I changed my phone and downloaded the app on my new phone then signed in but couldn't restore my purchase all I get when I try is error

I received a newsletter from adobe creative cloud titled "A free font just for you" and clicked to get the download. That lead me to a page displaying the font where there was no where to download, just areas to click to purchase. There was a small note that showed "This limited time giveaway has expired". Note I was on my computer when I received this email at 10:03am and opened the email right when received, and the offer was instantly gone. While I hope I'm wrong, here it seems like Adobe baited me to click and purchase. 

How do I set up the cloud so that I don't have to use space on my harddrive?  I can't seem to figure it out

Hello,I currently have an XD monthly plan but would like to upgrade to CC's annual plan. I activated XD to be able to share my files and co-edit with other users. my question is: if I activate the full CC plan, do I have the same options in XD or do I have to keep the XD plan active too?

I need to move a piece of work between accounts on Adobe Portfolio because I accidentally started a piece of work on an old account that doesn't have a subscription associatied with it. However I can't download the piece of work, in order to reupload it on the other account, because it wants me to pay first. How do I get past this issue? Thanks, Maura 

I can't access Help Center and Adobe email provided on this website seems to be incorrect. Anyone knows how to contact them directly? None of the services live chat/emails etc do not work. So frustraiting. 

I'm trying to delete files on CC desktop app (Mac), but there's a few empty folders that keep reappearing after deletion. They end up in my recyling bin as copies, but also stay on CC. They do NOT appear on my deleted files/archived files on assets.adobe.com.  I took a video of it happening:

I have got the information that my creative cloud fee will raise to 60 euro per month, now since I wasn't really using it anyway I decided to cancel it immediately - I haven't received any further communication from Adobe so I assumed that the cancellation was successful. Now to my surprise when I logged to my bank account today I saw that I was charged for the four following months for the service I wasn't using and that I cancelled. I have tried contacting the help center via phone but the consultants kept disconnecting after couple of minutes so I wasn't able to solve the issue there.  I need help in resolving that,Kind regards,Natalia

No idea how to fix this or why is it that creative cloud crashes all the time; you're supposed to provide a stable program if we are paying for a plan. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time (about a year since ive had it), so much so that i had to reset my computer and my account with it. Now with a fresh copy, i thought Creative Cloud and Illustrator would behave finally but now its starting to continuously crash again and its affecting Illustrator which in turn affects my job. I cant keep "repairing and reinstalling" all the time. Thats how my computer got screwed last time. There has to be an issue on adobe's end 'cause most of the people here has these similar problems. Is anyone else experiencing something like this with their apps? Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Driving me to the edge.

Hi all, *Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, but upon searching I couldn’t find a forum for Adobe Portfolio. I'm just in the process of creating a website portfolio using Adobe Portfolio. However I'm unsure about the cookie notification banner, cookie policy and privacy policy. After looking online I've noticed there are a lot of subscription based websites offering to help (with conflicting information regarding what’s needed exactly), but I would prefer to keep things simple without the additional cost as it's only a two page portfolio. So far I've turned on the "cookie banner" in Adobe Portfolio settings and I'm assuming the text needed is something along the lines of "This website uses cookies so that we may better serve you."  Then I'm assuming I also need a cookie policy document and a privacy policy document? The portfolio itself is extremely bare-bones with some illustration work and a couple of videos, I've deleted the contact form in ca

Hi there! I've been on hold all day on the phone so I'm just going to post my issue here.  I noticed today that I cannot access Adobe fonts within a document even though the fonts are active. When trying to troubleshoot this I also noticed that I literally cannot access a single document on the cloud. I can view a document within the browser but when I click to open it in the app (for example, Adobe XD) it says the file cannot be found (or some error I can't remember).  I recently upgraded to a Macbook Air with the M1 chip. Maybe this is the issue? I have the entire Adobe suite plan and it's paid for so that's not the issue. My wifi is perfectly fine.  Any help on this headache would be insanely appreciated. Hello, I have been trying to back up my files all day. It said it has backed up 716 files out of 74931 but after some time it went down! The number of backed up files went down! It went to like 617 at one point, then got back up and now it's once again lower then the base of 716! I searched up some possible fixes on the internet but all that came up was to delete the options.tif in %APPDATA% the thing is, I have already done that like a few weeks before and since they did not reinstall back in, I can't delete them once again! I tried repairing creative cloud, but still, the options.tif file is still missing and still can't be deleted. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to back up my files, when the number of saved files goes down (I was not using the storage for anything! No work was done and nothing was interfering in changing the files so they would stop being backed down!) and the options are missing. With regards,John

I have Adobe CC both for work and personal use (full version). But I'm trying to get down to one computer. My work also pays for Adobe Stock, so ideally I'd use that Adobe CC subscription, but I want to use Lightroom (Cloud) on my personal account because I want my photos to sync with my phone and etc. Can I use Adobe CC on my computer but also buy Lightroom ($10/month) via Apple Store and have both coexist as they should? 

Hello everyone. I am wondering are used to do be to create my résumé and I have now found a job. I would like to keep the document but I no longer need the Adobe service. Is it possible to keep all of my documents made with Adobe even if I cancel the service? Thanks so much.

Hi everyone, I'm here looking for some help. I work with [WordPress site link removed by moderator]. Some time ago our team decided to change the design of the website. The task is to change the header from plain colors to a photo of a piano, that won't stand out too much. Also, there some tasks connected with logo editing (now it seems to be a little blurry) and I have to add animation on pages with reviews. Can you recommend any special tools, or probably there is someone who could help me? I used to work with Lightroom, but it seems as not the best choice for these tasks. 

I don't know what is happening but the CloudSync process is bugging Windows Explorer and creating all sorts of problems. It's like it keeps refreshing the explorer nonstop. It makes the cursor glitch while resizing a window, sometimes the icons in desktop keeps flashing, thumbnails disappear and when it gets worse, Explorer can't even load a folder. I thought it was a problem in my hard drive but the hardware is completely fine and when stopping CloudSync in the Task Manager, the weird glitches stop.Please fix it, it's a really serious bug and happens constantly.

I paid for my adobe account and still can't use it. It says my account still needs the payment details updated. I need this for class work and I am severely behind due to this issue. I either want the account issue fixed or my money back. I'm so sick of having issues with adobe that affect my class work.

Offenbar handelt es sich um das Programm "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Experience\node.exe", das verdächtigt wird.Ist das ein echtes Problem (z.B. weil unter diesem Namen tatsächlich Ransomware eingeschleust wurde)?Ich blockiere sicherheitshalber das Programm und stelle die Dateien nicht wieder her. Aber das hat auch schon zu einem blauen Bildschirm (Win10 64bit) geführt! Insgesamt sehr lästig!Hermann-Josef

Dear Adobe,The ridiculous resttriction you put in place by only allowing two activated devices on Adobe Creative Cloud is a pain. Majority of us have 3 active devices that we use our Adobe applications on - Our work computer, our home computer, and our Laptop. Especially, since most of us telecommute now, this is truer than ever.  Sometimes I have to deacativate and reactivate my device on Adobe several times a day, and it is a annoying because Adobe forces me to shut down my applications everytime I do it. This nightmare needs to end. It's not only a big UX flop, it is an unnecessary constraint that has zero benefits for the user and only benefits Adobe.

I've recently downloaded the creative cloud app with a lot of files on it and my computer is now showing that it is full. I thought this app was storage off your computer space and am not sure if I have downloaded it wrong...I don't mind if I can't access files when offline. Could anyone help on this?

I have a user that has creative cloud installed and would like to use photoshop. When they open creative cloud the apps tab just spins. At some point it will say that it failed to load and you can click on relaunch and it does the same thing. I have tried completely removing creative cloud and reinstalling it and I still see the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
