Creative Cloud Services

I recently got Adobe creative cloud for work. I installed the applications on my work PC in a matter of minutes, but when I tired installing the applications on my personal PC its taking a very long time. I relized it bugs when it gets to a certian % for example photoshop goes to 7% in a matter of seconds and then painfully slow from there. Help would be very appreciated thanks. 

Hi there, I just tried to run PS CC (2019) and it wouldn't run, saying I should re-install. I noticed there was a update and then saw I have PS 2020, but it won't run..instant crash. When I look at CC, it tells me to do two updates (20.0.5 & 21.0.1) but both fail to load. Help!

I have two windows 10 machines, one at home and one at my office. I work back and forth between both machines.My office still uses 2019 and the admins there have not installed 2020, and apparently do not want to. Creative Cloud auto-installed 2020 on my home machine, and I would like to not use it and use CC 2019 instead, so that the work is compatible with my office machine. Is there anyway to uninstall the 2020 versions and go back to 2019 CC and stay there?Thank you for any help.

Years ago I make a Flash Interactive on my web site that featured a small slection of my photos. I had intended to make the "interactive" deeper (as in added subsections to each small sample), but I didn't have the time. Now, I have to convert it all or recreate it all. However, Adobe doesn't seem to have a program that does everything Flash Professional could do.  I don't know how to explain all that I did using the former Flash Professional expect to say I used a lot of complex smaller images to create interactive element. The best way to explain it is probably to see it. I have provided a link to my web site, www.alleywayz.com. I just purchased a new mac mini that will be dedicated to photo editing. It is running Catalina operating system.  I loaded the Creative suite and when I try to launch Photoshop from inside lightroom I get an error window saying "Could not open “_RCB1708.ARW” because of a disk error. I tried opening from several different folders and different files from different drives. Same result. When I take the drives and attach to my old Mac Pro running Mojave, everything works perfectly. I tried uninstalling Photoshop and re-installing and the same error. External drives were tested with disc utility and passed. I believe the issue is a communication item between photoshop and the drives but since im not sure what to do... here I am. I appreciate the help. 

I used to use CC Asset to store my LightRoom catalog. Since my catalog is too big now, I decided to move it to iCloud and keep my CC assets for something else. So I moved the file on my computer from the CC folder to iCloud but the CC apps still said that I did not have enought room and that I had to delete the archived.I clicked the link and proceed to delete all files in the Archive. They all worked, except the Lightroom catalog. Everytime I try to delete it, it fails. It then prompt me to retry, which I do and it fails again. I did this 6 times already and it never worked. How can I remove this folder so I can use CC again?

First of all, I am new in website creation, but I am long time user of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. I am trying to create my website with Portfolio. I made several galleries and decided to create 2 subgalleries in one major. I created covers for these subgalleries and I when I clicked on one of the subgallery's cover the program gave the window with the clickable thumbnail to make a photo grid with possibility to download my images. I downloaded several of them with a success, but the problem began when I tried to preview the page. I didn't see the photos and when I went back to editing I didn't see downloaded pictures anymore. I can preview my major page "Home" with the photo and clickable link to other pages. I didn't publish the website yet. I don't know what I can do to remedy this problem. My CC libraries have suddenly gone away – I don't when, I just updated photoshop, and now it only says DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAME not only in photoshop but in all adobe programs. I've tried to relaunch creative cloud and I've tried to recreate the libraries cache, nothing is working. What do I do?

I am working on an iMac and on an MacBook Pro and want to use the Software on both Computers but only on one the File Sync from Creative Cloud App, because my MacBook has not enough disk space available. Any suggestions despite pausing the sync? Cheers,Janos

I'm getting the following message when trying to sync my CC files across machines.  The msg refers to syncing libraies.  Does anybody have a solution as to what may be causing this and how to resolve it please? Thanking you,Sister Sabina

Hello,this problem occurred about week ago. I'm not sure, but maybe it was just after the latest update of the CC desktop app. Some folders and files are not synced. It doesn't matter if they are big or small. I cannot see a few folders synced by my teammates also. CC app says that everything is synced, but in the CC folder, there are icons with arrows (syncing). I tried to restart CC, stop/start sync but it didn't work.

My hardware (printers and crop plotter) don't work with Windows 10 or the latest Win 7 64 updates, so I have to install windows 7-64 only with Service pack 1. In a not too distant time I was a ardent advocate of a PC's cost-effectiveness over a Mac.I need to install Creative Clouds and app for windows 7 Service pack1With Microsoft's "bankruptcy" she is having to force new machines to sell her unstable and inoperable operating system, setting traps so users have to unwrap thousands of dollars to have your production system balanced. How do I turn off syncing in creative cloud 2019? 

Has anyone else had an issue since the new year? Whenever I save a file whether on Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, it's showing on Bridge as being 'last modified' 2000. My computer date and time is completely normal and files are saving to my computer as the correct date so has to be an Adobe issue - any ideas? 

hello, i noticed at some point, that i cannot see the indicators in my creative cloud files that are showing the status of sync anymore. i was using macosx catalina and might have deleted it from extensions. so after some research the only thing which came in my mind was a clean install of macosx once again. after installing catalina and creative cloud, still they didn't appear. so i tried installing mojawe from scratch. still, after installing creative cloud, no signs of indicators in finder. also the core sync extension is not showing under system preferences.any ideas?is there a way to manually add the required extensions (core sync, accfinder...) or whatever is required? regards,üü

My marketing department desperately needs a database to organize content around our firm's projects such as:- images for each project- project descriptions and stats- lots and lots of content-only files  We use all of these components in InDesign, but keeping track of the parts and pieces is getting out of hand. Any suggestions?

Hi!There are no files in my cratiove cloud. Deleted is also empty. Online and offline the same. I already turned off and on sync but still no empty space on my storage.Any ideas? Thanks in advance!Dennis

I have a few dozen gigs worth of small, double digit KB files,  showing in the Deleted Files tab in the Adobe CC file manager (https://assets.adobe.com/deleted). I can check these items one by one, but can't figure out a way to purge them all. How can I purge this storage space without having to click one file at a time for the next few weeks? The documented checkbox next to "Sort by Modified" doesn't seem to exist anymore: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html 

This is my component template. The sorting is orderly   But I import the component into the project. It's unordered.   It bothers me. I have obsessive-compulsive disorder. How to solve this problem.

Hallo,I have tried to update my applications in creative cloud  (photoshop and lightroom). But this wont work. I get a failurecode 189 which means to low disc space. I selected the installation folder in settings to drive E: (more than 100GB free).When I look in the logfile the app tries to install on drive D and not on drive E how it is selected.What can be the reason for that. Has anyone an idea how I can solve this problem.ThanksMarkus

I am a student and have the "creative cloud all apps" service. My friend and I have been trying to share photos with each other to edit them. However, every time I try click the link that my friend sent me, I get the message "You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT adminsitrator to gain access." How do I go about resolving this issue? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
