Hi,I was wondering if any one of you has experience working with CC Libraries and having to name/tag all items in a way that is easily searchable any time and by anyone.I am working on different scientific videos accompanying them with illustrated items which I use, edit and reuse regularly. So far I have up to 50 Libraries with up to 2300 items, and we are about to expand our Team of Illustrators which will also have to use the libraries. As far as I could tell from other discussion panels, there is not yet a filter system that would allow an easier way of sorting through, correct? So I was wondering if there are any ideas to work around this issue by name tagging, or similar functions? Using different, categories (e.g - all my items concerning technology are named, "technology,..." but then also more specifically "technology, spintronics, electrons, magnet...") As you can imagine that is pretty time consuming and requires a lot of discipline and still does not allow to clearly arrange
Hi! I installed Adobe Capture in my mobile phone, created a vector image just to test how it works. It's saved on the Library. Now I want to download the file on my computer to edit it but I can't move the file from the Library to my Creative Cloud Assets folder. How can I do it? Thanks!
My CC Library is not syncing with the applications on my desktop. All programs are updated to the most current version as well as my computer (MacOS Sierra Version 10.12.4).I have already tried rebooting my computer, changing my location on my Adobe profile, uninstalling/reinstalling the programs, and restarting Creative Cloud desktop app, but it did not resolve the issue.I need to be able to access my stock images and graphics for work purposes, with a project due this week. So, any solutions you can provide asap would be appreciated.Thank you!
Hello! I have a question about the Creative Cloud folder structure/syncing.I installed the Creative Cloud Desktop application on my MacBook Pro and then installed the following programs: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro.Once I had done that I switched 'file sync' on in the Desktop Application bar.I noticed that I have three different areas called 'Creative Cloud Files' and one of these folders is called 'Creative Cloud Files Unknown' [see screenshot below].Does anyone know why there are three separate locations? Which area am I supposed to save my files in so that I can sync them with the cloud? Can I delete the one that says 'unknown' in the file name? I assume that the folder listed in the Favourites Bar is the same place as the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder in my account?
I dragged a simple folder of images onto Assets opened in a Chrome browser, it says:Uploading this type of file or folder is not supported via drag-and-drop."Well it's a simple folder of simple images - dragging and dropping onto assets.adobe.com in Chrome - latest version, but on Mac Mavericks.I went to Adobe chat.Adobe Chat rep told me:"Let me inform you that on Adobe Cloud storage you do not have an access to drag and drop files from a folder at a time. You need to upload each file at a time to cloud storage."I said "If it's the way it always is then it's pretty much worthless wouldn't you say?"Was told "You can drag and drop one file at a time to upload to Cloud storage."It's like a car with one tire.
I discovered this issue today and haven't been able to find any answers. One of my CC team members is without their computer temporarily so they are working on an alternate computer for a few days. Rather than syncing all of our files, she is selectively downloading a project, working on it, and then using the "Replace" option on the CC website to upload the edited file(s). The version listing on the website updates correctly with the new file, and the option to revert to previous versions is still there. However, the new version is not syncing correctly to other team member's desktops. The modified date on the folder containing the file is updating, but the file itself is not. This is a big problem for us, so obviously we will stop using the "Replace" feature, but this seems like a bug. Maybe the "Replace" option wasn't meant to be used this way, but if not, I don't understand what it would be for. Any insight would be helpful.
I can't seem to find any documentation that refers to the workings of the Archived functionality in Creative Cloud. Could anyone point me to such information? I'm curious, for example, whether archived files count against my 20 gig allotment (for that matter, I'm also curious if my Library files count again my 20 gig data allotment), and essentially, what the purpose of the archived section is… is it just to move unimportant files out of sight?
I am trying to sync Photoshop Libraries to Creative Cloud. Photoshop indicates library has synced with CC; opening panel of CC says all files are up to date but when I try to open in the web nothing is there. I have relaunched my CC desktop application and have verified with my antivirus software provider that the firewall is not blocking. Help please and thank you!
I have used CC for several years now with no issues at all, but in the last 3 weeks I have had serious connectivity issues which we thought were due to a broadband fault but after inverstigation our ISP adviced that in the last 30 days our upload has dramatically increased from a few GB to over 30GB and they thought we had a virus.A technician examined all our PC's and found them to be free of malware, etc but did advice that in the last 30 days my PC, which is the only one running CC, and that CoreSync had indeed uploaded 35GB - now our usage hasnt changed so what is going on with coresync and why is it hogging all our upload, as we are based in a rural area ADSL is our only option and short of uninstalling CC completely I don't seem to be able to sort this issue.I am not using AVG, but I have tried the workaround regarding this - but I use Windows Defender. We are using Windows 10 and all apps should be up to date.I have today stopped any Adobe file syncing in the hope that it
I have been from time to time getting "cannot back up to Creative cloud" with no reason why. I have searched and searched and cannot find out why. I have starting backing up to iCloud as it works every time. The links to art etc., in the Creative Cloud, work fine, just not the main file, sometimes it does and others it doesn't. If I rename it then it seems to go, but I can't do this all the time or I will have so many duplicate files to search. Does anyone know why and or how to fix this?Ron
I'm looking to use my library features. I have some secure assets that I want to protect. I like the idea of sharing libraries with internal designers but I can't find any information on the actual security of putting assets in my library/creative cloud. If my library/CC isn't secure does anyone have suggestions how to create a private library that is housed locally?Any info would be much appreciated.
I occasionally get this issue when sending a public link to CC files and folders. The link works when tested prior to sending both when logged in and logged out .I have check this forum and found no answerLink here https://assets.adobe.com/link/96f2f1af-9d21-4363-6854-485223fd55b1regardsMark
My desktop apps are now having problems with flashing like a busy traffic light that is blinking. It acts as if it is trying to load. the four applications noted above on this post are all having the same issue. I have searched other postings but found only one answer and that answer was re-posted as not solved. So I am starting this post. This is very odd behavior. Please fix or suggest. This is not isolated to my system. There are too many complaints.Thank youBen
Background: I have a work account for adobe and have created 6 libraries that our team is collaborating on.Question: What happens to those libraries if my account is gone? (I'm leaving for a new job) Do they live on because they have collaborators? Can I change ownership of them? Thanks!
I am still having this problem. I first noticed it at the same time the OP here posted, and I had started my own post about it. I am getting the same error message: “Unable to sync <filename> due to server error.”The advice from Adobe is to “try again after some time,” but when I need to get files to a client, that’s not helpful. I am going to have to switch to Dropbox until this gets resolved.
I have been pulling my hair out with regards to many aspects of Creative Cloud for Teams (all apps version, Desktop and Mobile). The VIP help is utterly useless and they do not know their own products. They also cannot help me via the VIP support for the Mobile Apps even though the sales people assured me that I would have that support.Simple Problem:On my iPad (all up to date IOS and apps), I am trying to add a collaborator to one of my existing libraries. I am logged into the correct account.Procedure Used:1) Open Creative Cloud App and log in and/or ensure I am logged in to correct account.2) Tap/Select "Libraries" tab at the top of display.3) Tap/Select one of my libraries. It opens.4) Tap the elipsis at the top right of display, it opens to 3 choices, tap last choice "Collaborators"5) Collaborators list opens and lists me at the top and one other collaborator.6) Tap the icon on top right (+ sign with person icon), this opens "Add Collaborator" box.7) I type in an email

Hi there,I have been having problems with syncing files in my Creative Clouds.I am using an iMac (OS X Ver 10.11.6) and MacPro (OX 10.11.5) and I am on Creative Cloud 4.0.0.185 1. The files that wouldn't Sync "due to server error" were deleted from my Creative Cloud folder on both my iMac and MacPro2. The files were also deleted under "All" and "Archived: online at https://assets.adobe.com/3. These files were personal files I used at work. They are not public.4. Despite the aforementioned, I am still receiving notification for "There was a problem syncing some files." (See attached picture below)Question:A. What is wrong with Creative Cloud?B. What can I do to solve this.I hope some one will get back to me regarding this asap.Thanks.

Situation: The Creative Cloud update procedure has been causing my synched fonts to be deactivated without any warning or notification. This can cause serious problems, because the layout changes for no apparent reason.Version of Creative Cloud: not sure; the app only shows that an update is available ("Features in Version 4.0.1.188"), and the only options are Install Now or Quit.App area: unavailable; the gear icon only offers Help, Pin to notification area, and Quit.OS: Windows 10 Pro; 64-bitI am using synched fonts in a Microsoft Word document; specifically, Adobe Garamond Pro, and Adobe Garamond Pro Bold. Yesterday, the font faces displayed correctly. The computer has not been shut down or restarted. This morning, the same document is not showing the faces correctly. Word reports the font as Adobe Garamond Pro Bold, but it is not bold. This screen capture shows Word reporting that the highlighted text is set as Adobe Garamond Pro Bold:The CoreSynch-2017-03-30.log file was saved yes
