Creative Cloud Services

I have a few dozen gigs worth of small, double digit KB files,  showing in the Deleted Files tab in the Adobe CC file manager (https://assets.adobe.com/deleted). I can check these items one by one, but can't figure out a way to purge them all. How can I purge this storage space without having to click one file at a time for the next few weeks? The documented checkbox next to "Sort by Modified" doesn't seem to exist anymore: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html 

This is my component template. The sorting is orderly   But I import the component into the project. It's unordered.   It bothers me. I have obsessive-compulsive disorder. How to solve this problem.

Hallo,I have tried to update my applications in creative cloud  (photoshop and lightroom). But this wont work. I get a failurecode 189 which means to low disc space. I selected the installation folder in settings to drive E: (more than 100GB free).When I look in the logfile the app tries to install on drive D and not on drive E how it is selected.What can be the reason for that. Has anyone an idea how I can solve this problem.ThanksMarkus

I am a student and have the "creative cloud all apps" service. My friend and I have been trying to share photos with each other to edit them. However, every time I try click the link that my friend sent me, I get the message "You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT adminsitrator to gain access." How do I go about resolving this issue? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Após instalar o Adobe Creative Cloud, instalo o photoshop, porem ao tentar iniciar o programa, uma janela do Creative Cloud abre e fica carregando, porem não termina o carregamento. Caso eu clique para encerrar a janela, ela fecha o programa junto. Como faço para faze-lo funcionar? Já tentei desinstalar todos os programas e reistala-los, mas nao funcionou. Recentemente formatei o HD e tive que instalar o Windows 7, por conta da minha placa mãe.

Existe uma maneira de comprar mais acessos para outros computadores?

Hello,I have completely emptied the local "Creative Cloud files" folder on my computer, and none of my folders on https://assets.adobe.com/ (Files, Libraries, Published, Shared with You, Deleted) contain any file.Yet, both the CC desktop app and my online Creative Cloud account indicate 65% of my 100 Go are used.Is this number wrong or is there some sort of hidden file/directory which could explain this?How can I reset my storage?

I have a problem downloading the .dae format, for blender. The download process timeout... - is this a "normal" problem,  caused by overload on the servers, should i file a ticket. I just tried to download the same characte as .FBX and this works just fine!

Can I use my raw photos I shoot from my iPhone for larger printings? 

Hello,I have deleted all my files from creative cloud but still it indicates '100 GB of 1 TB used'. How do I get rid of the 100 GB so that it indicates 0 GB of 1 TB used?

Hi there,I have shared files with a client and I want to disable the share. Now on my desktop if I right click" Give Access" it has a drop down menu and it says Remove Access. I did this. And the access share is still open. When I go onto Creative Cloud online, there is not any place where it says to deactivate the share etc. I sent links to them not invites btw. 

I subscribe to Creative Cloud with 1TB. My laptop is out of storage and I'd like to upload 730 GB of photos to the Adobe Cloud and edit/store my library in the cloud. I want to keep my LR library and work off the cloud and avoid more hardware cost and fustrations. I mainly use LR and want to edit and print to my local photo printer.I've relied on friends for help but beleive my questions are above their talents.

I'm working on a project that uses fonts from Typekit but I am the only person on my team that has Abobe CC. How do I ensure that the rest of my team can continue to implement/use the fonts without having an Adobe Typekit subscription?

Hi David,I am happy to report that with the latest update to the Creative Cloud App my problem of perpetual cloud syncs has been fixed. Everything is now working normally. I am truly happy that the engineers addressed the problem and where able to fix it.As to your question, my problem with Illustrator is that certain background processes (it seems it is CEPHtmlEngine.exe) is loading multiple times in the background causing a CPU overload (loading 20 times or more). The issue has been around now for over a year. It is known to Adobe and a fix has been promised, but I am still having the issue. The issue is so bad, I can only use Illustrator for a short time until it becomes unusable and needs to be terminated. Again, it’s all that cloud stuff which I really don’t need. Does anyone know how to re-import collection images or galleries to MyPortfolio, from your Lightroom collection,  A-F-T-E-R this December 2, 2019 update to MyPortfolio?

My company is looking for the Digital Asset Management System to centralize all the images, video clips, sound clips, PDF etc. Our company size is 1000 employee. The system will provide all our staff to search, download, view or watch digital asset on a website. What kinds of DAM does you or your company use?

hello there artists,I am self learned digital artist and a graphic designer and a student. Adobe has been my dream company since i've started using adobe softwares but the question in my mind is that is there any way that i can  join adobe as a an artist? can only engineers join the workforce? please tell if adobe hires graphic artsts too?

The problem is; i don't see green checkmarks that show that my file is synchronized. But i can see (and my collegues also) that the files are complete. Does anybody know what's the problem here?

I am uploading several lightroom CC collections to my myportfolio.com. The images appear in the same order as in lightroom. Some in capture time newest to oldest, some in oldest to newest sequence and some in custom order. However one collection always appears in capture time sequence newest to oldest irrespective of how it is sorted in lightroom. I have tried everything I can think of. This is a trevelog collection which needs to sort oldest to newest. Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this.

Hello, I can not get my Wacom Intuos 3 working on a Windows 10 PC with Adobe programs like After Effects, Animate, or Ilustraotr, but it works fine in Photoshop 2020. When searching for info about this online, I run in the opposite problem, everyone says a Win 10 update broke Wacom tablets for Photoshop and talk about work arounds for Photoshop only.My problem is that Photoshop works perfectly fine but no other Adobe program will recive mouse inputs from my tablet. The tablet works when using Windows file explorer and browsing the internet but it stops the moment I click on Animate, Illustrator, or anything other than Phtotshop.

Did anyone try to use the new add-in inside MS Word or PowePoint?After some tentatives I was able to install it but it seems that an Adobe Creative Cloud account is necessary to access even the shared libraries.So all "office" people need to have a Creative Cloud subscription only for reading CC libraries?I thought that it was an add-in for people that don't have a Creative Cloud subscription and need to collaborate with other.What do you think about it?
