Creative Cloud Services

Is there a way to reset the cloud space storage so it shows what's actually stored online? I had around 35 GB online. Because of a reorganization I removed EVERYTHING and still the amount of used space was shown as 35 GB. Very odd. I then started to add new projects to the cloud storage but to my horror everything is being added up to that 35 GB...! I am at 50 GB right now while there actually only is around 15 GB online! If things continue like this the number will show 100 in a few weeks and then what...? Then I won't be able to add files anymore? Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

Hello, I am in finder and navigating to Creative Cloud folder on my Hard drive. When I create a new folder I realize another "untitled folder" is being created automatically. this has been happening for a long time and I find my self deleting these folders quite often. Is this a bug? If so, it there a fix? 🙂 Thank you,Alpay Gumrukcu 

I am saving some images as tiff files (windows) - I would like them all to be thumbnails of the images, however some have a picture of brushes instead and I cannot find out why this happens?

When I try to install plugins using the Creative Cloud App I always get this error message…   I tried quitting and relaunching the CC app and restarting the computer. Neither worked. No CC applications are running. This happens with all plugins I tried, which are for Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or some combination of the three.   2013 iMac Catalina 10.15.7 CC 5.3.1.470

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina ver. 10.15.7. Photoshop is ver. 22.0.My school said not to update to SUR yet.PS crashes when I hold SHIFT and try to resize a newly placed AI file. Once I start dragging it down and it tries to process the action it crashes. I tried rebooting the MacBook.I opened CC and my sync was spinning (so I stopped it) and it was updating CC at 23%. Hours later the CC update is still at 23%.I noticed there was an update for PS that says it fixes crash issues but it won't start the update.I tried to uninstall PS, yet again, it won't perform the action because CC is still trying to update. My internet service is working everywhere else except for this update, I'm assuming?Any ideas?

I agree with EOS about having to confirm my identity everytime I login. How can I shut off the additional verification? I don't even have the two-step even setup on my account?   [Moderator branched and moved to Creative Cloud Services.]

After using Adobe products a lot, I still get some login requests even though I have been using the software frequently. Why?   Software I use: Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Adobe Illustrator Adobe Captivate etc...   [Edited by moderator for clarity.]  

I had problems with my creative cloud not loading so I used the cleaner and re-installed and now it takes ages for the creative cloud to load (often saying there is problems) and then it loads but not the apps page wont appear just says unavaliable (see pic), the other pages as you see are working. Help?   

I can't login to creative cloud. I cannot access the login section, the application gives an error that the adobe servers are not accessible. Can you help me urgently?      

Hi, my site, http://germanherrera.com is only showing the root level directory on the IP address box. When you go go another page in the site it does not change, remains the same, so I can not link to a specific page on the website. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have just bought a new PC. I have been running Adobe on my old PC without any problems for years. Ihave tried to download the Creative Cloud app so that I can load Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge etc from the Creative Cloud app. However it will not download. I am told that a file VCRUNTIME140.dll is required. I have googled this and it appears to be a common problem - none of the fixs I have tried seem to work. What can I do?

At this moment I have all my work files at the office stored in a local folder on my iMac. I use Chronosync to copy everything twice a day into the Creative Cloud Files folder: these files then get synced and hence I have a backup of all my work on the Creative Cloud server. (Take note: I never use the app or a web browser to 'upload' files: I always only work with the Creative Cloud Files folder and let the CC app do its magic in the background.) Sometimes I work at home just to change a little thing or whatever. I can access all my work from the Creative Cloud on my home iMac: I might have to wait a while before everything has been synced to my home computer but that's not a big deal. Very nice and convenient. However, whenever I change something at home I have to make sure to copy the changed files at work from the Creative Cloud to my local storage and I should not forget to do so before Chronosync copies things in the other direction or it will delete my home made files.

Hey Adobe, how about you stop forcing me to login and sign in everytime I open a single app. How about you force me to sign in once a week so I don't have to deal with your apps shutting down EVERY DAY!!!! I get it, you are paranoid about users NOT using your software legally but DANG this is just plain paranoid. Bad enough half of your updates cause massive crashes. Your last update shut me down for an entire day while I rebuilt my computer deleting your update in the process. It's another thing to continually force me to login for the privilege of crashing. How about you guys work more on building your apps to be reliable rather than continually forcing more unnecessary updates and more security down our throats. I have been an Adobe user for over 25 years. You guys used to be a reliable company. Now it just seems like you are holding artists hostage. This really sucks.  I have been locked out of my APPs three times this morning. i've registered tthe 24 for months subscribtions from natgeo but yesterday i saw the notification saying my subscribtion has ended. im from Indonesia and i have other friends having the same trouble as mine. i see that we need to activated it with the privo account verification that we got but i do not have any paypal account or any credit card to activate it back. i heard that i can activate my subscribtion back by sending my KTP (indentification card) but i dont know where should i send it and how it works. i hope u guys can help me with this asap.thank you 😊

I need help, everything was working fine last night but when I got home from work today by Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app needed to update or something and now none of my apps will open. They all crash before anything can come up.

Hello. How can I remove this  annoying message? I attached the picture in this post.I get the message every 2 or 3 minutes. I reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud but this message I see again. 

Adobe Creative Cloud Version 5.3.1.470Operating System: Windows 10 - 64 Version 20H2My Adode Creative Cloud will not complete File Sync. It says "File syncing" (with never ending spinning wheel). I left it alone for about 2 hours and it never stopped spinning. Tried quitting CC. Tried restarting my computer several times. No issues with Wifi or Ethernet as both are working properly.Just started having this issue today and it's only on my desktop. My laptop has synced fine.Looking for help.Thanks,B

Hi, I have Creative Cloud and Photoshop installed on my iPad. Since downloading them, I've been able to export jpg versions of the images i've made in photoshop onto CC, no problem. Now, it just sits in the upload queue. I let it sit for 24 hours thinking it was the file size, but still nothing. I just see a grainy preview image of the file in CC while it sits in the queue. Same issue now too when I try to upload an image from my camera roll onto CC. It used to upload super quickly, no problems. Any ideas? Thanks!

Please. I've repaired and uninstalled it many times. I don't even have photoshop installed anymore. Playing and launching games causes it to activate and ask me whether i want to keep my photoshop preferences. I just want my life back.

'ouvrir creative cloud prend un temps impossible, la roue tourne, tourne tourne..Si je passe par window, je peux ouvrir photosphop et lightroom plus rapidement..l'on m'a dit, qu'il faudrait tout désinstaller pour régler ce problème ?Avez vous un problème similaire et comment avez vous fait ?Merci

I'm using now macOS Big Sur. After the update. upload check icon is not visible in Finder's Creative Cloud Files Folder.no option to share the link too. please let me know when the update!
