Creative Cloud Services

Found a blog post which seemed to indicate that it was as simple as right clicking the Creative Cloud folder and choosing which folders you wanted to sync in the resulting context menu option.blogs.adobe.com/vikrant/2014/11/selectively-sync-folders-on-your-computer-using-creative-cloudThe option does not appear in either Yosemite or El Capitan.

I often work from home and this week I tried to access my files and they have not synched since Dec 9, 2015. So any work I did past then is not available at home. The files created up to that date are all there and It says everything is already synched, but they are older versions. I have quit cloud and re-started. I have signed out and back in, but neither has prompted it to synch. How can I get this to start working again. At home I did update the apps recently. Any known issues? If so, any fixes? I often get stuck working late at night and I would rather do that from home than the office. I searched the forum and found a similar question but the answer was just a reference to 2 old links that did not help.

I been trying to find the license agreement for Adobe Type Kits Fonts.I want to know is allow and what not allow for using the Fonts in Adobe Type Kits service.I type Adobe Type Kits Fonts in YouTube.com and it haven't clear any confusion I been having.I know for sure that I can use the fonts in my projects but can't use the fonts and package to another print service but I want to more about the can and can't with Adobe Type Kits Fonts service.thank in advance.

Hi, i will try my best here because english isn't my first language. The problem is the following: I'm trying to install Creative Cloud in my computer and when i try to inicializate session, this messagge appears.I tried with de CC cleaner tool, and reinstalling it again. But the same error appears again and again. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you

Estoy usando en mi sitio Acumin Pro y Trump Gothic Pro, ambas disponibles para uso web en Typekit. Me he fijado que esté usando la versión para web y no la regular (que crearía una imagen en lugar del texto), pero a pesar de eso, ya exportando el sitio a HTML y subiéndolo a mi host (uso Cyberduck), cuando entro al sitio Acumin no se muestra el explorador la cambia por Helvética. Lo raro es que Trump Gothic sí se muestra en el sitio como texto y  sin problemas. Creo que si hubiera cometido algún problema ni Trump Gothic se mostraría.Ayuda.

I just installed the November 2015 release version of photoshop cc.I noticed and confirmed that the sync settings were gone.   I have both a home desktop and a work laptop and I synced my settings so  that any changes I made to my workspace or preferences on my work computer including short cuts would propagate to my home computer.   Now that option seems to have gone away.  I read that I can export and import presets but I really liked being able to sync my preferences and my workspaces between the two computers so as to maintain a consistent interface.Why was that capability removed and is there still a way to sync my shortcuts,  workspaces and preferences as well as the presets?

Creative Cloud no longer allows me to upload PSDs as it says storage is full, however there are only 5 PSDs in the library and my archive is empty after deleting the rest.

I'm working on a 330 pages complex projects, each page has his own folder (Page Folder) which contain one, two or three sub-folder (Part folder) containing part of the page.To simplify the management ,16 pages are grouped into one folder (Forme Folder).I started recently using Creative Cloud Drive to back-up this project and sync it with my laptop.My problem is very strange, when assembling the final page, I have to move several Part Folders Into their appropriate page folder, then assemble the page with the content of the Part Folder.I do my work which take about 20 minutes for 16 pages, then I have to print them (have to take a coffee while waiting for the printout), when finish, I look into the Page Folders, everything looks fine except for one Page folder which now contains a duplicate of all the Part Folders (and containing files) of this 16-page sections.Which means that it duplicate all my files, and upload/download all the files twice on each computer  (lots of data transf

After the update, I lost my files and I can't find them locally. Is there a number I can call about recovering my CCfiles?

Ever since I updated to CC14 (InDesign, PhotoShop, etc.) files synching to the cloud has been crazy.  For the longest time they would not synch at all, so I removed all files and uploaded them again (which took a long time).  This worked fine for two days.  Now, as I start my morning, I see that in my CC folder each file lists that it has a conflicted copy on my Mac. If I click on the little cloud icon at the top of the screen I see the yellow exclamation mark stating that some files failed to synch.  If you click the Learn More button it takes you to a page showing the the cloud is working properly.  Well what good is that when the cloud clearly isn't working properly.I am so tired of the files not synching.  Does anyone have any idea how to stop the conflicts and make it all work perfectly like it used to before CC14?Thanksdeb

I can use Creative Cloud but can't link to libraries, keep getting message "There was a problem with your account. Please log into Creative Cloud online to check your account. "??

The progress bar gets almost all the way to the end and then stops while the wheel keeps spinning.  Eventually the progress bars completes and about 30 seconds later, I'll get a message saying that the sync failed.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is it something I'm doing?  Is there a "traffic jam" problem to the cloud right now?

how can i get a file on my computer to my phone thru creative cloud??

The mac synced and deleted all mobile collections and all photos. Anyway to recover. These were all of our newborn photos from our recent baby's birth....

guten morgen zusammen,am freitag letzte woche habe ich adobe, illustrator und co auf den neusten stand gebracht - nach dem update habe ich allerdings massive probleme mit meiner creative cloud.die daten werden nur noch in photoshop in der bibliothek angezeigt, nicht aber in illustrator. in indesign funktionierts. wenn ich dann im browser die daten gegen checken möchte wird lediglich die anzahl der files angezeigt, nicht aber die daten selbst.kennt jemand das problem bzw. kann mir helfen?beste grüßemarkus

I have multiple project folders within my Creative Cloud Assets. Most projects are old and there hasn't been any changes to files in a while. Another designer here is working on files hosted in a new shared project folder. When I checked to see if the files synced ok so that I could begin working on them I noticed that the file sync said that 6000+ files were trying to sync. It looks like all my files are trying to sync for some reason. This is preventing the files I need to work on from being synced quickly. It says it will take 22 hours to complete the sync, but I'm worried something still won't be right tomorrow. I got on the web view of my assets and checked off a couple older project folders and clicked "Leave Folder", but it looks like it's still trying to sync them on my computer. Any idea why this is happening? How can i prevent Creative Cloud rom syncing those older folders/files that should already be synced? Thanks for any help.

I have created libraries with files from illustrator and photoshop. I want to share the libraries with colleagues, and clicked on 'share link'. It opened 'my assets' in the browser, but I get a message saying the library cant be found.So, how do I sync the libraries on my desktop to My Assets? I thought it would be automatic. The library panel in photoshop says syncing is up to date, so not sure why its not appearing.Your assistance would be appreciated, thanks! I'm using the latest Adobe photoshop cc and Illustrator cc, on a macbook.

This morning I had two dozen images in my creative cloud library viewable on by phone apps and main PC apps. Now the library is empty everywhere I look.what happened?

All of my photos have been deleted from my library and cannot be found on the cloud. What happened and how can I reverse that?

I use cc on two seperate computers but recently I have noticed that not all my files are syncing. This is very frustrating. Can someone please shed some light?

Is there a way to make the folders stand out a bit more from the actual files? I like having a visual representation, but at times I spend too much time trying to find a folder.Creative Cloud for iOS

Hi Community!My team has been trying to use Adobe CC libraries to share and collaborate assets. So far sharing smart objects, brushes, etc has gone well. However we ran into an issue today where we were testing out layer styles. Everyone collaborating in the CCL folder can see the layer styles, but only some people can get them to apply to their fonts, shapes etc. The rest of the team can't apply them to anything. We are all on Macs, and though not everyone on the team has their PS completely up to date ( 2 or 3 people are an update or 2 behind atm) there has been no connection between that ( ie: people running the latest PS can't get it to work, and people running an update or 2 behind are having it work just fine). We are all running the same OS X as well I believe, Yosemite 10.10.5.I have been sitting online waiting to chat to a help person, but it's been a little over 30 minutes and no one has popped in to talk to me yet so I figure I'd see if anyone in the community could help whi

I signed out of my creative cloud desktop app and now I am able to import fonts from incoming documents. Anybody now how to reactivate active file syncing?
