Hello, a cilent gave me link via assets.adobe and it appears I cannot download folders, instead it seems i can only download Individual files within the folders, one at a time. The issue is there are over 1,000 files. Is there a reason I cannot download the Folders? Thanks.

Hello, I received a notification from Adobe that fraud was detected on my account and my one-year renewal was canceled with no refund. I was also informed that my account was given a 30-day trial as a gift.   As I always try to use licensed apps, this ridiculous situation against me pushes me to use cracked apps. I requested a refund by submitting an expenditure objection through my bank, and if this problem is resolved, i.e. if my account is reactivated, I can cancel this request to the bank.

Is there a way to pay for 1 TB of cloud storage annually instead of monthly?

I got my subscription for the full plan (all apps included) and paid the first fee already. Why when I check the apps instead of having a download button I still have the  "try" one? On the other hand the "purchase" button is not available so I wonder if they give you the trial version to start with even if you bought the plan and then it just keep working (?)

I have uploaded more then 100.9 GB on my creative cloud account, I used it too store all of my work. Now I'm not able to see or download any of my files. What should I do now? Now I want to download all of my files from cloud. How can I do that?

I created a new page - cover right - for my about me page however when i create it there is no navigation on the top of the page. I have navigtion turned on for site wide. It works for all other pages.I tried deleting the page and creating a new one and this did not work.It seems as though any page created that is - cover right - or cover left - won't let me have a navigation about  of it. when i create a - center page - the navigation works.  Am I doing something wrong or forgeting something or did adobe mess up? Thanks

o meu cretive cloud dá um problema que ele não carrega a biblioteca de jeito nenhum, ele fala que "erro de sincronização de biblioteca" e quando eu abro algum aplicativo da adobe como o illustrator por exemplo ele diz que "não foi possivel se estabelecer com a intenet.já tentei de tudo, tentei os proprios tutoriais da adobe e nada funciona.estou utilizando as versões mais recentes de todos os aplicativos e já reinicei eles mais de 4 vezes.

For desktop, I can disable it with no problems.However, I can't find any solution for the mobile apps.Is there a way to disable photo sync for Adobe All apps on all mobile devices?For the step of importing images into the Adobe app (mobile phone), just this step and the images are already synced. When I open the desktop apps, the images imported from my phone are showing in the cloud in desktop apps.I want it to not sync to the cloud when importing photos into the mobile app. Please, anyone, give me advices.

Hi,All of my files in my creative cloud have disappeared and I can not have an access to them from anywhere. The situation is horrible since I had many gigabytes of important data there. Now the "assets.adobe" thing shows just about 5 random adobe xd files. I do not use the desktop "cloud", anymore because it is eating my computer memory so much (it is not a "cloud", but a duplicate of the cloud files in your computer), so I need the access to the files via browser.I am very frustrated. Do you have the same problem? This is a horrible situation and I don't even know how much I have lost. I have browsed the files, documents, assets and just those few files.  

Whenever I upload a video or image to Adobe Portfolio Background it either adjusts the image size or messes up the resolution or in this case both. I've tried making my videos/images the right size to avoid this but for some reason that info can be found nowhere online so I've just been making do with it until now. Now it's gotten on my nerves what are the correct parameters for Adobe Portfolio's Background? Does it even have one? If not what do I do about the video resolution and scaling problem?

i'm unable to login behance profile , wrong password shows but it was the correct password. the reset button not working

Thanks in advance for any help. I looked on the forum but most results are from 2020 or earlier. I have a team currently all using XD to create their files. I come from a drop box world where we could all have a shared account we subscribed to and everyone could access each others work.. collaberation.  With Adobe Cloud it seems that everyone works in a silo and has to share their work if anyone else wants to work on it. This is an issue on multiple levels. As I was looking into Adobe's offering I found Synced Files. This was a place where I can create a folder with sub folders for things like (assets, comps, layouts, etc...).  This would solve my problem because I could share folders with a team offering a localized place for all assets.  However it seems I can't save or work from Synced Files directly. It seems I would have to work local and upload the file which is not going to happen. Before I waste anymore time am I looking for a solution that do

I will no longer use CC and need to download all my files, but unfortunately not all my files show up on the CC desktop app, only on Web version and Mobile App (Where I can't download them in bulk). Basically there are images that should be appearing on the desktop app but they are not findable on the files section of the Desktop app. They only show up if I search each individual missing image by name, and only show up as a search result: if I press "Locate" I get a popup warning me: File not Found. Do I really have to download them manually from Mobile App and transfer to PC? Also since I will no longer pay for CC I'm very concerned to where they will go if I don't backup in time. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance

Hi all!Ive recently come to a head wit downloading and installing my apps. Ive been trying to download photoshop because I accidentally deleted it. It just simply wont download at all. I have a feeling in clearing out my laptop I deleted a plug in from the creative cloud that is imperative when using the apps. Honestly I dont know. I tried deleting the creative cloud app to reinstall and then download associated apps, but now this simply just wont work either. It downloads but then deletes itself. Im at a lose for what to do becuase I can barely use the apps without updating, which also cant be done!!!! If i deleted all my apps related to creative cloud, including indesign, illustrator, lightroom etc and then redownloaded all apps from thhe very start via the creative cloud app would this work? I even tried making a new admin on my laptop like adobe said but again...... NOTIHNG!!!!!! Any ideas are greatfully appreciated. Help me out im so lost here!!!!Liv

I previously had access to Adobe services through my university, and created an Adobe Portfolio with my university account. Since graduating, I realized my institution doesn't allow the transfer of my university account to my new personal account. My computer died last year before I had a chance to back up all of my files stored there, and now the only copy of some of these files is on my old university portfolio site. Because I just graduated, the site is due to be deleted soon, but I really need to be able to download/access some of these files! I know things from Adobe Portfolios aren't stored in the Adobe Cloud, but where are they/can I access them to download?  

This is a weird issue. Functionally, everything works. This is more of an aesthetic anamoly that I know can be fixed because it's happening on my iMac but not my Macbook Pro, both up to date on macOS and Creative Cloud versions. Admittedly, I don't use my Macbook Pro to edit much these days but I recently powered it up and made sure OS and CC were updated and that when I noticed that the issue solely exists on my iMac. It's confusing to type it out so I've included a YouTUbe link below; a screen recording recording showing the issue and how it behaves. In a classic example of "It was working a couple days ago." A Library, with Groups, as organized in the CC Desktop app, used to be accessesable in Express but is no longer available. In Express, all the files can be found in Assets under Brand but they are not grouped. Used to sort by Modified, and they would then be grouped accordingly. In Express the Library is nowhere to be found under Your Stuff/Libraries. The Library and Groups are in the same location in the CC Dektop app as they were when this worked. This method of organization is to colaborate with a client and was greatly appreciated when working.

Hi, I need help. I lost my connection with Creative Cloud. The icon of CC is grey a normaly is red. My Lightroom has an error with Connection failed. But internet is OK. What can I do please?
