Hi everyoneI'm trying to adjust the vertical spacing of the items in my navigation. I go to Site-Wide > Media content styles > Navigation > Page titles and adjust the variable just to the right of where you can adjust the font size (not sure exactly what it's called... Line height?)If I adjust this value down to "18" the vertical spacing of the navigation reduces, but then for any input value lower than 18 (the numbers go down to "10") the spacing just remains the same. It's as if something else is blocking those lower values from having any effect.This setting will reduce the line height (I'll go with that...) until the lines of text overlap in other areas of my website, so is this a bug in the navigation section or is there indeed something else affecting this adjustment?CheersRaymondhermanndansa.myportfolio.com

Hello! I already searched in the forums, but I couldn't find the solution yet.When I start CC desktop after I launched my computer, it first tries to sign in automatically then a message comes: "you've been logged out."   I push "try again" and then the signing in works. The problem is also for all the other Adobe Apps that sometimes it's automatically loggs in but suddenly loggs out, and when I'm asked again to sign in, then everything works but just for the day its in use. I would appreciate every advice! It's just weird that I have to sign in everytime  I launch an adobe app.

First of all: There is no Adobe Spark Board, so I hope it's ok to post it here. I got a strange problem with Spark. I designed a posting with images from my library (quite large tif with alpha if that matters). Works well until I close the project and open it again, because this one image - and only this single asset, nothing else - is squeezed like hell. Any idea whats causing this? before exiting the project:after opening it again:  

User has Creative Cloud, Photoshop and Illustrator.   Every hour he gets a pop up that says: "Adobe_CCXProcess wants to use the Local Items Keychain" or "Node wants to use the Local Items Keychain". Entering the Password makes it go away BUT it comes back within an hour. Don't tell me to reinstall because it has been done twice and the issue continues. What else have I done to troubleshoot:1. Uninstalled using the Adobe Removal Tool.  Reinstalled CC, Photoshop and Illustrator and removed all entries in Keychain Access and reset the Keychain.2. Reset the Keychain multiple times.3. Deleted the Local Items folder in ~/Library/Keychains and restarted.4. Unlocked the login keychain System is running Mac OS X 10.14.6 Versions:Adobe Illustrator.app25.2.0/Applications/Adobe Illustrator 2021/Adobe Illustrator.app Adobe Photoshop 2021.app22.2.0/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2021/Adobe Photoshop 2021.app Creative Cloud.app5.3.2.471 &

I have tried the suggested solutions from Adobe re Core Sync. No change. "Open on the web" not available. I saved files to the Creative Cloud app, signed in on the web to look for the synced files--not there. Any other solutions? 

i am not sure if this is the right place for this question. I am looking for a solution for a customer. The customer would like a print template for his prospectus which enables him to edit the products, offers and prices in it himself and then to send them to the printer himself. Is there a solution from Adobe? A solution that allows me to create a template in which my customer can make changes limited to product and price without my help?

Hi, I accidentally uploaded a picture onto the logos section of Spark but I have no idea how to delete it. I tried right clicking and the trash icon but it just deletes it from the post, not from being saved on the logos. Might be silly but havent been able to figure it out, help!

Hi,I'm trying to create a report with a one-page Adobe Spark website, and I have some questions. -- First, are there any resources availalbe to help where you can video chat with a live person to talk through things?-- Is it possible to make the banner at the top of a Spark page have motion (either as an animated GIF or video)?-- My dream is to make something as elegant as this — https://blog.adobespark.com/2017/12/19/how-to-create-a-visually-dazzling-annual-report/ — but I can't interpret what's going on with various features here. Is there an easy way to see "under the hood" of a page like this without knowing HTML?Thank you!

Does an iPhone count as one of the computers that the apps can be added to? The iPhone uses different apps than the computers do. Thanks. 

See title – critcal when moving app windows across different sized screens. Is it just me, or does this bother others? Would love a fix. Thank you. 

I have a 12 year old Mac running InDesign and PhotoShop from CS 4.0.  I recently upgraded my system to 10.13   Now both Photoship and Indesign will load up but when I try to have it run a previously created document residing on my desktop, it says it is up and running but nothing appears on the screen except empty boxes where the tools should appear and no document shows up.  HELP!   Message split and renamed... Creative Cloud keeps crashing on me and asking me to sign in again. I work in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator on an imac with everything up to date... I tried uninstalling creative cloud but it said that there was still some applications not deleted so I couldn't uninstall it (supposedly an application that I couldn't find anywhere on my system- I had uninstalled all the visible ones). Instead I opted to Repair but no improvement. It does give me the option to save my files before it closes but this is very frustrating - any help greatly appreciated.  

Why does this app have so many services running (Cef helper). This process is running 4 at a time. Why? See attached screenshot. Also, I don't want this this service to run automatically. I want to be able to turn off the process. 

[Moved from Labs to Creative Cloud Services.]   My colleague is using an iMac (spec above) mojave 10. 14.6 operating system. Creative Cloud has been working all Ok, but now keeps kicking him out. We run InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it a hardware or system issue? thanks

Hello 🙂I've tried the search function and unfortunately only find cryptic hints for old versions. The solutions seem not to work for the current software (July 2020). I am not a friend of cloud solutions, because I have already had bad experiences.Therefore I would like to do without all cloud functions - in particular I would like to store my libraries exclusively locally on my computer.Unfortunately, I can't find any documentation on how to do this... I can pause the synchronization in the Creative Cloud App - but apparently I can't disable it completely 😞Does anyone know a piece of advice?Thanks 🙂 

How do I stop Adobe cloud? I asked or wanted anything to be put on Adobe Cloud? If I cant stop the Cloud garbage, I will cancel Adobe. 

I created a page at Adobe Portfolio and I added my works in the page, but now when I open the page it says: Something went wrong!Page not found. 😞 Please help me.

 In windows Creative cloud showing File syncing error (some files failed to sync) when we click on the cloud icon on top right corner. There is no green ticks on the folders and no syncing of files in the left folder (file explorer). Can someone please let me know what I cant try to get this working again. Thanks in advance for your help

Apple's commericals have worn me down. I am switching from my PC to a Mac Pro and would like to have recommendations from those who extensively use Adobe's Design CS4 Suite. I will often have InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop opened at the same time. Illustrator files are usually complicated with many layers. Photoshop files can be 500 MB or more.I plan to purchase the Mac Pro 8 Core http://store.apple.com/us_smb_78313/configure/MB535LL/A?mco=NDE4NDIyMQCan you make recommendations on which processor to choose, how much memory to purchase, and which graphics card to buy, plus anything else you feel worthwhile knowing?  I want the machine to last 3 to 4 years. Dear Adobe Support, after upgrading to v 0.2.2 (win 10-64bit), the program can no longer be started. Is there any more information, what could it be?  thx Sven 

Hi Everyone, I ' m not sure if it's me doing wrong or somethingelse that I can't select my bone tool. I use Adobe An CC and watched almost all tutoriols about the tool but I can't select the tool. I know it doesn't work with some certain brushes. I have tried different variations on a simple stickman. I can not select the tool.. Anything I might be doing wrong?Steps -Draw the Character-Convert it to Symbol-seperate parts into pieces in the library-locate them by the joints -Select the Bone tool ! ( I see the bone but I can not apply it) Anything? Thank you, d really appreciate any help!
