HiFiles and font sync turns off when I work with InDesign directly on the CC disctop files folder. It use to be ok to work directly in sync mode, but apparently not any more. I guess the problem is the backup file that InDesign creates, that consist of signs behaps not allowed (?). It use to work for me, but not any more..?Do anyone els have the same problem?Jørgen

Adobe cloud update has locked up on my computer, now what do I do?  Adobe photoshop locked up a few days ago also, had to reboot, don't want to do that again.

I only work on an iMac and don't have iPad, SmartPhone etc. Am I missing something out without this File Sync in the Cloud? I make backups on a local hard disk. I never used this file sync and don't want to get into something I don't need.regards, heKu

[emphasis added]So I eagerly logged into my TypeKit account, via Creative Cloud, and when I filter down to only the fonts for desktop use, there are only 205!So where are the other 500 fonts Adobe just advertised?

2 of my ai files were removed today from the cloud without me doing anything.  It just popped up in the right hand corner with an update "####.ai was removed".  It seemed to do it when i lost internet connection.  How do i keep that from happening again and how do i get my files back?

Hello,While my files are syncing up just fine, the Typekit fonts don't appear to be working at all.  I can select a font from Typekit, and it will appear in the "synced fonts" list on theTypekit website, but the fonts never appear on the creative cloud app nor are they available in any of my applications.  Anyone else experiencing this?-Jon

I cannot find the fonts to download them, can someone please help me?

Yesterday I started to  Sync, and for a few hours eveything looks great, but this morning I recive a message about problems with the server (and it is not my internet connection). Anyone else have this problem?

Since this forum mostly has to do with problems, I thought I'd add kudos to the File and Font Sync team for improvements in your handling of brief file syncing outages.I experienced a week or more long lack of ability to sync my Typekit fonts and files. This was fixed for with with the version 232 update to Creative Cloud Desktop app. (Thanks also to the Typekit team who provided constant support during this period.)This morning, I experienced a brief outage on both of my computers (fonts disappeared, file syncing unavailable). After about a half hour, I was pleased to see that the syncing and fonts returned automatically so I see you're making some progress. Thanks for your efforts. I'm sure it's not an easy job.

Hi all, I've just had a bit of a scare and I want to confirm if this going to be a potentially future problem for me - and if so what's the best way to deal with it.I have signed up for the File Sync feature in CC and it seemed to be working well. Thus far it has...a) saved me the need to manually transfer my current work files from my iMac to Macbook when going out to see clients, andb) given me an additional form of backup in the event of a major hardware issueEvery month I backup all my files to 2 external hard drives, plus keep a copy of all files locally on my iMac - removing from my current folder all the jobs that have been finalised.I just was doing my standard backup procedure now and noticed one of my finalised job folders with no files in them but the folder structure still there. I then had a search through all my other job folders and found another client folder with my InDesign files gone but the linked image files still there.Thank goodness Mac's Time Machine bailed me o
