HiI am having troble with one of my five websites.All the colours have changed and the titles etc have changed position on my home page.Has it become corrupt?Can anyone please help?David

I am editing my website created with Portfolio and have been able to make a simple website.  However I have a problem with the "More in this collection" section of my photos.  I can see this section when I am editing the website, but after I Update Live Site, it disappears.  Does someone know why this happens?

I'm begging you, Adobe. I use at least four of your programs every day, and it feels like every time I open them there's some pop-up to use some feature I don't care about. Just let me do my work. Let me do my job. We're already paying you hundreds of dollars, we're deep in the ecosystem and not leaving, if I don't want to use your cloud saving leave me alone. If I don't want to use your AI tools, leave me alone. None of those things are going to make us stay with Adobe longer if for some reason we decide to leave. Having my workflow interrupted to dismiss your barrage of pop-ups is driving me insane.

I am having space and performance issues on my MacBook Pro. We use CC Library a lot in our collaborative work and the folder located under Creative Cloud Libraries>LIBS>xxxxxx_AdobeId>collaborated>dcx is hogging 46GB of much-needed space on my hard drive. Is there anything I can do about this? I can't delete files from the libraries themselves because we need them, but can I not have them locally on my device?

I added all my media straight to my portfolio website and now Google Chrome won't play them back. This is a major problem for a service specifically designed to help artists host their work. 

Mac M1, OS 15.2Creative cloud starting posting as damaged. Uninstalled, restarted computer, reinstalled but getting hung up at "loading tabs". It started when I tried to update Lightroom. Don't want to uninstall all apps because if they don't reload, big trouble. Bridge, PS and LrC all working fine.Suggestions? Thanks

So I just created a business acount under the same e-mail as my personal account. I had a serviceagent from Adobe help me do this.After it's done I realise, that I don't have access to to all my cloud docs when I pick my business account after login. They are all still only available when I choose my personal account after login.So how do I gain access yo all my files via the business account?As far as I can read on Adobe support, I need to manually download all the files and upload them again - but honestly? Is this 1996? There must be a way to do this automatically? I have hundreds of files, and atm I can only download one (some quite heavy psd and ai files) at a time. Although the support docs states that I can download up till 10 at a time (what a feature, jesus) - So does anyone know how to accomplish this, without spending a workweek? Hi everyone,I need to update my website on Adobe Portfolio, which has a column on the left with Logo and navigation and then on the right, a grid with different jobs.The back end is looking completelly different with the logo+navigation on top and no grid. I'm afraid to completely change it when I upload new stuff. Can someome shed a light on what's going on please. Thank you so much!!!

In order to verify your profile on mastadon users need to add custom html line that includes "me" HTML tag. Currently that is not supported in Portfolio for footer HTML code (I have my mastadon profile linked but Portfolio is ignoring "me" tag when uploading...) Sample ->  <a rel="me" href="https://your.mastadon.profile.link">Mastodon</a> Can this please be added / supported?

Good morning guys. I'm taking a break from my adobe subscription, and I received a message that if I stop subscribing my portfolio will no longer be published, does anyone know how this works? I will no longer have access to the published site and no one will be able to see it?

Hi everyone, Is it possible to backup, export, or transfer the website I make using Adobe Portfolio? I ask because I do not know how long I will be keeping my adobe services for and I don't want to end up spending hours making a website which I would have to make again if I decide to end my subscription services with Adobe. What are my best options here? Is it possible to save my website by copying the website source code or inspect element? How could this be done - if it can even be done.  Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. 

My studies are over since last year and my account is currently in the entitled discount period. My school e-mail has already been disabled but I still have access to my Creative Cloud and all the included apps. My question is: What will happpen with my account (that I'm using with my disabled school e-mail) and all the projects on the apps since I still would need to use them? If anyone has had something similar like this please let me know, as I wouldn't mind paying the full price but I don't want to use any of my projects (nor the account).

Hi, I have currently Photoshop photography plan with 20gb, My question is : I have a desktop pc and I'm willing to buy a macbook, let's say I'm working on a PSD file in the desktop and I want to shut down the desktop to continue my work in the macbook, Can I upload the PSD file to the '20gb cloud storage' and then download it to the laptop through creative cloud app and continue the work ? Is that possible ?I know this is kind of a basic question, but I just want to make sure before getting the macbook,Thank.

Im using a Mac machine with Parallels installed but the CC app is installed on the native OS, not my Parallels VM. When i click the link to the tutorial it is trying to open the webpage in Internet Explorer in Parallels even though i dont have a Windows VM installed. The current default browser is set to Google Chrome but its not using that. Is there any way to change this? 

I tried to just install Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat as that is all I need and I find that creative cloud really clogs up my devices + is very annoying to deal with, however the website will not let me install any of those apps due to not meet minimum requirements. This is a lie as I had been running these apps for a while on my current laptop but when I had to transfer accounts (transferred schools so my old one got deactivated) I couldn't sign out of creative cloud, so I tried just uninstalling everything and try again.   After it kept saying I don't meet the requirements I figured I would just deal with creative cloud then, however, it is only giving me the dmg file when I click download. Nowhere can I find the exe installer. When I try to run the dmg file it asks me if I want to run it using a exe file but then it does nothing. I tried extracting the dmg file but all I could find was the different data files, no exe installer. I am at a complete loss and I wish I could

Estou com um problema em relação à sincronização da biblioteca da Creative Cloud.A sincronização acontece normalmente, porém sempre aparece uma mensagem de erro, tanto no ícone de sincronização da Creative Cloud quanto dentro dos próprios softwares.No Photoshop, por exemplo, aparece a seguinte mensagem: "Ocorreu um problema. Sua biblioteca foi atualizada". Já desinstalei todos os app, usei também um desinstalador, fiz a limpeza do pc e reinstalei os mesmos novamente, isso duas vezes, e nada! Também entrei em contato com a Adobe mas, infelizmente, não conseguiram me ajudar com essa questão. Já não sei mais o que fazer. Se alguém aqui já tiver passado por isso e/ou puder me ajudar, agradeço!

I updated my cc library yesterday on my work computer with new logos, etc. Working remote today, logged in to my work account / work user credentials and I'm not able to access my updated library. I dont really have time to try a lot of solutions, does anyone know the fix ?

My project called Portfolio, which I shared on Behance, was ranked 3rd in the world and I wanted to change the cover photo of this project last night. And after changing it, I no longer appear in the hashtags at all. How can I solve this problem? I did not hide the project. HiI run a creative team who create web display banners in a variety of formats - social as well as the google web banners At the moment they create every banner separately. One at a time. Takes so much work and not best use of their talent. I'm looking at software that automatically resizes a banner to all the other formats. As they currently use Adobe for graphic creation would Adobe Spark offer this solution? Or is it only social dimensions where auto resizing is an option? thanks!

hello to everyone,I have a trouble  with the manage of Adobe Commerce ver. 2.4.7-p2 (magento admin) Im trying to publish a promotion  on the site.1.- I create a new sub category  for all the  products has  this promotions (2484)2.-  Inside de the option content theres a block that I use  to highlight  products,  this one was created with different slides, I create a link with image of this slide just to create a new landing page  and just show to clients the products  in the new subcategory3.- Also I created a Catalog price rule  that applies to the category 24844.- both the new category and the slide images has  an Scheduled Changes activated  to end  Jan 31th ,  but when  When I click on the image that takes you to the products in promotion of the new category, the system only reloads the home page, as if it didn identify the new category. Force a manual reindex and cache update b

However, it’s been more than five years since I’ve seen any meaningful updates or new features. It feels as though there isn’t a dedicated team working on Adobe Portfolio anymore.I’m not alone in this sentiment—over the years, I’ve noticed countless user requests and ideas posted around the community that never receive any official follow-up. Unfortunately, I also noticed there isn’t even a dedicated Adobe Portfolio category to post under, which makes me wonder about the level of support and attention this product is getting.My questions to Adobe are:Is Adobe Portfolio still actively being developed or maintained?Why haven’t we seen feature enhancements or timely improvements in such a long period?Are paying customers simply funding a product that’s no longer on Adobe’s development roadmap?I’m looking for an honest response
