I want that when I use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, InCopy, Premiere Pro, or After Effects - a timer runs. So that I can gauge my productivity. Is there a good third party plugin.
As far as I can tell there is no way to clear (or disable) the list of recent files on the home screen of the Creative Cloud desktop app. Considering I mostly use Lightroom, I'd rather not have these images come up when sharing my screen with clients, and I don't think my clients would feel great about having their private photos on display for others to see.
Hi there, I've had quite a frustrating experience with the Creative Cloud Desktop App, particularly the Creative Cloud Files library for Syncing to my Windows desktop. In my local folder for Creative Cloud files to sync C://window/user/Creative Cloud Files there 5 extra folders that should not be there, all called something like "Creative Cloud Files (archived)(2). Within each of those folders, is thousands of Empty folders also called "Creative Cloud Files." Thousands is not an exaggeration. When I go to delete them from the folder within my normal Windows Explorer, it finds about 3,000 of them per folder. Meaning Creative Cloud Sync has created 16,000 empty folders. Deleting them does not work. It appears like they are being recycled, but it will error out and they stay put. Ok I really don't know where else to turn and am at my wit's end. Adobe's tech and customer support system is failing me. I have been struggling for months to deal with a few problems that originally seemed simple but have become major issues compounded by ineffective service.I have been unable to get my in-app libraries to sync my assets with the creative cloud. On two separate occasions I have had technicians log into my computer for extended periods in effort to resolve this problem to no avail. The most recent attempt was on January 24th. The gentleman I worked with was professional and tried to resolve my problem. When he was unable to do so he said he would escalate the issue and that I should be contacted within 24-48 hours. This didn't happen. I finally received the call on February 7th. I was at work and missed the call. They left a voicemail but no department name nor contact information. I tried 3 times since to call back but spent longer on hold than I had time to address t

I am experiencing issues with Adobe creative cloud libraries. Libraries created by team members often don't appear when I search for them to join. In other instances when they do appear, when I click the library from the search list it won't load and I get a 404 error. This issue has been happening for a few weeks. A colleague tried to search for one of the libraries I was having trouble joining (he created it) and it doesn't appear in the search of our team libraries for him either, so the issue doesn't seem to be isolated.
Opened Creative cloud to this:- Whats wierd is that where you click on screen is relative to the outside window, not where the item is. Tried repairing and dont want to uninstall as it means i need to uninstall all my apps.Please help!

I just activated a 1 year subscription to extend my Adobe Photography plan an extra year. The redemption code said it worked and took me through to my logged in account no problem, but the renew date hasn't changed. I've tried logging out & in again and restarting my computer. The email address linked to Amazon is the same as the email address logged with my Creative Cloud account.I just checked & it says the redemption code has been used. So it accepted the code, but hasn;t added it to my account. It still wants me to renew in a few months time, when it would have needed renewing if I hadn't just added a year.Does anyone have any ideas how I can make sure my account has extended by a year as it should do. Thanks.

It's a page that I already had linked, and I updated it recently (from my portfolio) Then, when I try to link it to Behance, it keeps giving me an error all the time.Additionally, when I go to Behance on that same page, the scroll becomes infinite, and all the images on that page duplicate infinitely, (as if it's broken)Any help? I don't want to delete that Behance page because it has likes and views 😞
So for the past week I have been using Adobe Portfolio with no issue. All of a sudden when i was trying to update my published website (I have done this several times in the past) it said "Your email is not verified"then says "To publish your site, please verify your email address. You can confirm and resend the verification email within your Adobe account: https://account.adobe.com/profile." When I click on the link it takes me to my acount info and thats it. So I figured i just have to change the primary email and re verify it, it wont let me change it either. Is there way around the "Your email is not verified" on Adobe Portfolio?I have already tried signing out and signing back in.*
Our agency provides editing services and has two Adobe accounts with limited software for video and graphic design. On January 11th, my colleague logged out of my account slot by mistake. I needed to edit at that time, so I signed out his laptop slot and signed in with my desktop slot. The ID had 2FA, so I called him for the OTP. When I logged in to Creative Cloud and opened Premiere Pro, it asked for credentials again. I logged in to Premiere Pro and got an error saying "We can't verify your subscription status" following with - "We can't reach Adobe Servers, This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Some day my adove cloud storage will be filled and I'll need to empty it into my local storage to make room for new projects. However to do that I will need to be able to download all my files at once. Currently adobe only allows you to download your files one by one. Considering how many files I have saved that would be extremely time consuming. I would very much appreciate being able to download everything at once when the day I need to do so finally arrives.
I've used Adobe Draw (now Fresco) ever since it was launched on the app store and have 5+ years (100s GBs) of work stored on Adobe cloud and I'm unable to access any files for OVER A WEEK on any desktop or mobile app. I'm a self-employed professional illustrator and Adobe fresco is my goto drawing app. Now my small business is crippled and I'm feeling lost and terrified at the thought of not being able to access my files with bare minimum 'canned response' support from Adobe. I've tried absolutely everything. Poring over forums, using the Adobe cleaner tool, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe CC countless times. Deleting coresync folders, reinstalling coresync folders. In the beginning I had a remote support session with a tech agent but they weren't able to resolve the issue and escalated it (which I thought translated into it being actioned as a priority). Bonjour. Je viens de faire l'acquisition de photoshop mais impossible de l'installer... On me demande d'installer obligatoirement Creative Cloud avant, je l'installe sans soucis, mais quand je lance creative cloud je reste bloqué indéfiniment sur "Initialisation de Creative Cloud". J'ai regardé d'autres publications et forums à ce sujet (visiblement beaucoup de monde on se soucie...) et j'ai testé pas mal de choses, sans que ça change absolument rien... J'ai déjà fait tout ceci : - Désactiver l'antivirus au moment de l'installation- Réparer le logiciel.- Désinstaller/réinstaller. (avec ou sans passer par le creative cloud unistaller)- Redémarrer mon pc- Supprimer l'intégralité des fichiers dans programes files, AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow)- etc etc etcEt à chaque fois ça ne change absolument rien, je reste bloqué à "initialisation de creative cloud"...Je commence à vraiment désespérer...Comment puis je débloquer cette situation ? I just saw a message from the Adobe people that the back up cloud storage that is currently part of what we pay for, is being discontinued as of Feb 1. Of course, their suggestions of Frame.io or AEM as their alternatives for file back up will cost you a fee. The supposed reason for discontinuing this service is because it doesn't fit their intentions to promote collaboration. As a single designer, I resent this being forced on me. I see no other reason for this except to drain customers of more fee money by a monopoly. Prove me wrong. Anyone else have thoughts?
I'm trying to understand if collection syncing is totally going away between LR Classic and Lightroom...I often create collections and send a link for others to view. Is this going away after Feb 1st? I have no interest in leaving LR classic but it feels like Adobe is trying to push us away from it. I hope I'm misunderstanding....just can't find an explicit answer on this from Adobe. TIA for your wisdom, dear Adobe community!
I just read the email stating that Adobe will stop synchronizing Creative Cloud files. I work primarily with Adobe Animate and have found it useful to synchronize my files and get a recovery file in case of data loss. This feature has saved my project and my time several times. But now I have some doubts about it. If Adobe discontinues the service, will it still be possible to recover one or more recovery files? If so, from where?
Hey community, I have a very upsetting problem. I recently created a portfolio and made some tries with different png logos I designed in photoshop. I also had a gif variation for when the mouse goes over it and it worked out very smoothly. Nevertheless, for the past 2 days when I tried to change the logo it won't show on top of my page. I can see in the image case that it's loaded and I can resize/crop it, but it just doesn't appear on my portfolio. I tried many different sizes and formats but it's just invisible. I circled the place where it's supposed to appear. Text logos are working fine tho...Has anyone ever had this issue ? Tell me if more infos are needed, but I hope there is a solution to my problem... I've been using adobe tools for the past 2 years - all the while using the creative cloud sync system and thinking "Neat, this is pretty handy". Now that it is being discontinued, I'm interested in moving my files into a different sotrage system. Here is what I'm looking for and some details of my workflow: 1. Easy to share with others - my company uses Google Drive as their main hub. (I'm the only one who accesses these files internally however, so I'm interested in finding a system that works well for me but is also easy to share files externally). 2. Automatic updating - not even sure if this is possible. I'm a Mac user and was thinking about iCloud. Each time I save, would it be automatically updated on all my devices? This is my planned work around so far. 3. Storage mindful - I don't want to clog up all the storage on my actual computer. I've heard people say dropbox is a good option, but I don't have a subscription. Any recommendations on each and how h
Hello- I would like to turn off sync to CC prior to the 2/1 cutoff while I am transferring over/backing up files. How do I do this on all devices? I would like to delete the local copy WITHOUT having any updates mirror on CC (so that I keep all the files during backup.) Here are the issues: -I can't seem to turn off the sync on my phone. Do I need to delete the app? - I have turned off sync on my desktop (so that's fine)-I am not able to access CC app on my MS Surface due to memory issue because CC saved a local copy of my files (just found out about this a few months ago- good times).-I have tried to uninstall the main app and other apps (INDD, AI, PSD etc) but it won't let me because I need to update CC first, but I don't have sufficient memory. -What I would like to do is delete the local CC directory on my surface, have it NOT sync to the web -connected folder OR my phone app. Then I will have enough memory to do the updates. I am trying to keep the files on the CC -
