My manager has a library and wishes to give me an access, so I'll be able to edit files in this library. She tried to do it several times, but it didn't work. Also, I have no notifications in Creative Cloud about it. I went to Adobe website and tried to look at the teamwork/collaboration tab for this library, it's never loaded and notificated me about an "unexpected error" .I tried logging out and back again into creative cloud and adobe website and rebooting my computer, but nothing helped. My manager and I have the similar photoshop versions (CC 2017, latest update), and we never had this problem before. I really need help!
I'm getting this error. Any ideas how to fix it?
Hi Allthis is probably a really basic question but it is driving me mad!!. I have a PSD file created in photoshop on my MacBook Pro which i want to access on my iPad to print. As far as i can tell the file is synced on creative cloud on the MacBook but when i open creative cloud on my iPad there is nothing there.........question is where is it and what am i doing wrong!
I just started using Creative Cloud last month. I use Comp CC the most. I created a test project to see how it works, and it did work. Today however, I want to sync my new projects with Creative Cloud and nothing comes up. My Creative Cloud folder is empty both in my ipad and in my desktop. In the settings tab from my Comp CC account, all it says is "Sync in progress -0% of 20 GB". But it's been like that for the past few hours. I tried restarting my ipad and desktop, logging out and in from my account and nothing happens. I tried sharing my projects from my Comp to InDesign. Does not work. It just says "Unable to send. An error occurred while uploading your project." It is very frustrating. It had worked previously, like maybe a week ago the last time I checked. Is there any solution to this?
Hi, I am confused about my storage space on my Adobe CC account as I am frequently getting alerts that I am running out of storage. I currently have a student version (20 GB limit.) When I click on the Creative Cloud info on my desktop, the dialogue box indicates that I am only using 3.22 GB (see this link for screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6qu59h). When I click on the Adobe Cloud icon and search settings, I see this (http://prntscr.com/6qu7w9) 94.75% of 20 MB. Can you help me to better understand the difference in numbers? Thank you.
The file "Etikett 4 mjöd.png" do not exist on my Mac or on the website Adobe Creative Cloud. And I get this message over and over again. Version 2.4.2.61 of Creative Cloud Sync.
I have two laptops and I was wondering if I needed each laptop to have the original .ai, .psd, etc files on each for CC to sync right.
I've placed several PDF files in the same folder and sent out public links to them. Normally using " Send Link" from either the corner (▼) menu of the document in the folder view, or the Share menu of the specific file's view, will in fact make it public the first time it is invoked, and give me the link to copy. I see a recent change to the dialog box added some other option switches, so the problems might have to do with the recent changes. For a few days I've had a problem where I use the " Send Link" menu item to get the link again, and it states that it's private (which is wrong) and doesn't provide a way to change the status in that dialog, which is not normal; this happens after the page has been in the browser for some time, and reloading the page fixed it.But now, I have a new file that I cannot share at all. I've tried reloading the page. I've tried logging out and back in. I've tried to find another way to change the statu
Whenever I choose to download an asset it says:"Extracting asset. Look for it in the Assets tab."Even after waiting and trying for multiple hours no files appear in the Assets tab.Does anybody else have this problem or know how to resolve it?
Because when I share a folder it no longer has the dark appearance as before?now it looks like this:Alvaro.
New to CC - synchronization is on but not synchronizing " 0% of 20 GB", graphics not showing in My Library of the apps. Worked during the trial phase. What is it that we didn't do in the installation process,?
I have been using Creative Cloud Assets for sharing files with my clients for a few weeks, and it was working great. I'm simply making my file public, and sending the link to the client. All of a sudden my client is getting a message saying the link she received has expired, even though I just put it up there for her. What I click on it it works. Does anyone what's going on, and how I can fix it?
Is there a way to see which user has added something to the library? We've got 10+ users with access to our libraries and I'm finding a lot of random assets being added that shouldn't be. It would be good to pinpoint where these are coming from. We did initially try it with 'can view' access for some users but as they can't use any of the assets it was essentially useless.
As title states, I have just experienced files and folders from my Creative Cloud account moving to the archives. I have restored these files, but not all made it back to their original location. I noticed other reports of this happening.
My boss recently moved all of our files over to creative cloud from Dropbox. This was easy however I have now noticed an odd issue with regards syncing files and Skype. 1st Point my Sync never seams to finish unless I restart my iMac. I had to do this 4 times yesterday.2nd Point when creative cloud is syncing my Skype kicks out and wont connect as well as my internet running super slow. This never happened with dropbox so it can't be a file size issue but more of a technical delivery system issue. My Set Up:iMac running the latest OSSkype running the latest versionCreative Cloud desktop app running at the latest versionAll other software and systems on my computer are running the latest versionNo change has happened to the average size of files I am constantly sharing and working on.No change has happened to my internet connection.I look forward to your feedback. If you have any questions or there is any data I can provide to help please let me know.Gem
I have a shared folder on my creative cloud account. Some recently edited files and no new files in that folder will sync anymore. Other collaborators on this folder are having the same issue.. For 2 days syncing on those specific files fails due to "server issue." Other files sync fine. I've tried removing the file, renaming it, then re-adding it through both the website and the creative cloud desktop sync. Neither work. When I try to re-upload the file through the website, I get an error stating I am over my storage. However, the desktop sync tool states that I'm only using 12% of my storage. Please help.I've tried the following already with no improvement:* pause/resume sync* log out/log in* quitting CC app, then relaunch* quitting CC app, removing select coresync files from User Library, then relaunch* quitting CoreSync from Activity Monitor, then quit CC app and relaunch
Somehow, my iTunes library has been backed up into my Creative Cloud files. I don't remember doing anything to cause this. Just noticed it yesterday when CC alerted me that it was having trouble syncing a file - I noticed it was a song file. I thought maybe it might have been due to having a few Adobe apps on my phone. But the Creative Cloud app is not one of them. So ... the questions are:- How might this have happened?- Can I delete them from Creative Cloud without having any effect on my local (master) copies?Perplexed,C Yarwood[Moved from Creative Suites, which is for CS6 and earlier, to Creative Cloud... Hi, all,I am receiving the following error message when Adobe Creative Cloud tries to synch: A virus was detected in Data1.cab. This file will not be uploaded. There is no evidence that a virus has infected that file. Virus checks with Windows Defender and McAfee LiveSafe complete without incident. Are there any suggestions out there for dealing with the problem I'm facing here? Thanks in advance. Matt
I have been through a couple different Adobe Techs and they are trying to research the problem for me.I have the latest and greatest version of InDesign CC as well as Creative Cloud installed. I also do not have any Typekit Fonts in the Windows Font directory as one of the other posts had mentioned. One image shows what I get when I open up an existing document. The other image is of the Creative Cloud app, under the Assets area. Notice it does not say "Sync Fonts from Typekit" or "Manage Fonts" like most of images I have found online say. When I hit the "Turn Typekit On" button, nothing happens.Has anybody had this same issue??Thank you,Chris
For the past 2 months, my Creative Cloud account, that I share with 2 other coworkers, has not been syncing on my desktop. It continuously syncs 2 of 1300 files every day. All day. Never changes. My coworkers have no issue viewing each others files, yet I do. They can never view or access my files. I am able to view all files on the CC asset browser, but not on the desktop. Below are the references my CC is currently set at. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, forced quit, and restarted. Nothing helped. Any ideas on the issue?
This morning I logged in and started working like normal. When I went to save out I noticed a new folder in Bridge called "Creative Cloud Files (unknown) with no data in it. Weird, but what ever. So I saved my file and dinked around with some file structure and cleaned up a little. I noticed that my sharing icon had disappeared from the folders and wondered about that, but kept working because I'm on a deadline. So now there is wonky data in the new file folder that doesn't match the original CC folder. I don't know where my most recent files are and some files are just plain missing. I'm aggravated and confused about what is happening. Can someone shed some light on this?!
Unless I switch off 'sync files' via CC desktop app, every time I save an ID file I get an "unable to sync" message from CC app. CC doesn't say the problem's 'due to server error', nor do I have any strange non-unix characters in my file names. I've read on forums that CC doesn't like the ghost '.idlk' file ID creates when you're working on a file.Well, as ID is an Adobe app, isn't this a conflict they should've addressed by now?Or, more likely, I'm not doing something v basic...?Many thanks
When I try to collaborate a folder by sending an email invitation, the email disappears and the invite grays out. Any idea why this is happening? Doesn't happen on all folders.
I am having that same problem now. When I try to collaborate by sending an invitation, the email disappears and the invite button grays out. Only happens on one folder. There are subfolders in it.
My stakeholders have been reporting issues when trying to access files I send them links to via public sharing. Some say they click the link and the page does not resolve at all. Some say they can see the document, but there are no options to download. Are there ideal browser type or settings for accessing these files?
