Creative Cloud Services

Dear Community,As I tried to upload a file to my Creative Cloud via a Desktopn app, I got an error that I'm not allowed to uplaod anythign bigger than 1 Gb.As far as I could google, i should be able to uplaod files up to 5 Gb on the Desktop app, but seems, that might not be case anymore. Or am I doing smth else wrong?The file is 1.9 Gb big and in .tif format.Thanks and regards!

I have been getting a notice that my cloud storage is full . When I try to delete thereis nothing to delete . I also looked on my computer for  adobe creative cloud and ther eare no files to delete? I tried using adobe Chat  with a specialist and got cut off . Any help would be appreciated

I am using a runtime action to do some post processing and integrations with other systems after an Asset in AEM is published. I need to be able to do a get request based on the path from the parameters passed into the Runtime action. When using a local JWT token (or setting up JWT) I can pull down the data on the assets.  The issue I run into is that when using OAuth, I can get a Bearer Token but using that Bearer Token results in a 401 unauthorized error when getting the asset. I have tried reading through a lot of the docs for the various APIs I can configure from the project to add to the OAuth Scope but keep running into the same unauthorized error. I have looked through the docs on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/extending/mac-api-assets on CRUD API  calls for assets but OAuth scope is never mentioned for being able to access these endpoints. What am I missing in being able to access the assets from wit

Ive just decided to create a portfolio and i am unable to add any pages to my portfolio. I'm am clicking on the "+" icon and multiple page options show up however when i click on one nothing happens, is this is glitch/bug?

I have a personal Adobe account which is recently added to Adobe for Teams account for work. When I checked my libraries, the assets/projects are gone. I thought this could be because I was signed in to the wrong profile, but I was NOT THE CASE because two public libraries I saved on my personal profile are still there, as well as my old personal cloud documents, but not my library files. They're just gone, not even on deleted files etc. I need a way to recover them.

The cloud bin is empty but 95B is used, what files are taking up the cloud if the bin is empty? Thanks

Ola, sei que nao eh o lugar certo mas nao achei onde postar.Estou tendo problemas com minhas fotos publicadas no BEHANCE.  Recebi um aviso de "violacao das regras por n u d e z e conteudo s e x u a l" ... mas nao tem NADA disso nas fotos. Eh um projeto de fotos de halloween.  Fiz o apelo atraves do proprio email mas nao foi aceito pelo mesmo motivo.EXISTE um erro muito grande nesse julgamento e gostaria de saber o q esta acontecendo.  Se for algo automatico, existe um problema MUITO grave com os filtros da ADOBE.AIIIII EH PRA MATAR HEIN ADOBE!? I had serveral moodboards on my behance account. Now since the latest update all my moodboards are gone and my account looks like I did nothing before and is empty of all the stuff I saved. What can I do to get my moodboards back? Also my profile before?

We have a large touch screen at our event and will run a slideshow from this for visitors to browse a series of articles (saved as pdfs). I can link the pdf to a slide and when running in slideshow mode, the pdf opens perfectly, but how do I force the user back to the slideshow once they've finished reading the pdf? There is no keyboard or mouse of anything attached to the touch screen.Any ideas on a solution even if it's a workaround? Thank you so much. (Note we have 50 slides, each one links to a pdf document. Some pdf documents are 130 pages long)

Hi, When I upload audio to my portfolio site, I get a message saying that my content has been uploaded but is being converted. This conversion never completes and the audio player never loads, even after MANY hours waiting. My files are mp3 and no more than 2MB each. Is there a workaround or a timeline for this issue to be fixed? Thanks!

Hallo zusammen,ich habe das Foto-Abo mit 20GB. Und ich hätte gern einfach ein wenig mehr Cloud-Speicher.Habe ich wirklich nur die Option, 1TB für rund 11 Euro zu buchen oder mein Abo zu wechseln? Gibt es keine Möglichkeit, pragmtisch einfach nur 100 oder 200 GB für 2-5 Euro hinzuzubekommen? Gruß

Should I install the Google analytics tag on each page of my Adobe portfolio or enter the ID code is enough? Google analytics says that (see attachment) Is it working with only the ID connected ? Hello! I have a Macbook, and I had a ton of picture files for work stored in the Creative Cloud on my desktop. The Creative Cloud shortcut has disappeared from the finder app, and I cannot locate all of the folders that were in the creative cloud application on my desktop. How can I access all of these files? 

Just that, why does it have to be thay way? Its literally nonsensical, it doesn't let me update anything at all, it stops

Hello, i was making na animation.After a while it closed by ti self, and when i tried to access it, a menssage apeared saying "Problem opening the file".I really hope you solve this problem, as this animation took two many time.Thank you very much for your attention

Adobe cloud storage amout will not go to zero. Permanetly deleted everything and still I have 11.2 GB of ghost files I cannot find. Any easy solutions for this? Wish I could just purge everything. Thanks

Hello,I've been experiencing an issue with all my Adobe apps (except the main CC app itself & Acrobat). It's not very consistent, but I've been getting an Error 205 whenever I start an Adobe application. Here are my notes and observations about the whole problem:- I use Windows 10 x64. Latest version in all the apps.- It's really incosistent but most of the time, when I launch an Adobe app, I will get the 205 error. And once it happens, it starts happening every time.- Tried out everything the official help post (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-licensing-error-205.html) said (cleared out my Credential Store, restarted Windows, logged out and logged back in etc.) the problem does go away for a bit but eventually comes back.- I've also tried out a lot of the things that were said in similar forum posts (restarting Windows, logging out and logging back in etc., restarting the Credential Manager service, removing the Adobe credentials both through the Control Panel for

Hello,I wold like to show on my smart TV photos stored in Creative Cloud.  is that possible ?  Is there an app that I need to install in my smart TV to connect to my creative cloud ? 

I have purchased a CC plan and so far, as part of this plan, I also had the opportunity to use the application after installing this service on the iPad. So far, because after buying a new iPad, I discovered that the CC application is no longer in the Polish Apple store. This is important because the applications were installed on the iPad from the CC level, while when you install programs directly from the store, the Company requires you to buy a subscription. Unfortunately, questions to the guardian end with a referral to a page with a link to install a non-existent application.

When I enter my account, it goes directly into a company account, while I am a student, and it does not give me the option to change it, so the corresponding programs do not appear

So sometimes when I launch the desktop app it displays as nomal, but recently on the left side bare where it says Apps Files and Marketplace, the Files section is just completely absent

 Hello, I am running OS 10.13.6 on an iMac 2010. The agent on Adobe chat was very helpfull, but advised me that I need at least system 10.15 to be able to run any available Creative Cloud software, that he can supply links for.  I am unable to upgrade, the hardware is too out of date. My Macbook was stolen, and I just need to use Photoshop CC and Indesign CC for a few days in order to get any work done, until my Macbook can be replaced. I was still running compatable Creative Cloud apps until January 2024 on this Mac. I am getting desperate trying to find a short term solution. Any expert advice will be greatly appreciated.

I treid to intsall Adobe CC but it dosent work i click on the download button but  it never starts it dostent matter how often i click.IT is not only Adobe CC but all other things they dont download i tried the CC cleaner even though i dont had any adobe apps i tried using a diffrent browser but it didnt work im using chrome i tried to install other things (a nother browser) but  they worked. I dont tkink something is wrong with my system because only adobe thngs dont download
