Creative Cloud Services

Hello - I am on Windows. Im not running into any issues with creative cloud except for one probelm When I right click on the Creative cloud folder, I DO NOT get a choice for 'send link' the way I do with synced files. My file sharing is ON. Does anyone have any info on the problem? Thank you

I'm new to swagger and AEM and currently, I'm doing a POC for my project where I have to use swagger to generate .json/yaml file for REST API during maven build (using AEM 6.5).Can anyone please help me this or link to some documentation on this?

I have a problem with my Creative Cloud Storage showing 880 MB used while I only have 7 photos uploaded that are stored physically on my computer with 39 MB of actual storage.I deleted all the files in the "Deleted" folder and checked my Cloud Documents but there was nothing there as I don't use it.Can you please help me check my account ?

I cannot seem to scroll through the list of my newly created brand templates. This is frustrating for those who have spent time creating these.  As you can see in the photo there is no scroll bare or anything of the such to help me scroll through left and right. I can scroll up and down just fine. This also prevents me from deleting any retired designs. Surely Adobe Spark knows about this error? 

hello all.Got myself a  new computer and almost every day i need to sing in again to Creative cloud. it seems that CC tagded my new computer as 2 different ones with the Same name:well... here are my thoughts about it:1. It seems to me that as a creator its totally logic that i will have more than 3 computers. (and by the ip the system knows im working from the same place) 2. on my work-flow im using ipad, editing computer, and a tablet computer3 my ipad always stay sign in, but from the PCs i get almost every day prompts me to sign in again. im guesing adobe is trying to push me to use sign from phone (which i dont want) - this is very annoying4. with the new updates i cant run CC when offline, beeing offline is totaly normal i paid for the software whats up? why cant i work? does anyone have the same problem? any Fix?Thanks

I am new to Behance (but a long time CC subscriber) I can't find an Adobe Commuinty Forum for behance. I have a Behance Profile, which I access via my Creative Cloud Subscription. I'm having issues with my profile. But When I attempt to login to Beahnce help, it doesn't recognize my adobe ID, aven though I can login to my profile. I am just trying to replace my Behance avatar, but there is no result when I click update avatar button. Why is Behance not even listed with the other Creative Cloud software forums? Is there no Community Forum for Behance? Thanks for any help.

For the last two weeks the image download for shared files in creative clouds has ceased working,whenever we or a client try to download shared files a link such as "https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/download?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-eu1-prod.adobesc.com%2Fapi%2Fv1%2Fassets%2F20316079-…" appears but no download commences.As we are using Creative Cloud to share project progress with our client and used to enjoy the integration in our operation system and the creative suite a lot this is extremely annoying.

Your paperclip icon in the bottom-right corner of Windows 10's icon area has no mouse-over tooltip, unlike almost all others.  Maybe we should all know that the paperclip-thing is Adobe Creative Cloud Services, but it's not readily apparent to most people.  Please add a tooltip to your icon for usability.  Cheers. 

Hello, This potentially could already have been answered but I couldn't quite find it. I am starting to sync my files onto the Creative Cloud because I am sharing them between two PCs - as I work on one PC but export projects (due to having a more powerful GPU) and download/upload large files (due to having a strong wired connection) on a different PC. Currently, I have to manually create a folder and drag the project file as well all the media files used in the project into it and then sync the file in order to be able to access the project properly on my other PC. So, I was wondering if there is a simpler way to do this that involves me not having to manually search for all the media files relevant to the project and i could simply drop a already created folder or single file into the sync files. Thank you,George

Setup : Macbook Air M1 - Big SurSince yesterday, I cannot access the Creative Cloud services. After trying several time to login, the system stopped with a message error (No access to your account). I'm connected to the web, I can access my account via a browser. I tried to uninstall and to reinstall the software, but the installation process open a window browser, inform me that I'm connected to my account, restart the installation, open a window browser, inform.... and after several rounds, Adobe setup software stops the setup.I also tried to modify Keychain, but it doesn't work. Could you please help me  ? Thanks

Hi, I am helping my church to design a logo for our ministry using Adobe Spark  "Brands"https://spark.adobe.com/make/logo-maker/ . We are making a cook book with the logo and eventually sell it for fund raising but I have a question on copyrights. Any suggestions or comments? Thanks.

On my computer hard drive in the Creative Cloud folder, I have a total of 700GB of files. In the actual Creative Cloud itself (assets.adobe.com), which mirrors the files on my computer, I have 2.4 TB of files. I am guessing that the discrepancy pertains to all of the files that reside in the DELETED Files folder in the cloud. My questions are: (1.) What exactly is contained in the DELETED files folder in the cloud? I am guessing that this contains anything that I have ever deleted from the Creative Cloud files on my computer hard drive; and though they were truly deleted from my computer hard drive, in the Adobe Cloud they were siimply moved to the DELETED Files folder but not actually deleted. Is this correct?  (2.) Am I correct that the DELETED Files folder is NOT synced with my computer hard drive? (3.) How can I determine the SIZE of this DELETED Files folder in Creative Cloud Files? Over the last few weeks I have experienced many issues trying to upload H264/H265 4K Video files to Creative Cloud / My Files. By their nature 4K Video files will be large (particularly with higher bit rates and using 50fps and not 25fps). Many people edit in 4K these days.In summary - I cannot get files over ~ 2GB to correctly upload and sync, and in addition, the Cloud Platform does not recognise the correct file type and reports it as 'OCTET'This is (to my knowledge) an unknown application bit stream where file type suffix is not recognised.The problem was escalated to Adobe Technical Support and the whole process so far has been a fiasco.Yesterday, Technical Support wrote back to me and said 'we are aware of some sync issues on larger file types - but you have to wait'. ....err?... what ?The email implied there were known issues on many large file types upload - Quote : "This happens not just with h.265/h.264 files but with excel (.xls), mpeg or .dmg files too as fas as we have obs

Hello.  In my Portfolio Masthead I uploaded an image a number of months ago.  Within the image preview screen on the Background tab, there was room for me to move the photo around a bit, back and forth, until I had the image placed as I wanted it within the masthead. Yesterday I changed this image, but no longer have the ability to move the image around to place it just so.  It is "locked" but isn't even centered within the preview screen (see screen shot).  This is causing the image to be cut off, and no longer properly reflects on the masthead. I tried both the Replace Image and Remove Image with re-upload options and the results are the same. Can somebody tell me why this is happening, and why the previous image was movable when this one is not? Thank you.Jennie

So I woke up this morning and now my CC icon in the menu bar is black while all the others are white. How do I fix this? Big Sur won't let me remove the icon from the bar and seems to think that CC is now a system icon. I'd rather not go into the terminal and try to fix this via disabling SIP or whatnot so I'm wondering if an Adobe engineer can fix this on the app's side. Adobe and Apple tech support seem to not have a solution atm as well 😞

Hello, I've noticed Adobe Portfolio doesn't include LinkedIn in the list of social media icons.I wonder if it'll ever become available? I believe many designers would like to include it in their portfolio as a CV of sorts.. Thank you!

Hi All, Just a quick question. I have just purchased an Adobe Ink and Slide (stop laughing please) to use on my Ipad 4, which I underdstand is compatable. However I have tried to download Adobe Sketch in order to use it but it cannot be downloaded as it needs IOS 13 or higher in order to be downloaded. The Ipad 4 however cannot upgrade beyond IOS 11. Is there any app I can download on my Ipad 4 which will be compatable with this pen and ruler for note taking and sketching?
