Creative Cloud Services

Most (not all) of my used textstyles doesn't appear in global styles. Thus, I cannot change them globally.  How can I manage that? Thanks, Otto

Hey! I'm trying to download Premiere Pro and CC on my computer but every time my CC finishes downloading my premiere pro it always crashes and gives me an error message. So I send report and it tells me that my Premiere Pro isn't updated despite it being Up To Date. So I decided to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. I made sure to back up some files and log it before completely cleaning it entirely. Unfortunately, this solution has failed me many times since I kept trying to use the CC Cleaner tool and the error still pops up. So I'm trying to figure out what the issue here is.

The first screen shot is what I see on page Adobe AccountHowever when I click Access your apps and services whole page looks like the following. That I have expired subscriptions etc.I also can't access my apps on desktop and Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't recognize my subscription.

Hi, Over the years, I've accumulated two accounts, both accounts have an annual plan.Is there a way to chage both plans to one account so I can delete the other account. Thank you in advance for your help. 

In the navigation panel, the home page is referred to as WORK.  I want it to say HOME.  How can I edit that?  Thanks!

Why is this "Creative Cloud Files Personal Account" folder showing up on the windows explorer and how do I remove it? It just appeared on its own. I don't use the creative cloud stuff. 

Hello all,I am getting the following error (see screenshot) that my firewall settings are blocking Creative Cloud services.The IT specialist at the company has checked everything. Port 80 / Port 443 are enabled and the firewall is not blocking anything.A new installation of Creative Cloud and Adobe XD did not work.Switching off the firewall did not help either.Has anyone had the same problem and a solution?

Hi Adobe Community, I wondered if you could kindly assist with a question?For those users at our company with Creative Cloud installed, they've been receiving a prompt from our security tool that it blocked CCXProcess.exe from creating a scheduled task in Windows Task Scheduler. Reading up on CCXProcess.exe online, it appears this process is used to update tutorials, templates etc. Is that correct? Even if you disable CCXProcess.exe from Startup (MSCONFIG), launching Creative Cloud will also start CCXProcess.exe. Can CCXProcess.exe be completely disabled? Or is it needed? Also, does anyone know what this scheduled task does (that's it's trying to create)? Many Thanks, PMII.

Hi, I recently tried to open Lightroom and then Photoshop on my Creative Cloud apps to be told the operating system I'm on no longer supports them?  I'm paying nearly £10 a month for this facility, and was using until recently.  Can anyone offer any advice.  I've uninstalled and installed now a couple of times.  It seems weird they've just stopped working.  I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.7. I have been trying to reach my portfolio without success. And when I go to my published portfolio all the layout is messed up. This message I get when I try to enter the editor version:Error 503 Resource temporarily unavailableResource temporarily unavailableError 54113------------------------

Bonjour,  Je suis à la recherche d'une solution concernant plusieurs problèmes quotidiens qui durent déjà depuis un moment. IMPOSSIBLE D'OUVRIR LE DOCUMENT (cf PJ "Screen")Dès que j'essaye d'ouvrir un document (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), le message suivant s'affiche (voir pièce jointe) : "Impossible d'ouvrir le document "Nom du document". Vous ne disposez peut-être pas des droits d'accès nécessaire ou le document est déjà ouvert.   > Je suis donc bloqué sur le moment. "We can't load this content, try again later."Both Desktop app and the web page don't show the page with the apps and updates.The problem seems to be in the desktop, since I have disconected the device via (activated-devices) and the web page shows normaly.But I could't fix it.

I accidentally signed in as a personal account, not a business account - this is now automatically selected. There is no "select your profile" on/of option at Account and security. What now? I have tried deleting my account, but now, when I try to create a new account, it asks me if I want to retreive my old account.

Photoshop won't let me use its beta version because it says "I'm underage", which I'm not. Does anyone know how I update my date of birth? I was unable to find that information in my account. thank you so much

  When installing the Creative Cloud desktop application, your computer generates a folder called "Creative Cloud Files." The sync service previously created a backup of the contents of the folder online, but this service is discontinued (see this for more info:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html).  Sometimes, you may want to remove this shortcut from the Navigation panel or the sidebar. Despite its removal, it reappears after upgrading or reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop application.   For individual users for whom 'Creative Cloud Synced files' had been discontinued, CCF folders would be renamed to "Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <profile_id/guid>". One month ago I connected the customer service of Adobe because my whole creative cloud went missing. Adobe just blamed me for deleting my own files and have now 1000 illustrator files missing links. The cloud system of adobe is unsafe and is definitely NOT the place you want to store your documents! I mentioned there should be a backup of the cloud system and they can just restore my backup so I have all my documents back (THAT JUST DISAPPEARED BECAUSE THE UNSAFE CLOUD). Adobe just doesn't want to ADMIT it is THEIR fault and that the cloud they provide is an UNSAFE environment. Adobe "promised" to solve my issues and they are not doing anything. 1 month in this issues I have to manually relink all my files that are missing. 1000+ files.. and adobe refuses to help. I had 5 chat sessions from 1+ hour, screen session, multiple emails and they are not doing anything but repeating. Hi! I have a custom Namecheap Domain which I linked with my adobe Portfolio site. For some reason, when using that Link, Adobe reports it as missing... I contacted Namecheaps support because I expected that I must have misconfigured something but after taking a look at my setup, they confirmed that everything was in order and the problem can not be on Namecheaps end. They advised me to contact Adobe. Now I wanted to contact Adobes support but they do not offer that for "free" software... Any idea what the solution might be? What can I do, I am quite out of options here and really need this to be working. If you need more info, please let me know! I thank you in advance for any input! Have a nice day!

I had a portfolio/website at an adobe account that is now closed and my website is still up. I started my own new account. Is there a way to connect to the old portfolio? 

Hi - I think it may have been 2020 when there was an effects dropdown that said studio echo, a very simplistic effect which used numbering for more echo. It hasn't been around for a while and the echo sound effect is a bit odd for me and more club DJ type echo and sound effect. All i wanted was a slight echo to give a different sound to my voice. Is that dropdown still avaliable?

I have a number of files in my Creative Cloud online storage. However, on my Mac (Big Sur 11.7.7), the Creative Cloud Files folder in my user directory is empty (apart from a hidden "Icon?" file). File syncing in my Creative Cloud App is showing "Up to date".  I have already paused and resumend syncing, deactivated and reactivated Core Sync finder extensions, renamed the old Creative Cloud folder and created a new one by changing the folder location setting in the CC syncing settings, quit my CC desktop app and restarted my Mac – to no avail. What else can I do?
