I need to share my photos to individuals who are not on the Adobe platform (PC users).  In the past I shared the folder that contains my photo files and marked it as view only and not able to download.  I have used a naming convention so the person looking for photos can use the search function and find available photos ie. family.  However this search function is no longer showing up?  Is there something that has changed or is there a better system I should be using to share photo selection without the ability for the user to download the image?

yesterday i moved some files from my desktop to the creative cloud. but the folders are empty! there are even not in the archive.what can i do to get them?where are they?

Hi there, I've just developed an issue with creative cloud and perhaps there is an underlying issue as well which is resolved earlier.Basically, typekit fonts and files aren't syncing at all. The blue wheel just spins.Strangely the option to turn off syncing is greyed out in the preferences menu as well....strange!I've rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to locate the relevant plist file but couldnt.Creative Cloud Files & Fonts won't load - always has spinning loader Any clues??Earlier today when trying to open any CC app I received an error (couldn't find a .dll file) and I had to uninstall and reinstall my apps.Not sure if this is related.Windows 10 laptop btw.Thanks in advance

Hey,I have an problem with my Cloud (libraries). My files of my Cloud were deleted. The files were very important but they were just deleted by the system.Here it says some of the space of the cloud is used:But there are no files:The "deleted" section:I've no idea why the files were deleted. I'm a little disapointed because the files were very important.I hope someone can help me. if you have questions, please tell me. (I've subscribed to the photo subscription and I can use all the programms)thank you in advance!

What happens to a CC Library, which has been shared, if the owner of that library is removed from the Creative Cloud team or deletes their account?Any help appreciated.

Hey Everyone!In the Cloud-App Adobe says I'm using 61 GB of my space. If I check my synced Folder on my Mac I only have 49GB synced, so i guess I'm using 49GB.Where is the difference? Where are the missing 12GB?I'm using the Library quite much, but only for colors, Vector-Graphics etc… nothing that would need 12Gigs?Where do I left them? Any hints?Cheers, Michael

Hola, muy buenas, estoy tratando de recuperar la versión anterior de un .psd archivado en CreativeCloud.He seguido las indicaciones de "Preguntas frecuentes > ¿Cómo puedo ver la versiones anteriores de un archivo?" pero cuando entro en Assets y localizo el archivo, no encuentro el panel de Actividad que sugiere la guia del usuario y por tanto no puedo recuperar ni restaurar ninguna versión anterior...¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo hacerlo, por favor? Is there a way to stop CC apps creating and writing to folders in my Documents folders on a Mac? (No - I don't want to get a Windows PC, before that nonsense starts)This folder is automatically sync'd to my iCloud account and wasting space.The preferences in the Adobe CC app allow me to choose the locations for the Apps and also for the Creative Cloud Sync files.But no preferences for these annoying folders - how do I stop Adobe from filling my Documents with rubbish?Thanks in advance

I like the idea to shoot pictures with the phone and then use the cloud to sync them with the main pc at home. The smallest package for 12€ provides 20 GB of storage, plenty of space for walking around until I reach the next WIFI spot to sync the pictures with home.Now I stumbled upon an FAQ entry that states that "once the 20 GB are reached, the sync feature will stop working".Before I have to spend double the money to upgrade to 1 TB, I am sure there must be a way to flush the cloud after syncing with the desktop pc? I don't intend to use the cloud as a backup for all my photos. That's what the PC and the home NAS is for.So, in other words, what kind of control does one have over the cloud storage, the sync feature, any kind of purging etc.Has anybody any expierence witht that?Thanks.

I'm using two machines, a work desktop and a home laptop. I only need to access to select folders when at home, I haven't the hard drive space to sync them al - which it's currently doing.  To clarify, I'm signed in to both machines with the same account. How can I select which sync locally at home. Cheers, Ian

The Wifi is good, signed in to adobe account and fonts on typekit are 'synced'. But don't seem to be syncing onto indesign.

I got an email saying I can get started with the file and font syncing but it was sent to my personal email rather than my work email where i actually have registered products and need the creative cloud. When I log into creative cloud with my personal font syncing shows up but on my work email it still shows "coming soon", is there any way I can get this switched?

Hello! I've got error in Creative Cloud that says "Some files can't be synchrinized".In my CC folder i've got some weird files:Which cause this message. I can delete them when CC is not working, but they appear once app is running again.Also there is a bunch of .xd files in my CC trash bin which also can't be deleted

I brought a new laptop along with Adobe cloud a month ago and am having huge problems getting started, Lightroom CC shows my cloud storage is full which cant be right, I live in Lincolnshire UK, any help or advice would be very helpful, please keep it at a basic level.

Hey guys I have 1TB Creative Cloud storage but I wonderWhen I upload some files on my Creative Cloud then not only cloud storage but also my actual SSD storage is used by Creative Cloudis it normal?I just know Creative Cloud give to me 1TB  online storage and I use that storage instead of my actual storage. Firstly, Adobe's chat support is terrible. I've been transferred to a dedicated team during a chat session quite a number of times. All of them have Indian names and none of them are capable to answer my question and not talking about resolving an issue.So maybe community crowd could help me or at least tell if it's possible at all to do what I want. And it's pretty simple.When I share a file, I get a link and on the page in the top left I can see my Account Holder name. Is there any way I can make my Profile name to be shown there instead of Account Holder name? If it is, how can I change that?ThanksP. S. Hello,I would like to inquire if my license will changed (I'll get from another company), but if I'll use the new license with the old Adobe ID, can I have access to the old content of my files (Librarys, Assets, Presets etc.) in the Cloud? hellois it possible to have a structure of collaborating folders.. there should be one folder where the grafik designers are able to colaborateand this folder contains subfolders for collaboration with writers and I don't know how to do thatwhen I choose a  subfolder for colaboration with the writers I can only collaborate on the mainfolderis there any way to achieve my structure ??

I have about 5GB of files, and though I haven't personally counted them, CC says I have 170k of them. I moved everything to the sync folder "Creative Cloud Files". Let the syncing begin!The estimate to finish the job was 14 hours. My internet is not particularly slow. In fact, 3 hours into the sync, I buffered up a two hour movie (which loaded in its entirety in mere minutes). Granted, upload speed != download speed. I went to bed hoping the job would be finished by morning. In the morning, my estimate was down to 0 seconds even though it confusingly still had 10k files left. At this point, I had to go to work, so I closed my laptop and went to work.When I reopened my laptop at work, it started syncing again... from 0%. The files are in the CC folder, with the exception of the 10k unsynced files, they all had little green checkmark icons (indicating sync). Now my estimate is 40 something hours. I'm not sure if it's writing a second copy or if it doesn't realize that the files haven't c

inrecently bought into the adobe plan hoping to unify my work flow between my desktop, laptop, and iPad Pro.I have a 4 bay NAS that will enevitably have a 12TB+ capacity. I never intended to pay more than for the basic photography plan nor do I intend to, and 20GB should be more than good enough. Since I will definitely exceed 1TB (I mainly shoot RAW, around 8-10k a year) I plan on keeping originals locally (so using lightroom Classic cc). I started first using my iPad to import and edit... only to find out be that there doesn’t seem to be anyway to force the synced files on the lightroom Classic side I to the lightroom Classic folder hiarchy and then remove the files from the cloud. In in other words I do not know how to move the files from the CC structure in the mobile synced folder on my desktop to the NAS drive and organized according to year and date in order to retain the edits I had already done. I have a problem. I installed Adobe cc to use photoshop and lightroom. I've always kept sync turned off as I work on files locally. I tried to download a plugin from exchange and it says to turn sync on. I did that and it's trying to sync 20gb of data. The creative cloud folder doesn't contain any files and my content on adobe contains nothing. Is this trying to download all of my content from lightroom? How do I stop it from doing this? I've looked around and I just cannot figure this out. It's quite frustrating. The sync options don't seem to be very transparent. Ok so I have no idea what the heck is going on....This has been going on for days. I have done the Adobe help and troubleshot things like it suggested, but i still get this problem."Unable to sync (file/folder name) because some files in the folder are open. Please close any open files within this folder"There are no files open there are no applications open that are using that folder. Finder is open. Can I no longer have Finder open in order to sync?I have never had this issue before, and now the last 1 month this has been the issue. The folders in question contain InDesign files, Ae files, Ai files, PDFs, PSD files, JPGS, PNG.
