Creative Cloud Services

I have creative cloud folders synced to my external hard drive, but when I logged out of creative cloud, the folders and file paths completely disappeared. They come back when I log back in but is this normal? This is very concerning. The weird thing is that I have another account that was also synced, and when I log out of that one, the files remain visible on the hard drive. Can anyone explain why? Is there a way I can make sure that when (if I have to) log out of CC, the files remain on the hard drive? 

As of today it is not possible to share files via creative cloud. Not from your online envorinment, nor frome filebrowser. NOT browser related. Seems server sided. FIX ASAP. PRO TOP: TEST before you change the software and decide to enroll <-- i've actually learnt this at school; try it! If it's too hard: try calling your customer service. They have a checklist ready for you. Very helpful

I am having problems with opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my Windows 10 desktop. Every time I would try to run it, it would give me an error saying "Unable to start correctly (0Xc000007b)". I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. What I eventually realized is that, in the properties for Creative Cloud, it is running for compatibility for Windows 8, and not 10. There would be no option for Windows 10 at all. I don't know how to get it to be compatible for my computer and I've looked everywhere.  Again, my computer is Windows 10, x64 bit. It meets all the requirments but there still seems to be issues with compatibility with my computer.

Does anyone know if you can upload an InDesign Masthead into Spark? A Masthead is the top part of a Newspaper. It has text, the date, the newspaper's logo and motto, a picture — things like that. I did it for a newsletter that I created in InDesign. Now I want to do a newsletter in Spark but do not want to recreate the Masthead. Would be great if I could just upload the one from InDesign. Any ideas? Thank you.

Dear Adobe:I have just downloaded and read your document "Which Adobe background processes are required for my apps?" I read it all the way through, and none of this applies to my work and application environment. I do not consider my applications to be "apps". Apps are for iPhones and Androids. Computers run applications.Having stood by Adobe since Illustrator 88 came out, I like to think I should have had something to say about it when Adobe unilaterally began intruding directly and duplicitously into my operating system and application usage. I do not need "Core Sync" and "Adobe Desktop Service" and anything related to them. They bring my workflow to a halt while they do their snooping. I should be able to disable all of these Creative Cloud intrusions without Adobe disabling my usage of InDesign CC, as long as I keep paying the rental fee every month.I do not, intentionally, use any Cloud-based applications or supposedly "free" use of Cloud-based fonts or images. Hello fellows,As my MacBook Pro fans have been running like crazy, I've looked into my Activity Monitor on what is happening. I've seen the "Adobe Desktop Services" is eating up 320Mb of my mem.I don't even know what Desktop services do. Is there a way to shut this thing by default and lunch the individual apps from the Dock?Thanks,

So, Day ago mys CC Desktop sync worked "almost ok (synced 17GB of 30GB). Today it stopped. Period.As soon as I click on "Sync" i get error: "File syncing error - Some files failed to sync". Learn More takes me to https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc ...so nothing here to help, the common stuff.I chatted with Adobe support many hours, let them to control my mac but no help....tried clean install, removed all Adobe system files etc. I wonder what to do, why did the sync immedately stop?!?!?! Jorma

Hello I was woundering about libraries I know they let you upload files and let others see them but I am woundering if you are able to upload cloud douments to libraries and if you can will they save when the cloud document is edited ( also will regular documents that are uploaded such as AI file chang when edited). (while I'm here if you have any other information about what you can do with libraries could you please tell me.)

So, I decided I would log into adobe creative cloud on my other computer. This resulted in me going to this computer. Now when I run adobe creative cloud it brings up this error message. [Unable to reach adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again] I think the problem was caused by me signing in on a different device. Please help

I'm trying to make an ebook with animations and a soundscape, but am not sure which program(s) to use to be able to do this. I can give more info if needed, it's for my thesis but I'm unsure which route to take.  TIA

I can't seem to get any help with Spark! Adobe doesn't even list it on their support site with the free apps. I use it everyday with my job and LOVE the program, but all of a sudden some of my projects are missing. Any idea where they've gone or how I can find them??? Can't find one that I need!

I am quite new to Creative Cloud, but have used it a bit. It tells me that my 20GB is used, which surprises me very much, since I have no files in Creative Cloud. By investigation I find out that I have 20GB of deleted files in my Cloud. ????????? How intelligent is it to fill my stock with deleted files? It looks like Dropbox. And furthermore, I can only delete the deleted files permanently one at the time. Or did I miss anything. Maybe there is a way to delete everything in on push on one button?To be honest, it just looks like a sneaky way to make me upgrade my prescription, but maybe someone can explain me. BRPeter Jensen, DK 

Hi, I  am a PC user, windows 10, creative cloud desktop, with mixed categories of apps. I want to disable the property "show online storage" for all apps. Is there an alternative to opening all apps individually them manually deselecting "show online storage" for each app. a solution that may help others with the same goal, Thanks

Creative Cloud are need login every day why it very desitarb to work like this my license is for year then why it need login etch day !!?

I've been experiencing this problem since last tuesday (9th of September) on my Desktop that runs Windows 10. There is no error message on the CC App, but the files Sync counter stops at a certain number and won't move for hours, actually, most of the time it doesn't even show the number of files that it has synchronized.So far I've tried:-Using the CC uninstaller to repair the software-Logging Off and on again-Deleting CoreSync files.To be honest, sometimes a few files do upload, but only empty folders and a few JPG/PNG files.All my PSD/AI/INDD/AE projects won't upload to the cloud.While working on my personal Macbook or the iMac at the agency I work for, all files are uploaded and downloaded properly. There is enough space on my HD and also space on my cloud.I've attached the CC App version I'm using and what the file syncing tab looks like after a few second it starts 'working'.

When I install Creative Cloud app I get the Search Mine malware. This has happened mutiple time on my iMac requiring me to go through the process of removing the malware. This morning I removed Creative Cloud and downloaded a new install from Adobe.com. Immediately I have Search Mine malware installed. Why is this happening? Todd

Why do old folders, sometimes with just fonts in them, reappear after I've deleted or renamed them?

Hello everybody,I got a problem with my Creative Cloud app. No matter how often I delete those "archived" Folders, they sync every now and then back to my Computer.To prevent that, I completely cleared my Creative Cloud web- and disk space. Somehow, those folders keep appearing on my Computer using loads of disk space.They don't appear on my webspace archive.Has anyone dealt with this kind of problem yet to give me a hint what to do?Best wishesMichael

So I logged on and subscribed to edit my PDF and so on. When I logged on. I used the "sign in with Apple" function. I chose to hide my email and have it forwarded to my actually email address. Now, I am trying to log on to the same account on my business computer. A Dell desktop, and I cannot log into the same account, because I don't know what email Apple signed with in order to "hide" my actual email. Can someone tell me how I can fix this issue or has any insight into the best practices? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
