I have seen so many examples of photo grids that when you select to view images you get a dark background.Mine is white. I have spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to change that. I have tried every theme.Can this no be changed?
I don't know what its called but I can't see the top part of my site (Marta). On the attachment its the part in red with the intro. It shows up when my site is live but in edit mode its not there. Image #1: The area similiar to the red part that Says Hi I'm Marta... is not showing up Image #2: On my live site, I have this large type that fades out when you scroll downImage #3: This is what happens when you scroll. This is all working fine on the live site. I want to change it and can't figure out where it is.Image #4: This is what I see in the edit mode. I don't see the large type and can't seem to find it. Help!
I have had messages saying my 20gb storage is full. After removing all documents/photographs from the cloud and then going into the deleted folder nd removing them too it still tells me I'm out of storage!! i have tried multiple times to contact support and get this fixed but no help! Can someone please help me?
Hello, up until a week ago, the account I used was the one provided by my school, but connected to my personal e-mail address. This license seems to have expired now, so I bought my own individual plan - with the same e-mail address.Now I realise that all of my cloud documents are gone. It seems by setting up the new account, everything got wiped.Is there any way to get my files back?
Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load every time I open my Mac.I've tried many time to remove and reinstall it (removing OOBS files) or clicking the 'Repair' button but the problem instists! I'm very desperate because I have no idea what to do!Any idea or help? Many thanks,./Fotis

Hello, I was asked by an Adobe Agent to have and Adobe Remote Support Session when an agent takes over my laptop to solve the problem. Could you please verify with me if this is normal for the employees to do that? I have shared a library with a colleague as a collaborator and it will only allow her to take out assets as an image not the original file it also wont let her edit and put it back into the library i have shared with her. We have added and deleted her from it a couple times and even logged in and out to see if that makes a difference. does anyone know why the libraries arent allowing her to collaborate?

As the title says, I was resizing an image in my photoshop file, it started loading and ended up crashing.When i opened up creative cloud i could no longer find photoshop, nor any other file installed. I still have the desktop icons available and can still use some software, how weird is this?
Hello community, Is there a way to access the CC files and libraries that have been shared with me? The colleagues always share it with me by my eMail address. But then I can only view - not download or open - these files(libs in my personal profile. But there, I can't open my Adobe Apps. So it's basically useless. in one profile I can see the files, in the other one I could edit/opemn them.Is there a way to merge the profiles or make shared files accessible to both profiles (personal and company)?And why is it that in my company profile, these files never appear?
Agree, such a long name has no place in the Apple ecosystem.Not everything that long is good and it just looks stupid. Any suggestions other than hide/remove from Sidebar?

I have the 20GB storage plan and I've deleted all Files/Libraries and empty the deleted folder but ive still got 10.GB being used, what can I do to get back to having the full 20GB available?
Good morning everyone,I have a problem with the Creative Cloud app that stopped working one dayThese are the things I've tried so far:1) System cleaning with registry clean tool2) Uninstall all Adobe software3) Delete residual files and folders4) Disabled the firewall This is my OSWIN 11 HOME 22H2 Build:22621.1928 When I start the app I still have the message "Creative Cloud Desktop app taking too long to load" and nothing happens... I'm having a problem between the syncing of my two computers - it seems that on one computer, when I update something, it syncs correctly to the cloud, but when I try to access on my other computer it doens't sync all the files - they appear online correctly but the creative cloud folder does not reflect the online cloud files. How can I get this to re-sync? Should I disconnect and uninstall the cloud? Thanks
The problem:Creative Cloud Desktop icon disappears from notification area in Windows 10 during sync with Creative Cloud Files. The icon disappears leaving a blank space. Clicking on the blank space flashes up the Creative Cloud application but then the application immediately crashes. The file sync continues in the background. Hallo liebe Community,ich habe einen Text-Darstellungsfehler auf meiner Portfolio-Website, wenn diese hochkant auf Smartphones angezeigt wird - hier rutscht der Zeilenabstand zusammen und der Text wird unleserlich. In allen anderen Darstellungsformen (Smartphone quer, PC, Tablet) klappt es einwandfrei.Ich habe bereits versucht die Texte neu hinzuzufügen, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen und alle Textcontainer der Website sind betroffen. Freue mich über jeden Tipp, wie die Website auch auf dem Smartphone repräsentativ wiedergegeben werden kann!Viele GrüßeDennis
I have just compiled a new library and want to collaborate/invite co-workers to view/edit it.Usually there is an icon in the top right Libraries panel allowing to 'Invite to library', however, this particular library I have built isn't allowing it within Illustrator or through the CC app.I have included a screenshot showing the invite option on the left and then the new library that doesn't have this option.Can anyone assist please?
After successfully using for some time, my PSDC iPad files are no longer matching those on PSDC iMac - but there's no error message, Creative Cloud says up to date. Adequate additional storage seems to be availble, no storage message.... please help? Thanks, S. Morley
