Hola quisiera saber con quien puedo ver y  solucionar un problema de facturación. Se me esta cobrando en por una cancelacion de cuenta ... el cual afecta mi finiquito. Gracias!  

I have been a user of Adobe products for a number of years. I don't know what's happening at Adobe as an organisation, but I feel the core usability and function of the software is not what it used to be. I feel sometimes to much has been put into the software over the years. I hate to say it but, sometimes is starting to feel like Mircosoft software or the old Microsoft paperclip will suddenly appear making suggetions lol. Don't get me wrong I love the product and what is able to be achieved... but lately I feel it's just update after update and dialogue boxes, or auto suggestions on task or tools that are just not relevent. I would be intrested to know how many of the orginal developers still work at Adobe and what is the foundation or drive for making changes to this software. My feeling a KISS approach is needed urgently. Look forward to a response

Why does Creative Cloud keep forgetting who I am? It can't even manage to auto-filll my user name at the login dialog. Tried launching LR Classic today, CC wanted me to log in. I got frustrated and skipped it ... yup, it closed unceremoniously. PLEASE, Adobe, try and remember who I am on my computer. My bank can figure it out and I don't pay them a subscription fee every month!

Is there a way to disable shared libraries of various assets so that they do not show up when me and my designers are browsing through the CC Libraries tab, or no?  Currently, we use CC Libraries as a means of organizing client-specific assets (logos, buttons, etc.), but we have some clients that are taking a temporary leave from our services, and I therefore do not want to clutter our CC Libraries with them. I know in the most recent XD update, we can "disable" libraries from being shown, but that only seems to work within XD itself. Is there a way to do that en masse? Thank you!

My CCLibrary have a sync error. I have manually downloaded the latest Creative Cloud Libraries and the "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe." link does not download so I am unable to use it. Any suggestions to fix the sync error issue?

Cant open creative cloud folder when using adobe apps in my ipad. Authentification required through creative cloud app. I am logged in but cant find anywhere to authentificate...help?

Bonjour,Je fais appel au forum après plusieurs conversations avec le service client Adobe. Je travaille sur deux postes différents : - En agence : Macbook Pro 2016 - débit ~300Mbits/s- En télétravail : Une tour sur-mesure Windows 10 - débit ~1Gbits/s En agence, Adobe Cloud et la synchro fonctionne sans soucis, ça se synchronise instantanément. En télétravail, la première synchronisation de tous les fichiers (~25Go) se fait sans soucis, Adobe Cloud utilise l'intégralité de ma bande passante. When viewing my cloud documents on a browser, after I click on the file's thumbnail and a larger image appears, there is a button on the top row labeled "Open in Photoshop". The issue is that as I select a different file, the button disappears. If I continue selecting other files, the button sometimes appears, but not always. Oddly, when the button is not visible, refreshing the page in the browser makes it appear. When the button does not appear as it should, waiting is of no use - only refreshing the page makes it appear. This happens when using Chrome or Safari on macOS.

Hello,is there no way to download multiple files in one porcess. My clients must download each by each file?Please help!

Did something change recently? My older Mac at home X10.11 suddenly will not sync files. Option is grayed out. My newer shop computers still work fine, but this old guy at home quit. Did something get updated that is making this not work anymore? Any way to revert to older version? I had auto update enabled.

I applied For the residency fund grant & was just notified Via email that my application was rejected. The reason I applied was because I have done a soft launch of YobiWorks Studios while in the Veteran- in- Residence , Bunker Labs, Entrepreneur Program that started in July . Unfortunately, COVID led to the end of my After School Art Instruction while an unscrouplesS Property Mgr began harassing & I only just began releasing my 1s+ Graphic Novel @47yrs old on LinkedIn. So I switched from 22+ years in ops and logistics to my current role. I am debt free and own my airstream, but have to move and keep working on the graphic novel, to gain a team for the comic, that will be an animated feature, then regular cartoon. In the middle of working, CC has logged out and frozen Photoshop thereby making me lose all edits i had spent time doing.  This is a new issue and may be a bug in CC (hopefully) because if it's intended, there is a problem .  Thank you

I have a PC running Windows 10 and to browse Internet I use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. From mobile (Android) I display everything correctly. Hi adobe. How much do we have to beg for selective sync? It's unreasonable to use a program like InDesign which links files in your creative cloud and CC libraries and NOT offer selective sync. PLEASE PRIORITIZE THIS. There is a forum post on this community from 2016 where you said it's on the to-do list for your engineers and yet here we are 4 years later and many iterations later WITHOUT IT. HELLLPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

God morning,I know this topic is something that comes a lot but I didn't find any substantial answers to this issue for months. To the point that I need nowadays to ask the community directly.Since you cannot prevent creative cloud from running at launch through the means adobe give to the user, you need to find a way to by pass it and be able to shut down all process launching when starting windows.Be et task manager > startupsregedit to services, etc...I desperately try to look for a solution that all of the above doesn't work anymore.Even creating a "AdminUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat" in, the root folder doesn't work anymore.Since installing the 2021 version of photoshop and updating CC, it feels like it will run and launch anyway.I would like to please, shut down all process of CC running from launch and in the background and a viable solution to it. Hello, I have a row of 8 single tick boxes. They are permantly ticked????? How do I untick?Seems like an easy fix but I'm lost. 

My creative cloud files wont sync or gather any information on my school wifi. i have been to it and they told me that creative cloud services need a non filtered network (a direct connection). they obviously cant provide it since its a high school and other students do the wrong thing.is there any way to fix this? or does adobe have to fix it themselves? im not sure.im in Australia so im not sure what other schools are like in different countries.thanks guys

I booted up my computer, launched the Adobe CC application, and was supprised to see that I was required to log in, and verify my credentials after having used the software with no issue the last few days. After signing in, and verifying my email address, the window began to loop between a loading screen, and a "You have been signed out" notification. I tried the solution posted here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/re-adobe-cc-user-login-loop/td-p/9818135?page=1 Which successfully brought me to the login screen where I logged in, and again validated my email, but after clicking "Sign In", The same loop occured. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've set Creative Cloud to not start when I log in.Howver, if I even touch an Adobe product, not only does Adobe Creative Cloud start, but so does Creative Cloud Desktop, multiple Adobe CEF Helper instances, Adobe Genius Software Integration, multiple Adobe Spaces Helper, CCLibraries, CCX Processes, Creative Cloud Helper, Creative Cloud (32 bit), and maybe others with more obscure names. I also don't appreciate the Cloud icons taking up space in my system tray. There's no way that all these are necessary. How do I stop all these excessive services from starting, and just run Photoshop or Illustrator, and have them just run by themselves like normal software?  

Hi, I've been using MacBook a long time but it only has 16GB memory and I cant expand.  Want to get a pc bec need to relearn Windows also.  1. Which is the best pc for running Creative Cloud?2. Any big downsides to using pc over macbook? Cheers Jana

Hey!It seems like that the 5GB-Max Filesize for Creative Cloud still is a thing.But, this seems not realistic at all to me. Why would u subscribe to a membership for 1TB of storage, if i'm only allowed to store files up to max 5GB? This seems a bit off to me.Why?Well, we're living in 2020, close to 2021. 4K Videography and even 8K is getting commen to be used for creating & rendering files. Creating larger render-files and more then FHD or the old 720p. Why would there be a limit at all? Has this to do with stupid microstoraging? It's time to get off the 5GB limit rule, and let me upload me my 20GB Files! 

I am very confused about Creative Cloud. The app on my desktop computer (iMac 27") correctly lists all the apps I have installed on the computer, BUT does not list all the files in the "Your Work" section (such as lab files downloaded from Max sessions. If I look at Creative Cloud on the web, it shows all my files in "Your Work" but it only sees Acrobat Pro as installed on my machine but NONE of the other apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. Why aren't these syncing?
