Hi, I created a website in adobe portfolio but have problems adding pictures from lightroom because the menu options are limited. Choosing LR album brings me to maps somewhere in LR mobile and not to my LR classic on the laptop. Can someone tell me how to connect to my pictures on the laptop

Hey, how do I make the title of the page not to appear, it looks very big and I would love not to have it shown, only the menu is fine, but the menu and title of the page that you are currently in show  Please help, if I erase the page title, the menu also gets erased.

I have windows 10, I have a 1 TB SSD with plenty of free storage. When trying to download creative cloud I receive error code: 23. I have already changed were new apps save to in my storage settings.

I have trouble with Minion Pro Regular. I've been on vacation for a week and on my return I have problems with this font.Now I have trouble in Indesign. If I open a document, it wants to activate this font. So Indesign does not work properly.I've already changed my default to Arial, but if I open an older document, it goes back to Minion. So this didn't fix the problem.The other thing i've done is to remove the font in Creative Cloud and reinstalled it. But some versions don't want to install. Even If I remove it, Indesign keeps looking for it and it reappears in Creative Cloud if I open an older document.Can somebody help me? 

This is the second time I've logged into the software and been kicked out because too many devices are connected and I see an unidentified device connected to my account from a time when I was most certainly not connected. I've already disconnected and reconnected from my current computer twice, but it seems that something hacked my account. The software's chat fails to provide a solution and I can't find any way to contact help. All the links I find lead me to this groupWhat to do?

I bought MacBook Pro 14" 2023 but i can't install the apps like photoshop and illustrator on my MacBook. On creative cloud apps doesn't show but on Windows i can install the apps. Is there any solution that i can follow to solve the problem. 

When editing in portfolio on my samsung tablet or mobile adding pages does result in the popup page to choose from but the page does not work. Taping on it does not result in anything. The page is dead. On my laptop it works ok. But not on android

I hope someone could please help me resolve this issue: BackgroundApparently, Adobe added so called ‘profiles’, which resulted in me suddenly having a separate personal profile and an education profile - both registered on the same personal email address. Until just over a month ago, I usually saved my study projects on that same account - as there were no profiles yet… but now there are.I wanted to edit some private files, but when logging in I got a notification about the new profiles. The education profile is called ‘SURFspot Operational Console’, which I never saw before. As you can imagine, this doesn’t sound very appealing for saving some private files.That is why I clicked to continue saving (and keeping) my files on my personal profile.  The issueUnlike before this profile function was added, my personal profile evidently is now something that should be considered separate from my education profile. Hi support and communityI was working as a independent graphics consultant until last week. As part my previous work I had created several presets for my projects. Now since I have joined a company, my work account will be used to subscribe for Adobe services. However I will need to keep using my presets for my work related projects..Since I am going to continue to use my persinal MacBook Pro for work, when I cancel my personal sub and move to company paid sub, will I lose all my previous settings and presets? Please share some thoughts on how that process would work. Thanks in advance.

Dear Community,could someone please help me out as I am a beginner with Adobe file organisation:I have saved an Illustrator file to the adobe cloud -> 'my files', like it proposes. There are no other folder choices available.When I want to import the file in After Effects, I cannot manage to find an option to access the files stored in my cloud.The only option I can find is the "My Libraries" Folder, but of course, my file is not in there, as it was saved to "my files". I can see these two seperate folders in my CC File Panel, but how does this help?I hope the solution is not to move every file I need by hand to the library folder just to be able to use it in After Effects or other Applications?Looking forward to your answers,Daniel

I wanted to update an app but the status stays on ' cancel' . See picture. I even deleted the app manually. Doesn't work. I like to install the newest versiof of the app, but how?

I am VERY new to this process.  How do I find the Flower_Pattern,png again.  I want to use the same look for a series of videos----now I can't find the sequence I used again.

what setting is it to choose whether to see the WORDS for the tools, instead of having to memorize the icons for that tool.  Very frustrating having to go by only the icons. thank you for anyone who can help change this. 

I can't figure out how to change the font of a page header. I can change the font of the logo. Any ideas?

Hi All, has anyone else been experiencing this issue? I followed many YT videos to try to fix the high amount of memory usage and read posts about changing settings within each Adobe program as well. You name it I've probably tried it (outside of having to take it to a professional and pay stupid amounts of money). I have also scanned for malware and viruses and have not found any. I have an HP Spectre from 2021, It's iCore7 and has 16GB RAM and yet it is often sluggish when using Adobe programs. As a test, I currently have a low-quality image and one tab open in Chrome and 57% of my memory is running. I need these programs to work remotely and it has been affecting my productivity. I'm desperately in search of anything that will fix this. I've also considered reverting back to Windows 10 since I have heard 11 uses a lot of memory but I'm not sure if that would work either. Any help would be helpful!

Hi, apologies for the multiple similar posts.   I received an invitation to collaborate on a folder.  Clicking on the "Accept" takes me to the Express web portal but the bell icon doesn't any notifications to accept.  Tried inside the CC app, nothing as well.  Not sure what to do as I can't sync with this folder no matter what I try.  Did a reset of my computer, the app, tried multiple browsers.  The bell icon is not showing any new collab invites.

I would like to have 2 versions of the same Adobe program, but I am currently not finding the option in the Creative Cloud app.It's still possible in same machine? Example: Premiere Pro 2022.0 and Premiere Pro 2023.6

i cant use my apps there locked but i paid my bill and everything is up to date 

I made an account several years ago (2016) with a university email that does no longer exist on Adobe's system or in the real world. I need to DELETE this behance account because on google search its the first thing that comes up!! I have a new website and this interferes. No one is beging helpful at all at Adobe. I couldn't find an Account forum in the extesive list so am putting this here.So far this year I have had this happen four times. I wake up to find that I cannot run any of my apps. When I login I get a message that I have too many activations.  I have two. The system shows the computer I am using as activated but does not recognize it. I will have to spend an hour or more and give access to a support member to hack away at my computer to get the authentication system to work. Each time this happens there is a lengthy fix but NO solution. It just keeps happening. And if it happens on a Saturday the folks on call cannot manage the problem. So I have to wait until Monday.  What the hell is going on? I am not trying to cheat adobe.  Why can't Adobe see my computer as the one activated?   I think this is caused by my use of removable SSD and HDD but it never happens while I am swapping disks. I get locked out only on a first startup for a day. So, another 1-2 hours
