Hello, This isn't a question or support post. I have some minor feedback to Adobe around their Creative Cloud Subscription Notifications and App Update systems. 1) CC Subscription Updates:You might have noticed that Adobe sends out an email to you when your subscription renews. The only thing here is that if your card somehow gets declined (Expired, Not enough Funds etc), You first get an email saying that they've received the payment for your subscription and then being notified a while later that the payment was unsuccessful. This is pretty confusing as they first let you know that everything has been processed before they notice you about errors. What Adobe could do here is to check the status of the payment before the emails are sent out so that the only email the user will receive is either one saying it was renewed successfully OR that the payment was declined.  2) App Updates:Adobe's apps are great and updates makes them better. No doubt about that. Howe

Currently unable to access adobe spark on all browsers as well as the app. Gateway error 504 displays. Help please I need to use this for business!

Unable to view Max Keynote in Android Creative Cloud app and browsers are stalling and irradict. What is going with Adobe. What a joke!

Hello, I have (repeatedly) problems with CC - for some time now I have not been able to log out via the CC app, for example, see http://g.recordit.co/Z6sxdjcuIt.gif - sometimes the updates or the buttons don't work either ... Does anyone know such problems? thanks + greetingsFrank

I have been a full Adobe CC customer/paid subscriber for many years.  I live and work in a rural location utilizing a satellite Internet connection and additionally, I often need to work at remote sites where Internet connections are not available.  It is extremely frustrating, unproductive and embarrassing, when working with clients, to have my Adobe apps not function because they cannot reach the Licensing Server when my satellite Internet connection is hampered by weather or while working offline at remote sites.  I find it hard to believe that there could not be a better solution to track licencing locally on my computers and devices which updates periodically when Internet connections are strong.  I am further frustrated and discouraged, especially given that this subscription is not cheap, that when trying to troubleshoot this challenge the best suggestion that I can find on the Adobe Support is to use a faster Internet connection.  I find it hard to beli

Hi,When you create a brand in Adobe Spark and create multiple branded templates under 'Brand Templates', the web interface doesn't support scroll and the templates become inaccessible beyond the x-axis of the browser. We need the web development team to enable scrolling on the <div> or have the <div> contents wrap in the browser.Please have the development team recreate this bug my creating multiple templates under the following page: https://spark.adobe.com/sp/branding/

Hey there! I use the creative cloud app almost every day to quickly get pictures from my phone to my laptop and vice versa. Creative cloud has worked flawlessly for me so far. However today I noticed the app was updated significantly, with a new icon and a few small changes here and there. One change removed the "+" button which usually hovered in the bottom edit corner of my phone screen and allowed me to add a picture from the app to the cloud. After hunting around on the app I was unable to find an alternate route to accomplish the task. I am still able to upload work on my laptop, so the problem is definitely not with the subscription. Was the ability to upload files from my phone removed from the creative cloud app? 

Has anyone seen this happen? My machine started running very slowly and when I launched the Task Manager I saw this:I have no idea what Adobe GC Invoker Utility is or why it's consuming so many resources. Anyone have any ideas?

i tried my time to sync the files - "sync error". !! and found that there no Adobe creative cloud files folder at the side bar. please help. i tired to unistall the Adobe cc but is said can't preform the unstallation coz still have adobe cc runing.but i quit everything. Apprieciate if you can give a help. Thanks 

Maybe I'm missing something but... Why isn't there an easy way to bulk add assets or colors (or whatever) to adobe libraries? It is crazy to me that you are not able to do this, easily. I know that photoshop can create various assets from the document. But a color palette for instance, if you don't build out your palette in PS then you have to copy/paste as shape layer for each color. What the!? Or you need to add all your colors individually—WAIT, WHAT!? Why not just be able to select multiple swatches from AI, ID, XD, e.t.c and be able to add colors? It literally makes 0 sense.  Why can't you tab through to rename or be able to bulk find/replace if you need to rename 100 different colors/assets? You have to click each one...huh!? Also, why doesn't the layer/swatch/item name follow through each place you add it. E.G. If I name a color primary-XXX from XD and pull that into AI swatches why not keep the same name so it's easy to find?  So many que

So I just created a portfolio website on Adobe Portfolio because I get it free through school. However, I'm graduating in May so I'll no longer have access to my Adobe Enterprise account. Will, there be any way to transfer the site I've built to say, WordPress, or something similar, or will the best option be to buy the package that has Portfolio in it?

I use creative cloud libraries mostly to store colour palettes for client projects. However I was in Adobe Stock Images and noticed lots of empty folders in the image libary section. I thought I must have made the folders in the past and not used them so I deleted them. I didnt realise this would delete everything in creative cloud libraries across InDesign and Illustrator. ALL my colour palettes have disappeared. How do I restore them, it took ages to create them. How was I supposed to know that deleting an empty folder in one Adobe application deletes items from the same folder name that shows in other applications!

Hi,I recently started studying, and I was given a new Adobe ID by my administrators.Whilst working in photoshop the other day, I realized that alot of my previous work was missing. It quickly occurred to me that I had saved those files in the Creative Cloud File Storage of my previous account (the one I am using to post this).Not only am I unable to view my Creative Cloud assets (https://assets.adobe.com/files) due to being greeted by a Error 401, but the files are straight up missing from my computer. I even checked the recycling bin. They are gone.Is there any way I could access my Creative Cloud assets or have them be transferred to my new account?

Ever since the creative cloud files -platform was changed, I can not seem to be able to share any of my files there. The link is formed normally and everything seems to be in order in my end, but when i pass the link forward, no one can get the link open normally. They just get a blank page without any file. So the link basically works, but there is no file to be downloaded, just blank page. What is going on?

I am using Creative Cloud for a few months without problems. However, since last week, when opening any adobe program, I am always asked to enter email address and password. In fact the same is happening with my Outlook email accounts. As I have not changed any security settings, I am wondering if anyone of you has an idea how to avoid this inconvenience.

How it it possible for an app thats primary purpose is to see if I have paid my monthly payment, need updated almost constantly? I have at least 12 different Adobe processes running in the background and the only thing running is Creative Cloud. Instead of adding adding new features, how about cleaning up the footprint on my computer.

I was searching for some Adobe products, and then I start receiving offers on Facebook for 1-year full access to all Adobe apps (20+) in addition to 100MB cloud. the price is one-fifth of the price shown by Adobe site. They said that they will give me a Redeem Key which will work for two users.Is this authentic and legal? 

Hi I purchased the student's adobe pack last year, and like you guys know, it's 19,99. Well its been a year and now they're charging me 30,74. I'm still a college student, how can I submit anything to prove it, cause if I'm still a student I have the right to have the cheaper pack of 19,99.Huge thanks in advance 😘

Hello, I kept trying to activate missing fonts in Illustrator but it wasn't working. I finally realised that they weren't activating because somehow I was automatically logged out to my creative cloud account. When I tried to log back in, I keep getting the error "Unable to reach servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again."I've restarted the computer many times. I've tried re-downloading and re-installing the app but got the same error message. I've tried ticking and unticking the firewall settings in system preferences. I've checked the proxies and they're all unticked. OS MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.6Illustrator version 24.3Please help!!!  

Hi there!I've recently become a full time student and have signed up for the student discounted creative cloud account.  I do however, still have my curent creative clould account, which has a library that's around a terrabyte.  Would like to know how to transfer my libraries and files from the currrent creative cloud account to my new student creative cloud account. I'm relatively new to using Adobe Javascript, so having troubles with this simple routine and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.  Can anyone comment on this sample code?  The first test works and turns the target Red but it fails the second not equal test to turn the field yellow???? var f = this.getField("word").value; {if (f == "hello")event.target.fillColor = color.red;}      var f = this.getField("pswrd").value; {if (f != "hello")event.target.fillColor = color.yellow;}     }I know there it is probalby easier to use an If-Else statement but I couldn't get that to work either, so backed off to doing each step separately.  Thanks for any help you can give Lew
