. I kept doing it over and over and over again to see if it will work. But it didnt its either that or i cant beacuse my animation is more than 16000 frames. So can someone please tell me why i cant export the second part of my animation with audio?

Hello, small issue: my Creative Cloud was unable to sync an indesign file while I had 2 different machines open (both using my CC account). To prevent my computer from telling me it could not sync the file over and over I saved a new version and deleted the file it could not sync. Now, my desktop claims it cannot sync the file because it is locked, when in reality this file was deleted and no longer exists. Any ideas how I can fix this? Appreciate any help, Cheers.

I've noticed a recurring bug where whenever my Macbook comes out of Sleepmode with any of Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign open, on return the Libraries don't work. They're either really zoomed in within the panel and you can't click anything, or you're unable to change libraries or sleet anything. A restart fixes this, but it's still annoying and disrutive to my workflow. 

Many years have passed. When can we expect this much wanted feature?

I dont think im recieving notifications of updates and news, so im missing out on progress in creative cloud. Also I have security issues with people accessing the software. Id like to talk about better security in the apps.

I made a mistake and work directly to a flash drive using photophop cc 2019 now i misplace the flash and can not find it. But i can see the whole work on my recently open file, but if i click on it, it disappear completly without opening, and this word will pop up "cannot open the selected item because the file could not be found" . Please any help on how to retrieve it to open proper so i can save without starting the work all over again?

My partner has their own CC account with Photoshop which I use on my pc. I recently purchased another program (substance designer) but find that I can't have both open at the same time. So I have to keep swapping accounts. Is there any solution for this? other than canceling a license and re-licensing it on the other account?

Hi all i'm pretty new to using cloud and have noticed that although ( as far as I can tell ) I have no files uploaded i'm using 5.2gb of my 20gb allowance.  Does anyone have an idea what may be taking the space up ? Thanks

Hi, I have a CC subscription and a 64bit win 10 PC. No issues there but I also have a secondary win 7 machine that I can now no longer login to my CC account on. I have a need to open some old AS1 and AS2 Flash files and was using Flash 6 on the win 7 machine to do this. Is there a way I can still login to CC on a win7 machine? Or can I download an old copy of Flash 6 somewhere? (I looked, hard, but couldn't find it). ThanksAndy_Foulds

Hello team, I lost all my files from "MY WORK" section of Creative Cloud. There is no past file/documents, PSD, AI, XD, assets library, saved color palattes, published clinks.!please guide how do I recover those files.?

For the past two weeks when I try to open CC I get a pop up screen saying, "Unable to reach Adobe Servers". Even if I try to repair, same message.

Despite this article's claim that you can share any file or folder, I cannot generate a link for any folder whatsoever- the "Get Link" button only appears for Files.None of the files and folders I have in my cloud documents are shared to me, they are all my own files that I should have completely control over sharing with others, or generating a link for downloading purposes.This has been the case for at least a month- as that is when I first ran into this impacting my collaborative workflow, but appears to be plaguing people for much longer.

All of my files are gone in Creative Cloud, they went missing without a trace.They can't be found in the deleted folder.I use two computers - none has a local backup unfortunatly.All of my work is in there - I am really freaking out.

When I import a list of names, they are all stacked on top of each other. I want a list form like with an ending credits scroll.

I ran into the "You've been signed out" issue for Adobe Creative Cloud while trying to open the CC app with a new account through the website on Windows 10. I have tried everything there is:1. Uninstalling all adobe apps and Reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud2. Changing OOBE to OOBEold...etcThe last one I will be trying is to get my old account (from school, not personal) back, sign in and sign out, and then sign in to my new account,  but I fear that it might be completely deleted where there is no way for me to manually sign out.What shouuld I do with this situation? I'm stuck with Creative Cloud showing me the "you've been signed out" message.

I'm looking into switching from Squarespace to Adobe Portfolio. I've been playing around with AP today, and I noticed all the themes have a grid format for the pagecovers. I wasn't able to figure this out on my own, but I'm wondering if there is a way I can have columns with page covers of different aspect ratios rather than the perfect grid layout that all the themes have. Squarespace does this really nicely (see attached image), and since my works varies in aspect ratios, it's important for me to have this option. Even if you adjust the page covers so there is no cropping, it still doesn't look as nice as Squarespace's "auto column" feature
