Creative Cloud Services

CANNOT UPLOAD FOLDERS? SERIOUSLY? I dont have time to recreate all my folders and import file by file. For 3 TB of folders?? This is unacceptable and I will terminate my storage today. (one day user!) Any way-- at all to upload folders? Suggestions-work arounds-cheats?

helloI use a total of four shared folders. (in web site)       but, I can only see one. (in desktop)       Why can't I see only one?

Hi, I had been suspecting for a while that the 100GB cloud storage did not indicate the right usage amount. I cleared ALL my Creative Cloud documents, libaries etc. (including the online bin), and the cloud storage still indicates 41,3 GB used. Are there any Adobe employees that can look into this for me please?

I have the creative cloud app on my laptop Trying to export the brushes I created in capture so I can import it to my ps cs6. I can not get any files out of cc. I usually have to save them as a jpg and load it that way. Having illustrations as jpgs I can eirkbwith but not brushes. CC does not appear in my ps. Loading brushes the std way doesn't work as CC doesn't appear there. Can't copy or load the brushes into a seoerate file Any suggestions

As the title describes, if I open any adobe app before, during, or after uploading a video on youtube, the upload process is paused/stops. The only way I found to fix the problem is by restarting the PC and uploading the video without opening any adobe app.  Any advice?

It makes me want to never use Adobe again. You can't even terminate the processes because they start running seconds later. I've always used Adobe software 1-2 times a month. Why does it need to run in the background 24/7 eating up my memory? There's like 6 Adobe processes running at all times. It's extremely frustrating and invasive. I disabled all the settings to prevent it from starting on startup, yet the processes STILL run on startup. Way to go with your user-experience, Adobe. I Google this issue and find pages of people complaining about the same thing with no solution.

I use Creative Cloud through my university. I had Ps, Pr, and Ae downloaded on my old Mac. I recently got a new Mac and I logged into Creative Cloud with my same school email and downloaded the same apps. When I went to use Photoshop on my new Mac, I was told I needed to buy the app. I checked and my monthly payment for CC went through already.  I opened up my plan statement on both laptops to have a side by side view and my old one says I have CC All Apps, while my new laptop only says I have Adobe for Enterprise. The information does not match even though I am signed into the same account. How do I fix this and get access to the apps I've been using without being charged twice?  Thanks,Z

Hi, I have a difficult situation here which I'm worried about. For a year, I've had a free access to the Adobe Creative software as I've had a free student suscription(in simple words free access to Adobe Creative Cloud using my old uni email address) the suscriptionfor that has ended today but it has my work on there and I've saved all of my work onto my laptop and USB. I am now at a new university which I can get a deal for the creative cloud service, can I still access my work from my old uni account using my new uni account? Will there be any updates? or could I recover my work? I'm afraid to lose my work and my progress.

Hello. I have a question about uploading PSD file to CC.When I try to upload PSD file it takes long time, I tried to upload AI file and it worked fine. Can you help me?

What is the best way to storage photos and images, when you work with huge amount photos and videos?I work on a iMac 2017 and use mostly Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and primiere Pro.

Pls fix this, it was rather frustrating. I dont want any files in my program files or program files (X86) or my local documents folder. I Want all associated files to be self contained in the new install location off of C:/ drive.

I will have to search for the ability to turn off auto-updates, if it is engaged, but the updates for InDesign and Photoshop, just to name two, appear to be suitable to Apple's new proprietary chip and not just useless but downright detrimental to those of us using Intel Macs. Typically, on my 2015 iMac running 10.15.7 Catalina, I would use the 2018 version of Photoshop. Now, it's updated to 2020 and beyond to 2021, the latter of which will not even open. Sometimes the same with 2020. But, I cannot open 2018 as it appears to be disabled. Adobe - please stop updating beyond a comupter's capabilities!

I am trying to upload a 4.3GB 4K H265 Video file to Creative Cloud Web platform under 'Files' so I can post a link out to individuals to download /play it.In the Creative Cloud desktop - I drop a file into either a folder I created or the Creative Cloud Root folder and it keeps saying ' Unable to Sync'.I have 20MBs healthy upload internet and 70MBs download. The file is playable on all devices I have - Windows 10/Plex Media Server on Amazon Fire TV/ Mobiles etc.The file is exported straight from Media Encoder 14.6 version.I have tried simplifying File name / taking out underscores etc. Made no differenceEven Adobe remote support did not solve this. Can someone point me to where Adobe documents the official size limit on uploading files.Working with 4K video files is common these days and means they are going to be large - people editing 8K have a bigger problemFor once and for all can someone clarify why this process of uploading with Creative Cloud Web is such a pain and totally unrelia

I have 98GB of Creative Cloud files on my local drive. I can no longer use Photoshop because the local drive is nearly completely full because of Creative Cloud not being an actual useful cloud service. Photoshop pays my bills. Creative Cloud is affecting my life financially if I cannot use the tools I'm paying for. Someone please let me know if I'm able to free up space by pausing syncing and deleting the files off my local drive. I can just manually upload/download files when I need them. Thanks.

Hi  I just wanted to try AU out before buying it. But not now.And it most certainly did not cost 500-something a month.Best rgdsNina and Jenni

Now we are on creative cloud - Witch meens that Adobe probably knows exactley what we all are doing. So why is it such a pain to switch computer ? I have just perchased my new computer and migrating fom my old maschine to the new one has not been without agony and outbursts of anger. Could it be possible to upload all your actions, custom brushes and presets for Lightroom and Photoshop. This time it dawned on me that you cant export you lokal brush presets in LR - how strange is that ? - Or did I miss something here ? But if it could be done in a swoop like everything else these days -that would be perfect. Thanks PPN.

Hi , Because I found information as link:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-fonts.html?fbclid=IwAR3MPWIy0J_xh7cuEVnFJLnEwoijQmG2YUqDGI59pF2LfS4P_2w13vDt4-Q#UseAdobeFontswhileoffline , it found information as below. If you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app while offline, fonts won't display in the font lists of your apps. However, if you go offline while the Creative Cloud desktop app is running, activated fonts will still be listed and available to use. But when I try it , it fail to work while the internet is not accessable, what does it mean at the previous descibe. Thanks a lot.

Hello,I am trying to create a portfolio site on Adobe Portfolio. However, almost every time I make/save a change, this message appears and stays for a while (sometimes even for a few hours):      When this happens, it doesn't even seem to be loading. I tried disabling my ad blocker, but that did not help. This is very frustrating, please help. Thank you.

Yes I am experiencing the same problem on my dwscktop windows 8.1. The Adobe RAW updated then when I tried to open the PS app midway through loading it puts up an error 'DISK ERROR'

Have a error icon and this error message sat in the Creative cloud synching app for a while:Unable to sync "No Text"It does not direct me to any file so I have been unable to locate what the issue is.

Also - where is the Spark-specific forum?

I already posted about this before and I have no idea why I run into this trouble each time I go in to add a new page to website.  But can someone refresh my memory on how to edit the title/description fonts and font colors PER PAGE not sitewide? Thank you!!
